- Ibrahim (1/5): A complete disappointment - Nothing. It was a complete scam, there isn’t property, there is not proper address. Just using your platform to take my money. I sent a formal complaint and waiting for response You make your platform easy for scammers with the knowledge and help of some of your staff
- Ahmed (1/5): ان لم تستطع خدمة عميلك فعل الاقل اظهر اسبابك وشي من الاحترام - لم ادخل المكان ولكن الجواب يظهر من عنوانه للاسف الشديد المسؤل غير متعاون بالمرة ويفتقد لادني درجات الادب والاحترام للعملاء ورد علي التليفون بعد عدد كبير من الاتصالات ورفض دخولي في الساعه11,30 صباحا بالرغم من امكانية الدخول المبكر المسجلة علي الموقع ويرفض التعامل الا من خلال الواتس واغلق الخط في وجهي بكل وقاحة ولم يرسل الموقع ولا اي بيانات للوحدة واكتفي بالقول الدخول الساعه 2 ظهرا وحتي الان لم يسأل عن الحجز او يرسل اي شي . انا مطلبتش ارجاع الحجز ولا قمت بالغاءة . تجربة لن تتكرر ابدا مع هذا المكان السي للغابة
