• Dianne (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay, we have been to this area many times and love coming back, we would definitely stay in this - Views were amazing, good size apartment, good facilities, padel court & pools although it was out of season for us to use the pool, located right by the beach and a great restaurant and bar close by also good supermarket within walking distance Collection of the keys was very difficult and a long way from the apartment, you need to have a vehicle to collect the keys!
• Signija (4/5): Apartment is in very beautiful location..but the owners doesn’t seem bothered about the actual stay..electricity is brok - the apartment is located in a very beautiful neighborhood, it is very spacious and private. you can sunbathe on the balcony, it has two bathrooms and bedrooms, children safety is very high. but unfortunately there were many problems as well.. apartment was dirty, floors were discussing..there were old cigarettes on the balcony..and the problems with electricity was real issue..it disappeared several times a day..we could not heat up the rooms properly and cook at the same time..it was really annoying and the water heater was not functioning properly as hot water disappears after 5 minutes of showering, we contacted the owner and she said to use it more carefully as it can hold hot water for 4 people, but it was not true, our baby had to go in shower in luke warm water..it got really bad and made me feel like an idiot because seemingly i was spending hot water unnecessarily..but it was not true..but the main thing was floors we had to clean them 4 times so they would be clean…for the money we paid i feel disappointed..

• Gerhard (5/5): Viele hausgemachte Probleme - Schöne Wohnung mit großer Terrasse. Fahrstuhl von der Tiefgarage bis zur Wohnung in der dritten Etage. Einchecken wurde zum großen Problem. Erstens die Hausnummer 3 war nicht erkennbar, somit sind wir zur Hausnummer 2 gefahren. Trendy Homes agiert ausschließlich über Internet, wir waren aber offline, Katastrophe . Um es abzukürzen, es hat fast zwei Stunden gedauert bis vor Ort Hilfe eintraf. Weiter in Stichworten: Bauarbeiten auf dem Dach über der Wohnung, Klimaanlage außer Funktion, drei Heizlüfter wurden zur Verfügung gestellt, wenn zwei Heizlüfter im Betrieb waren plus die Kaffeemaschine sprang die Sicherung heraus, undichte Fenster und viele Kleinigkeiten. Totaler Stromausfall nach Unwetter. Dies kann passieren, was aber nicht geht dass Trendy Homes unsere zahlreichen Anrufe ignoriert hat, erst mit Hilfe von Booking.com konnte der Kontakt hergestellt werden. Die zwei letzten Jahre hatte Trendy Homes in Aquadulce von uns 12 Punkte von 10 Punkten erhalten, dies nährt den Verdacht, dass es an den handenen Personen lag. Wohlwollend 3 Punkte.
• Daniel (6/5): Unter den beschriebenen Umständen nicht vermietbar - Gute Lage mit schöner Meersicht und schönen Sonnenuntergängen. Die Heizlüftung hat nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten mit 2 kleinen Ofen die Wohnung wärmen. Morgens um 08.15 wurde es über uns sehr lärmig, da in dieser Woche wohl eine Flachdachsanierung stattfand. Die Fernsteuerung zum Öffnen des Eingangstors hat nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten ausserhalb des Gebäudekomplexes parkieren. Unter all diesen Umständen hätte die Wohnung nicht vermietet werden dürfen.

• Inma (9/5): VACACIONES - La ubicación. Zona tranquila, a un paso de la playa y una terraza con vistas al mar La limpieza. Aunque se nota que se entrega limpio y el personal es muy agradable y servicial, no estaba agradable. Especialmente suelos del piso y baños con muchos pelos (personas) que van dejando los utensilios ( cepillo, fregonas, ...) que se utilizan. Se deben cambiar/limpiar para no acumular suciedad y da mala imagen.Limpiador de vitrocerámica (parece una tontería)pero si no hay, los usuarios no van a comprar para una semana y se va estropeando. Extensible al resto de productos esenciales de limpieza. El cajetín de la lavadora también es conveniente revisar/limpiar. Y para mejorar, estaría genial instalar ventiladores de techo en los dormitorios. Hay dos de pie y hacen ruido .

• jose antonio (9/5): Muy comoda - La cercanía a la playa, las vistas y que todo funcionaba bien La puerta de entrada a la urbanización no funcionaba bien. Los armarios de la habitación pequeña tenían un olor muy intenso no agradable.

• Roy (10/5): We found the complex to be very relaxing and it was nice to hear the sea lapping on the shore - The location was excellent overlooking the sea. Also very quiet and relaxing. When we did find a space to park at the property. We could not open the main gate, we had to wait for someone to open the main gate so we could drive out which was a bit of a pain.
