- thomas (8/5): Great place if you literally just need somewhere to rest your head at night - The location was great and the host was helpful, polite and attentive. Its a bit tired to say the least!
Also a TV is a must for a rented holiday property really, even a basic one.
(in saying that it might have said no tv on the booking, im not sure)
- DAN (8/5): Great communication from host and instructions to get into the property. We were only there for 1 night so was perfect. - Location and ease of checking into the property Needs updating in some areas
- Sophie (10/5): It was great, exceeded our expectations and was perfect for staying in after going to a concert - Great apartment, lots of space, in a private area, location was great! Showers were difficult to figure out, one was difficult to figure out the temperature and the shower head had to be held up on the other one.
- Charlie (8/5): -
- Alexandra (10/5): Excellent séjour. - Tout était parfait. Hôte exceptionnel.
- Giorgia (2/5): - Tutto sporco, peli e capelli nella doccia. Puzza in casa. Poco curata e la pulizia dava molto a desiderare
- Luke (10/5): - Perfect location

- Betina (9/5): Location and space is very good. Host was super helpful with instructions ahead of stay. - Location, space and instructions provided were very good. Right next to train station and easy access to bus routes. Beds were not the most comfortable and although clean we found some items from the previous people staying there.
- Michael (10/5): Too notch - Great communication from host Central to all major city attractions
- Marianne (5/5): - Fel verouderd,zeer vuile ramen,geen borden,maar 2 tassen en glazen..,
- nadia (7/5): -
- Wendy (7/5): Great location - The location was very central. It was good value for money. Great to have a washer dryer. Great to have a room each. It was hard to find on foot the first day. The balcony door didn't lock.

- Christopher (9/5): Great location, lovely apartment, would recommend - Great location, lovely apartment
- Cambridge (9/5): Fantastic spot! Ideal for a big group that aren’t too fussy - extremely clean, about a 10 minute walk from the main part - so spacious! would be absolutely ideal for a group going to a concert who need a place for the night - or if you were doing a cheap and cheerful trip up to Dublin, as the kitchen facilities were perfect to have been able to cook in for all meals! Extremely safe, lovely view and balcony, dropbox situation was a dream with no hassle whatsoever - and place was spotless! The only negative that we ran into as a family booking was there being one set of keys - that said, very minuscule thing - just meant that we had to always leave each other out to run to the shop, for food etc.
- Natalie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maccia (5/5): Only needed a bed to sleep in. For that it was sufficient - Place was pretty beat up. Broken mismatched furnishings. No wifi. A bit confusing getting in.
- Stuart (10/5): Brilliant location, fulfilled its purpose as a place to lay our heads while visiting Dublin. - Location was fantastic across the road from Connolly Train Station and good transport connections.
Host was fantastic, informative and helpful, even if he was a Leinster supporter. A Glasgow win!!
Only one key for a property with 8 beds, no problem for the two of us but larger groups need to have their organisation on point as two security gates to get through.
- Veronique (4/5): Déçue - The location On arrival ( 8pm) still no answer to my messages to know where to go and find the key.had to call
No hot water, the plumber came 3 days later
No wi fi , no tv
- Alan (8/5): Very good - Bang on for the price. Could do with a deep clean but great location and good value for money (by comparison to what else is out there). Owner very helpful and responsive.
- Rnjak (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maurice (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donal (10/5): Great location , host made the check in simple and made themselves available for anything I needed help with whilst in D - Great location and facilities were excellent
- Jesus (7/5): Three bright days in Dublin - Chris is a very nice person and available to resolve any doubt or issues and his flat is spacious and located in a very quiet area from which you can reach the centre by a very pleasant walk along the river bank. We were only two persons but I think the flat can be a fun alternative for any group of up to 6 or even 8 people who are used to living together or don't need too much privacy.
... And for once we were fortunate enough to enjoy three consecutive days of sunshine in Dublin, something that had not happened any of the times I had visited the city before. We are not posh, fussy or looking for exclusive experiences, although it is clear that the furnishings, fittings and general condition of the flat are crying out for an upgrade.
As for the price, I have to say that it was one of the best priced flats I found available when looking for accommodation, but Dublin is an excessively expensive city, even if we compare it with other cities that offer more and better alternatives from the cultural point of view, the natural environment, ...
- Christopher (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent and was good value for money. The property was very clean and the host was friendly and helpful.
It is very good for groups.

