Guest Reviews
- Ponipate (7/5): N/A - Close to Town N/A
- Kumar (5/5): It was comfortable but there were more down sides then up - The room was clean and the price was affordable Staff were lazy, i asked for the towel on the 1st day of my stay and i had to ask for it 3 toh 4 times and then i got it. Had an issue with the first room lock so they switched my room which was a bad start.
- Tania (3/5): Awful - Staff were wonderful It was dirty, the sofa was filthy and needed to go in the skip bin. Bed sheets were stained. Do not stay here!
- Isireli (2/5): When you pay for a room you should get what you pay for. - Location is good There were no towels in the room.
There was as no hot water in shower.
The television didn’t work.
The wifi didn’t work.
We got moved to another room on the second day still no tv and no wifi.

- Vidjay-Anand (4/5): - Ze luisteren wel, maar doen er verder niks mee. Slechte kamers, smerig, herrie in de avond, Slecht ontbijt, vieze bedden en handdoeken

- MEREWALESI (6/5): It was a very quiet and peaceful stay - We paid for breakfast but we didnt actually have it, but we did order dinner the night before and it was a hearty meal because staff were perfect preparing it. Good customer service from them and the lady at the reception, patient compared to other places I've been to. Thank you very much. The TV remote was not working and wifi password, overall, everything else was ok.
- Francis (8/5): - Location Nothing
- Nignon (4/5): - L'emplacement parfait belle vue.
- Maheu (7/5): Affordable place to stay, its just the bed sheets were quiet old, some days water wasnt running well - The breakfast was good but it would been better if the menu changes daily Some days the water was so hot and the cold water wasnt running
- Rokoyadre (10/5): -

- Sagufta (10/5): -
- Jilgina Kimisi (6/5): - closer to city shower water is overflowing onto the floor because the drain isn’t clearing properly, most likely due to a blockage.
- Clarissa (3/5): Will never stay again. - Nothing really Fridge leaking water everywhere. No TV working. Nine minutes late for breakfast so I wasn’t allowed to have anything to eat.

- Mar (2/5): - It was close to town I had to pay double the price because according to the staff they don't recognise payment done by the app on booking.com. So I had to pay upfront again with cash

- Paulo (5/5): - The location, the friendly staff, free parking. Breakfast (no varieties and same kind every morning), toiletries (no toothpaste, small soap, tiny bottles of body liquid soaps), tea stuff (tiny cups, not enough tea stuff), facilities are quite old and need fixing everywhere. I was placed in 3 rooms on arrival with the first 2 had problems I had to be relocated, which I found it very inconvenient. Ironing station is outside of the rooms, the terrace is blocked and therefore avoided me from enjoying the ocean view as per the room privilege.
- Akanisi (8/5): - Spacious No spoon
Dirty bathroom

- Riggs (8/5): - The kitchen is bare. No tea towels or dish cloth. Instead of sachets of powder a small long life milk would be nice.
The is no bath mat. The walls are grubby. A little more attention to detail would be well appreciated. Staff are friendly and happy. Breakfasts are really good and dinners are wholsome and delicious.

- Fi (4/5): - I travelled with my elderly grandmother who has mobility issues and asthma, and I informed the property in advance requesting an accessible room, even called right before we took off. Despite this, we were given a room far at the back. The shortcut to the room had no lighting and required walking behind other rooms, although the security guard kindly assisted us as we checked in late at night.
The bathroom sink was broken, the shower was leaking, and the TV and telephone were not working. We reported the issues, and when we requested a refund, we were offered another room. However, moving again was not practical due to my grandmother’s mobility limitations.
- Seasea (10/5): -
- Vuto (1/5): Not worth your money. - Continental breakfast Rooms small., have bad bugs, same breakfast everyday. No cereal
- Meredani (8/5): -
- Jimmy (5/5): Fair - Bef Room could be clean better

- Sereiwai (1/5): worst hotel I've stayed in - the location is the only thing that was good the cleanliness wasn't good at all the towels and bedsheets was used and dirty and smelled like sweat and odor.i had to buy a bed sheet and a towel from a store which wasted my money and the staff expected us to return the towels and ac remote when we checked out and the pool is dirty and so tiny it could fit a few people. they also didn't have hot water.
- Kalaveti (7/5): Pleasant - The location is very convenient Asked for a few utensils to eat after hours but called reception and they advised that it’s not available
- Guest (10/5): -
- Kumar (7/5): -
- Rob Pattison (7/5): Adequate for what we paid. - Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs seems to be the daily fare. Good fruit juice. Good coffee. Bathroom could have been scrubbed a bit harder and the taps need new washers to stop them constantly dripping!
- Tukana (10/5): -
- Tania (7/5): -
- Adi Mereseini Binatagi (6/5): - Rooms were good. We just want to spend the weekend somewhere peaceful and it was worth it. We enjoyed the stay Pool was abit dirty
- Abdul (8/5): -
- Josaia (6/5): - The location is great especially with that rate. The room was clean however, it was beside the driveway and there was constant passing of people outside which was not a quiet stay. Would book to stay in YatuLau in the future and highly recommend the place for those who are traveling on a budget.
- Veronica (6/5): - Access to port. A pervading smell in the rm.
