La chambre donnait vue mer et parking… Nous pensions que nous aurions été placé vraiment face à la mer. Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais pas exceptionnel.

Un grand merci notamment aux deux personnes présentes à la réception mercredi soir, qui ont été adorables tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les attentions pour notre lune de miel, avec une jolie décoration en chambre et une belle vue. Les piscines, notamment le rooftop, sont magnifiques avec une superbe vue mer. L’hôtel est calme, idéal pour se détendre. Restaurant sur place très bon et avec un magnifique coucher de soleil. La localisation est plutôt calme, avec peu d’activités ou de charme dans la ville pour ceux qui souhaitent explorer davantage.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and highly professional—especially a French member of the team who went above and beyond to help us resolve a few issues. The food was outstanding, and the kitchen team truly deserves five stars. Overall, the entire staff provided excellent service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience. Cada vez que tiran de la sisterna o se ducha el apartamento de arriba lo escuchas una barbaridad. Almohadas muy duras y para ser un cinco estrellas es increíble que las camas sean según recepción de 1,60. Yo diría que incluso 1,50.

• Barbara (10/5): Exceptionnel! - Nous avons passé 16 jours exceptionnels dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse par une équipe attentionnée, toujours prête à aider et s’assurer que tout allait bien. Les piscines (notamment celle du rooftop), les animations et les soirées sont très bien organisées. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner et du dîner (formule demi-pension) est de qualité. En tant que sportive, j’ai particulièrement apprécié la salle de sport, très bien équipée, avec une zone extérieure de type CrossFit, face à la mer – un vrai plus ! L’espace intérieur permet de travailler tout le corps avec une bonne variété de machines et de poids (ouverte 24h). Enfin, le cadre est superbe, avec une vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil chaque soir pendant le dîner. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à toute personne venant à Majorque.

• Heike (9/5): Tolles, neu ausgestattetes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und bemühtem Personal. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Alles war sauber und das Essen war sehr gut. Der Check-in war sehr persönlich und man fühlte sich direkt willkommen. Wer Wert auf eine große Poolanlage legt, sollte ein anderes Hotel buchen. Allerdings gibt es einen direkten Einstieg ins Meer. Eine gemütliche Raucherecke gibt es im Hotel nicht.

La chambre trop petite et manquant vraiment de rangements (malgré le fait d'avoir pris une chambre de catégorie supérieure, la propreté de la chambre perfectible, l'établissement manque de certains équipements (sauna, hammam, pas de possibilité d'accès à certaines applications via le téléviseur de la chambre).

• Andrew (9/5): Great modern hotel for a sun and fun stay. - Modern, clean hotel with great amenities and very friendly staff. Views were great. Breakfast was great; tremendous, quality selection. Parking was convenient. Location was a little far from the beach I’m for a hotel names Es Trenc. Also a little far from shops and restaurants, especially if you don’t want to drive.

Prix un peu cher tout de même Place de parking disponible Service au restaurant à table beaucoup trop long Chambre un peu petite et manque de rangements. La vasque salle de bain dans le couloir , en vue d'optimiser la surface de la chambre, n'est pas une bonne idée. Il manque des patères pour accrocher les serviettes et les paignoires. Heureusement que nous avions une terrasse pour stocker les valises et d'autres petites choses.

• Selina (10/5): - Das Hotel hat meine bereits hohen Erwartungen übertroffen! Das Zimmer war wunderschön, das Essen sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich und der ganze Aufenthalt war bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Es wurde täglich kleine Aufmerksamkeiten aufs Zimmer gelegt, man konnte alles über einen Chip am Armband steuern....Mein Highlight war aber die App zum Hotel. Dort waren zu jeder Zeit alle Informationen vorhanden und es wurde angezeigt, ob das Zimmer bereits gereinigt wurde. Nichts, es war alles super!