- Luke (8/5): Very good -
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Great view. Very close to bus and train station N/A
- Simos (8/5): Very good - The location of house is very good The way of finding the keys was difficult for old people
- Niamh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ryan (6/5): Not a bad location if you don’t plan on spending too much time at the apartment. - Good location, easy to get around and close to a station. Kitchen, lots of beds, balcony. No hot water the whole trip. May have been a communication issue because there is a switch you have to flip to get it to work. The last day the host got back to us and let us know. Hot water then seemed to work for a few minutes but still tough to shower. Host offered a small compensation for not having hot water for the couple days but nothing ever came of it.
- Bruce (4/5): This apartment is cheap with comfortable beds, but it is not spacious or luxurious. - The beds were comfortable bunk beds, the living room had a comfortable couch and armchair, and the price was inexpensive for Dublin. The host was communicative and helpful regarding directions to the lockbox, wireless internet connection and how to turn on the hot water heater. The apartment was a bit cramped, there really wasn't a dining area, the coffee table that might suffice for a table was extremely rickety, and the kitchen lacked a wine opener or much in the way of amenities. There wasn't an instructional page about the hot water heater, which was turned off, so showers on our first day were not comfortable, although once we contacted our host and learned how to turn it on, the showers worked fine.
- Yvonne (10/5): location amazing - Owner Chris was absolutely amazing, right beside the last, and multiple bus stops, and such a secure place beds a bit hard but everyone has different preferences
- Janet (2/5): Very poor - One fork. Filthy oven.random bags in draws and on kitchen cabinets. Many cigarette butts on the balcony. Broken furniture.
- Lara (10/5): perfect for a stay in Dublin city - We were very satisfied with the accommodation. With the help of the instructions, it was quick and easy to enter the apartment. The rooms are very clean and tidy. There were bed linens and even towels available for us to use. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the appliances you need. The apartment is centrally located, and you're right in the city center. We will definitely come back again.
- Cathal (8/5): Excellent - Excellent location, close to city centre and amenities.
Excellent value for money.
Chris, the property manager, was excellent and efficient with all communication.
Would definitely stay again. The apartment is very basic, perfect if you only want a place to sleep. Decor could do with an update
- Gary (9/5): Superb -
- Selena (10/5): Perfect location for a city break - This property is central for the city attractions. We were seeing Coldplay at Croke Park and the stadium was within walking distance which was perfect
Host’s communication was spot on! No negatives
- Annabel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- Mohammad (10/5): Exceptional - Location, clean Entertainment, at least one TV needed
- Tara (10/5): Exceptional - Great location!
- Andrea (7/5): Good - The hot press was not working properly.
- Julie (3/5): Suitable for students weekend parties - The location was good, with great views from balcony. within easy walking distance of City Center We had NO hot running water for our 2 day stay here. The host was responsive over text and calls. Limited kitchen equipment-had to request breakfast bowls, frying pan, mugs and pots. Run down with very old furniture, hostel vibes. investment needed. a bit overpriced despite the tourism season.
- Aoife (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent facilities, close to 3 arena, aviva stadium , main train station Nothing - perfect stay
- Aideen (8/5): Great Value for Money - Location was fantastic travelled form Galway by train then Luas to door of apartments excellent furniture in the lounge area, but to be fair we spent little or no time in the apartment.
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Julia (6/5): Fine for a night - Quiet, safe, and was proximate to a work event. The apartment is not ideal for holidayers unless in a big group who can make use of the 8 bunks. Minimal furnishings and limited kitchen equipment, didn't feel clean and couldn't find a wifi password, extra duvet/towel or bathmat. Communication about getting in was a little erratic, but the host was responsive over text and very friendly. To be honest, as a regular solo traveller to Dublin felt a bit overpriced despite the tourism season.
- Anna (10/5): Excellent stay--clean and comfortable and roomy! - I highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a well-stocked, clean, comfortable flat in Dublin. The location was great--quiet in that it wasn't dead center of all the hubbub but within easy walking distance of City Center and anything you'd want to see. The host Chris was beyond kind and helpful, meeting me to hand over the keys and give me a walkthrough of the property. Everything was clean and neat and it felt more like staying in your own home rather than a typical hotel or airbnb. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, and the washer/dryer was a huge added benefit. The property was behind a gate that Chris gave a key fob to access, so everything felt incredibly safe. I'd happily stay here again and I'd recommend this property to all visiting Dublin! Nothing--no complaints.

- Adrianna (10/5): Exceptional - The place was lovely and clean in a great location and offered beautiful views from the balcony. The host was very lovely and helpful, definitely recommend 😊 Nothing
- Adrian (8/5): Very good - Great location and comfortable beds & sheets. Easy & smooth check-in and check out. Good communication! Hostel vibes, not bad but no the greatest for families. A bit of investment needed. Parking was supposed to be 20€/day but we were redirected to IFCS Parking which was~50€
- Christine (7/5): Good - Host was very helpful and responsive. Great location.
- Francis (7/5): Good -
- Harry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Harry (9/5): Superb -
- Banu (7/5): Reasonable clean place to stay in the city - Very convenient location. Beds were comfortable Kitchen ware was poorly stocked
- James (10/5): Great stay, and great location! - Location All was good
- Mary (8/5): Very good - Good location and decent kitchen. The secure parking (an extra 20 euro) gave extra piece of mind. I was only there the one night and only very briefly at that so not much time to form likes and dislikes. I would say the set up could maybe be a little confusing for some but Liam can WhatsApp over detailed video instructions to those with WhatsApp. (Unfortunately I didn't have WhatsApp.) Probably best suited to groups looking for a slightly elevated hostel style experience: bunk beds are the order of the day.
- Patrick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Conor (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Very helpful and well organized owner. Lovely apartment.
- Abdalla (9/5): Superb -
- Sinead (8/5): Very good -
- Alex (10/5): lovely, helpful host & super location. - Our host could not have been more helpful, it made the experience really easy. I would recommend this property to anyone.
- Wrongway1985 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anne (8/5): Perfect location - No towels
- Joanne (4/5): Not family appropriate, very obvs it’s mainly for weekend parties. - The location was central It smelled of smoke, the top of the drawers in the main bedroom was covered in tobacco, the sink had toothpaste stains and the shower was dirty.
