- BOLAÑOS (6/5): - I like the apartment, the distribution was confortable. That has rice maker. TV in the principal bedroom. I didn't like the appliances the pan for example and bowls very old, the towels super old I didn't even wanted to use them , the AC just in the bedrooms the living room was super hot they just have a fan but according tho the weather in there just a fan for kitchen dining room and living room impossible. I was seating the whole time. The bathroom has an ugly courtain, the products smelled bad like very cheap products we didn't used them, it was just an old and used shampoo and the liquid soap in the sink. The pool didn't have a fence, the entrance of the pool is opposite to the apartments so you have to turn around the pool to get into. I never met the host. And people who worked in their like cleaning other apartments. The security is the worst the fence that covers the appartments is visible on the outside, everyone can see you and see your car even when you are at the pool everyone outside sees you no privacy at all, the security is low many people getting in and out. And the doors are with just a physical key. The principal room smelled a lot to cigar I told the cleaning lady and never came. In my opinion was too expensive for the price the charge.

- Jairo (6/5): La estancia no fue comoda, aunque tiene puntos a favor como la ubicacion que es muy estrategica, - LA UBICACION MUY BUENA, YA QUE ESTA CERCA DE LAS PLAYAS COMO CONCHAL, FLAMINGO, TAMARINDO, la limpieza del lugar estuvo bien, que hay supermercados muy cerca del alojamiento Que habían muchos desperfectos en el apartamento, como un llavín dañado, el agua del lavamanos no drenaba bien, no había implementos de aseos personal como champú, jabón, papel higiénico solo dejaron un rollo para cuatro días para cuatros personas, los utensilios de cocina de muy mala calidad y escasos, no había cuchillo de cocina, muchas de las cosas fueron solucionadas porque las solicitamos, algo que no nos pareció fue llegar de la playa a utilizar la piscina pero estaba ocupada por los niños de los trabajadores del lugar.

- Guest (8/5): - The property is quite safe, located near beautiful beaches such as Flamingo, Avellanas, Tamarindo, among others. The facilities are acceptable, the beds are comfortable, and so are the amenities. It was missing a BBQ area, some of the coffee makers weren’t working very well, the showers had a bit of clogged water flow, there was no shampoo or soap, and a few of the air conditioners were leaking water.

Works for short stay but maybe not best for a longer break. - - The property was clean and tidy - It was nice to have a pool - The rooms were fairly spacious (two friends, room each) - Liked that there was a member of staff at night, felt safe - Staff we interacted with were friendly - Our contact on the booking app was very helpful and responsive (I don’t know his/her name!) - Hot water - Walking distance to the chocolate tasting tour - It’s located on a junction and it was more noisy than expected (when relaxing by the pool the road was loud) - From one of the bedrooms each night/early hours of the morning there was loud barking and sound of rooster - It seemed that there was ongoing maintenance and work being done - Ants - The bathroom was tiny (and in our opinion not very practically designed e.g. no window, where to hold the toilet paper) - Shower head didn’t run fully - About 10/15min Uber ride to the main Tamrindo town

The shower head was very bad, kind of hard and awkward to shower cuz the water weren’t go straight in one direction will go outside the shower. Also the sink in the washroom the water wouldn’t go down properly, personally very annoying thing when you have to wash your face or brush your teeth. The last but not least there was not a mirror… I know, is Costa Rica but it’s great to have a mirror to see what you are wearing lol instead, me and my friends we were asking to each other how we look.

- Edwin (8/5): Great place for 2 nights! - Very nice and clean appartment. We stayed here for 2 nights to take some relaxing time during our roundtrip in Costa Rica. We enjoyed the pool at the end of the day after coming back from the beach. If I need to say something, the appartment is small, however aa you are out most of the time this was not an issue for us.

All communication from keys to payment happened smoothly through whatsapp. The garden area lacked the sense of privacy since it was next to a big road.
