- Giacomo (5/5): the shower masterpiece! - the location of the apartment, and it was in a very quiet place. the hairdryer was missing, and the bathroom was for hobbies. Finally, the shower was something about 80'th. Let's say that the shower looked like it has belonged to the grandmother of my grandmother... Unlucky.

Weak Wi-Fi (actually no WiFi at all); The shower stream is poor, you can hardly wash your hair; The bedroom window is next to the entrance to another apartment, you sleep and hear all those people who come and go less than 1 metre from your ear; The humidity is high and no window/ventilation in bathroom so there’s stale air inside even you keep you windows open 24/7; The washing machine was broken - it took 2 days to wait the plumber to fix it; The toilet is noisy, there’s some problem with water
