• Claire (9/5): Très belle ville que nous avons visité facilement grâce à l'emplacement du logement. - Les aliments pour le petit déjeuner sont dans le frigo, en quantité très raisonnable. L'emplacement est parfait, très proche des lieux d'intérêt. La résidence est calme. Le système de chauffe eau n'est pas pratique.

• Arturose (8/5): - Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans ce bel appartement pour 4 nuits. Très bien équipé, propre, confortable et bien situé. Nikos nous avait donné des instructions claires pour y accéder. On a avait le nécessaire pour le petit-déjeuner et faire les repas, la cuisine est bien équipée. Le quartier est bien avec pharmacie, supérette, boulangerie et restaurants, tout en étant calme. On s'est beaucoup déplacé à pied, pas besoin de prendre le métro, l'appartement est idéalement placé. Nikos est vraiment très gentil.

• Anna (8/5): Etwas abgewohntes Apartment in guter Lage - Lage super - wenige minuten zur Akropolis, nette Shops rundherum, Supermarkt gegenüber, Lokale in Gehweite, gute Fenster, bequeme Betten, alles da von der Ausstattung her, die Lösung mit dem Frühstück, das täglich auf Wunsch aufgefüllt wird, fand ich pragmatisch und bequem, zu fünft ist die Wohnung durch die gute Aufteilung auch noch ganz bequem für ein paar Tage, Dusche sehr gut groß Das Apartment ist insgesamt etwas heruntergekommen. Der Kühlschrank tropft, die Besteckschublade könnte sauberer sein, die Küche ist insgesamt nicht mehr sehr gut in Schuss.

• Przemysław (9/5): Ateny - tylko zimą! - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. W pobliżu piekarnia-cukiernia, dwa markety, kilka bardzo dobrych restauracji, a zabytkowa Agora Ateńska 7 min. pieszo. Doskonale tłumiące hałas okna i rolety. Stały kontakt z właścicielem na czacie. Elastyczność gospodarza w zakresie zaopatrzenia lodówki. Z przyjemnością powtórnie wybrał bym ten obiekt na kilkudniowy pobyt. Szczęśliwie nie jestem bardzo wysoki, bo łazienka ma zaledwie ok. 2m wysokości. Drobna niedogodność to włączanie grzania wody z 30min. wyprzedzeniem. Szkoda, że trzeba było wybierać czy podłączyć lampkę nocną czy ładowarkę telefonu, bo było pojedyncze gniazdko przy łóżku. Przydała by się nawet niewielka szafka w drugiej sypialni (bardzo duża jest w pierwszej).

• Brenda (10/5): Highly recommend, comfortable and well-located - I loved this place! The host is very kind and attentive. Since we were arriving after 11 pm, they arranged an airport transfer to the apartment and left complimentary breakfast for every day of our stay. It was very basic but extremely helpful if you have to leave early for a tour or start exploring beautiful Athens without worrying about breakfast. The host was very clear with instructions about the apartment. The place is spotless, very well located, and within walking distance to the Acropolis and the Plaka market. It’s a safe area with a supermarket and bakery nearby, and the metro is also close. The apartment has blackout and noise-reducing blinds, which ensure a good night’s sleep, and the beds are very comfortable. The only thing to note is that you need to turn on the hot water switch at least 30 minutes before taking a shower. It’s not a big issue, but if you’re someone who likes to shower first thing in the morning, hot water won’t be available.
• Marine (9/5): - Emplacement parfait pour visiter Athènes et proche du métro pour rejoindre l'aéroport. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé. Et merci pour le lit bébé. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Le coin salle à manger n'est pas pratique mais la table est suffisamment grande pour nous 5. Dans la cuisine il manque un petit meuble, bar pour avoir plus de place en tant que plan de travail.
• aurore (9/5): Dolce vita a Athènes - Appartement spacieux et lumineux. Climatisé et rideaux +volets. Rue calme la nuit. Proche des commerces et des lieux touristiques. Hôte présent et discret à la fois. Petit déjeuner dans le frigo. Et salle de bain très agréable et belle. Pas de télé et frigo bruyant mais pour chercher quelques choses car l appartement est au top!

• Janice (10/5): Enjoyable vacation stay in clean, comfortable, convenient and centrally located apartment. - Our family (2 adults, 2 kids, 15 & 13) stayed here for three nights and loved it. The apartment is spotless, modern, and well-equipped, just a short walk from Monastiraki (400m to the flea market/Ancient Agora, 800m to the Square and Acropolis). Fantastic value for both quality and location. The street is calm despite being right in the center, with a great bakery and grocery store only a block away. Major sights and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Inside, the apartment is quiet, with excellent A/C (essential in August), hot showers, and soundproof windows. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, linens and towels fresh, and there’s plenty of storage. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Nespresso pods — such a thoughtful touch. The décor is tasteful, bright, and welcoming. The host was responsive and accommodating. We’d happily stay here again! Everything was great so no complaints!
• Petra (2/5): City centre - The location was fine, as it was close to the metro and within walking distance of the sights. Breakfast was quite ok. Nobody told us about these water heating procedure before paying. You can switch on fuse for 30 minutes before having bath for hot water, otherwise it is cold. And you have to switch it off before you enter under the shower before security reasons.It was not written anywhere and it was so uncomfortable. Not only the time we had to wait in the evening/night to have hot water, but we had 3 children, so we were even more stressed to make sure the fuse was turned off before they got in the shower. We didn't spend much time in the shower, about 2 minutes per person, but we still had to warm up twice. I think that would be uncomfortable for someone else on a relaxing trip. The location was fine, as it was close to the metro and within walking distance of the sights, but it was awfully noisy. When we entered the kitchen, the counter was dirty, with ants crawling all over it. We wiped it off, but then they came back every day.The cutlery was stained, food residue and dirty. There were glasses that had a lot of dust on them and were stained. So before we started eating, I washed them. The chairs in the dining room were rickety and unstable. The slats on the seat stuck out, I pushed them back so I could sit down. The nightlights in the collapsible room were not plugged in, and we could not find a socket for them, so they were useless. In my opinion, this accommodation should not have been rented for 7 people, but for 5-6 people at the most. But given the bathroom facilities, it should be for 4 people.
