• Meryem (6/5): It was fine and centrally located for us but the facilities were not up to par especially the ones that did not work at - The location was very good. The fact that there was a high chair was also useful. The toilet did not flush from the moment we got there. We had to dump a bucket of water in the toilet every time we used it. The air conditioning was not working/did not reach the rooms. There were ants in the bathroom and other various bugs around the apartment.

• Markus (7/5): Für eine Nacht OK - Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit super Aussicht in der 7. Etage. Die Küche war nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht eingestellt werden. Wir könnten erst in das Appartement nachdem wir mehrmals über verschiedene Wege den Anbieter kontaktiert hatten. Es waren in der Wohnung mehrere Fenster die abgeklebt waren, das fühlte sich etwas komisch an, als würde man dahinter beobachtet werden. Die Kissen waren sehr hart.

• Bijetri (9/5): Fantastic stay - Location and the overall views from the apartment. It was neat and clean and the apartment was spacious enough for a family of 4 adults and 2 children. It's a 3 BHK with one bathroom making it inconvenient for a large group staying. One more small bathroom would have been absolutely perfect for the apartment.

• Eric (9/5): Beautiful apartment, central to all attractions. - Beautiful apartment in central Seville overlooking Cathedral that was 3 minutes away. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Extensive building works being carried out in the entrance foyer. Some lifts out of action for periods. We were not notified of these works before arrival.

The construction in the front made it very difficult and sometimes unsafe to walk through. There also needs to be instructions for that as it was not very obvious.

• Willem (7/5): It was good. - Very nice location however it was not easy to find the building without help of the owner. If you are coming driving it is not place where to unload to keep the car few min and then going to park. The place is very central , close to many attractions, many restaurants and small locals shops. The apartment is spacious. The shower is funky with the greenery looking like an outdoor shower . Not very comfortable for 6 people to stay and only 1 bathroom to use . The logistic to plug the appliances it was not easy as you need to unplug to plug the next one . We found glasses dirty. It would be nice to have the basic as salt for the Guess to use .
• Yuan (10/5): Huge apartment with AC and big shower, perfect for a big family/friend-group trip! - The property was huge and very clean, perfect for a family trip with 5-6 people! The kitchen was bright and had great views of the cathedral. Location was also right above the main pedestrian street near all the major sights (Cathedral, Palace, Plaza). The shower was humongous and filled with natural light, great place for a relaxing wash after the Seville heat in July. We had a small delay on getting in the lobby door (they need to buzz you in remotely), tip is to connect with the host on WhatsApp rather than Booking.com as they respond faster. Once you're in you get the keys from the lockbox on the unit door and can access the lobby door with your keys.
• Amanda (6/5): Modern and lovely apartment but let down by some issues - Modern and sunny and a fabulous location. Huge shower and all rooms were spacious and airy. Air con ducted throughout which was lovely. We had a leak from the roof and had to put a pot under it. We contacted staff who said they knew of the issue but it couldn’t be fixed until after we left. We should have been told as there was a large puddle of water as we entered the apartment and one of us could have slipped. The coffee machine did not work. No washing machine but we knew this. Would be a nice addition. The key situation is very difficult. You only get one set and if there are several of you and want to do different things it is impossible as you need a key for the front door and the room. Also when you depart you are told to leave the keys in the lock box hanging from the front door but then you can’t exit the building as you need a key! Luckily there were 3 of us so one of us went back upstairs to retrieve the key, ran it back down to unlock the front door and then returned the key. One of us had to hold the door open. This is messy and could be improved.

• Fuad (8/5): Cosy little apartment in the heart of Sevilla! - Location is excellent, very short walk to the center of old Sevilla and to tourist attractions like the Alcazar and the Cathedral. Lovely view of the plaza below from the balcony. It was easy to access some nice restaurants close by. The apartment is located on a pedestrian only street, so we had to drag and carry all our luggage from the car in the underground car park located relatively close by. The apartment came up in the search results on booking.com after I had specifically searched for apartments with 2 bathrooms. This had only 1 bathroom which was highly inconvenient for the 4 of us. Apartment amenities could be improved as there was no washing machine or dishwasher.

• Karen (10/5): Central location. Great Views. This place will make your stay!! - Amazing location with views from almost every window. Three bedrooms each with a terrace looking over the city fountain. Views of the cathedral amongst other beautiful things. Very clean and spacious apartment. My teenagers loved this place more than any other place we stayed on our travels. We were even considering buying something like this! Other than a slight difficulty getting in to the apartment (user error for sure), it was perfect.

The apartment is artistic and very nice, spacious, lots of lights, clean and complete with all amenities. We can see both sunrise and sunset from apartment. We really love to stay in here and definitely will return again whenever we visit to Sevilla. Nothing
