• Sergio Antunes (8/5): Estadía para 4 personas En Roma - La Atención de Matteo fue muy buena y super atento en nuestra llegada y durante la estadía. la zona es cercana de la estación de tren. El departamento esta super equipado y se nota reacondionado a nuevo . ( nuestro Viaje fue Familiar ) Había un vecino muy ruidoso durante la noche con música muy alta incomodando nuestro descanso , Considerar si se alojan comentárselo al Anfitrión así el puede resolver de inmediato. ( esto nos hubiera gustado saberlo desde el primer día así no esperar decirlo el ultimo dia cuando dejamos el alojamiento )

• Yulia (8/5): the apartment is cozy, everything you need is in it, very convenient location. - When we arrived there were a lot of people, but our greeter was not there and we were shown to a closed door, having found a suitable entry under the bell "Filippo Turati Hotel" we rang, the door opened and a man of Asian appearance jumped out to meet us, having looked through each sheet of our confirmation papers, concluded with the words "This is not here, get out of here" and ran upstairs. We were horrified, the first thought that came to my mind was "We were deceived!" In the courtyard of this house there is a hairdresser's, its employees helped us, they called from their phone the number indicated on the confirmation (our phones did not work). And immediately, after 1-2 minutes our greeter appeared and we smiled with relief. He took us to the apartment, showed us everything, told us, the apartment is cozy, everything you need is in it, very convenient location. He was ecxelent calmed us down and reassured that everything will be ok.

• Mary (8/5): Modern apartment - It was in a great location near Rome Termini station & able to walk to most attractions & eateries Its a modern renovated apartment in an older residential building. The building uses a bird cage elevator which was cool Modern style appliances. Plentyr of power outlets / air con & new modern bathroom & kitchen. No windows with street view

• Ashutosh (8/5): Great place to stay ! - Close to the Terminal . Really cool and nice host ! The apartment was clean with wifi and all the basic needs were provided ! The host even offered us a wine bottle as a welcome gesture .

• Rizal (10/5): Excellent location, clean accommodation, just perfect. - Emiliano was the perfect host. His place is so conveniently located so near to the main Termini station. He recommended us some places to eat, which was pretty awesome. Overall a great place to stay, clean and all the things you require for your stay. Thank you Emiliano 😄 None
• Martyna (7/5): - Gościnność właścicielki, czystość oraz bliskość do dworca Termini. Plus za klimatyzację. Niestety w mieszkaniu było bardzo głośno przez sąsiada z mieszkania obok, który na cały regulator słuchał radia lub telewizji, nie dało się przez to spać. Minus za sofę w salonie, która była bardzo niewygodna i skrzypiała przy najmniejszym ruchu.
• Nikoline (8/5): Great place for a short stay - Great and central location, great value for money and super friendly staff. The correspondence was super and the in-check was very convenient and smooth. The sofa-bed is not suitable for adults, but would be great for kids (very loudly when moving around). Furthermore, the next door neighbor was very loudly, eg. High sound from television and long argues throughout the night and evening.
• Dario Serafino Tonesi (7/5): - You could see the apartment was recently renovated, it is very clean and both the bed and the sofabed were very comfortable. The apartment's location next to Roma Termini train station was perfect for walking/going to anywhere in the city center. The building of the apartment is bit run-down and the area/street outside the building is not very clean. Also, despite asking to reduce the noise level, the inhabitat of the neighboring apartment was noisy at times when watching TV at night.
• Israat (7/5): Recommend for couples who do not care much about the neighbourhood. - The host was very supportive, but I feel the property is not suitable for families — it may be better suited for couples. The area felt a bit uncomfortable, with some strange people staring at us, and we didn’t feel safe going out late at night. In fact, we avoided going outside after 9 PM. However, the location was very convenient, so it could work well for couples who are comfortable with the area. Neighbourhood. Living room sofa-bed was not comfortable. Washroom window does not have curtain.

Sara was a wonderful host. She was very attentive and met us at the property to explain everything! Also these bed was soooo comfortable! And great AC!

• Yvonne (10/5): Nice Location, Pleasant & Cozy Apartment - Simple, clean, and cozy unit with a fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. Our host, Matteo was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating — especially due to our late train arrival and resulting in later check-in time. He provided a detailed briefing and great recommendations for local restaurants. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift of wine, even though we couldn’t take it with us. The location is convenient, close to the metro station, making it easy for us to get around. There was a mild sewage smell in the living room at times. Also, the bathroom window doesn’t have a shade, so we used a small towel to cover it for privacy. The hot water in the shower ran out during our first night, and we had to wait until the next morning for it to come back. It was a minor inconvenience but didn’t affect our overall stay.

I was greeted on arrival and when I needed resources, anything, I was immediately contacted. Thank you Matteo. Just be sure to ask how the keys to the door work and the lift.