• carole (9/5): Séjour au top - Le buffet du petit déjeuner est exceptionnel La décoration de l’hôtel Le confort de la chambre Le roof top avec une vue et un confort à couper le souffle La chambre terrasse que nous avions réservée à la base était au premier étage et était complètement vitrée et donnait sur l’arrière du bar piscine Cela occasionnait du bruit et un total manque d’intimité (les passants dans la rue peuvent tout voir) nous avons demandé à changer ce qui a été fait de manière très efficace. Nous étions ravis de la nouvelle chambre.
• Jochen (10/5): - Personal ist absolut TOP! da bleiben wirklich keine Wünsche offen, alles wird mit einer außergewöhnlichen Freundlichkeit umgesetzt. Frühstück & Abendessen ist sehr gut! wir hatten am Anfang das standard Doppelzimmer gebucht. Dies ist etwas klein (18m²) Auf Nachfrage haben wir dann eine Junior Suite bekommen die eigentlich doppelt so groß war (37m²) gegen Aufpreis bekommen. Dieses Zimmer war perfekt und wir hatten eine TOP Aussicht.
• Spyros (9/5): - Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο ανακαινισμένο. Πολύ πλούσιος μπουφές για πρωινό. Τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά και ανακαινισμενα αν και θα μπορούσαν να ειναι λίγο μεγαλύτερα. Θέα θάλασσα από όλα τα δωμάτια. Η περιοχή ιδανική για χαλάρωση οπως επίσης και αν σας αρέσει το jogging και οι βόλτες δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Πολύ κοντά στην παραλία Es Trenc αν και δεν ενθουσιαστηκα με την συγκεκριμένη παραλία. Υπάρχουν πολύ καλύτερες στην περιοχή. Το χωριό που βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχείο δεν λέει και πολλά, αλλά μπορείτε να επισκεφθείτε άλλα κοντινά μέρη πολύ γραφικά και όμορφα αλλά θα χρειαστείτε αμάξι.

• Judith (8/5): Tolle Lage, schönes Design - Perfekte Lage nähe es trenc, direkt am Meer-man kann mit einer Leiter direkt ins Meer. Toller Meerblick aus dem Zimmer. Frühstücksauswahl top, nette Mitarbeiter.Bequeme Betten.Schönes neues Design. Preis-Leistung-zu teuer...Zimmer relativ klein und wenig Abstellfläche im Zimmer selbst.

• Micaela (8/5): Da migliorare - Bellissima posizione, staff super disponibile (Elodie in modo particolare). Ottima colazione a buffet, molto varia, così come la cena. Camera ok, con accappatoi e una doccia molto spaziosa. Molto apprezzato il dispenser dell’acqua al piano. Per essere un 5stelle ci sono molti aspetti da migliorare. Struttura appena ristrutturata ma nella ns camera non c’era (o non funzionava, perché c’era un interruttore che avrebbe potuto servire allo scopo) l’aerazione nel wc. Solo due ascensori (che servono anche al personale), senza possibilità di scegliere se chiamare la salita o la discesa, uno solo che arriva fino al rooftop. Assolutamente inadeguato, non oso immaginare in periodo di alta stagione con l’hotel pieno. Al ristorante due persone in più dietro ai buffet non sarebbero state di troppo, anche perché i cartellini che spiegano le portate sono assolutamente insufficienti (e messi anche un po’ a caso, sopratutto sui dolci), quindi non sei mai sicuro di ciò che prendi. Non ho visto prodotti gluten free, né senza lattosio, né vegani. Per il prezzo richiesto, si può (e si deve) fare di più.

• Thomas (10/5): Hervorragendes Haus auf Top-Niveau direkt am Meer mit perfektem Erholungswert - Es war für ein 5-Sterne Haus eine genau richtige Mischung von Noblesse und doch hat man sich nach kurzer Zeit „wie zu Hause gefühlt“. Und das gesamte Personal (Alle!) waren extrem zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich und durchs Band kompetent — es wurden einem die „Wünsche von den Lippen abgelesen“. Auch das Essen im Büffetrestaurant war außerordentlich gut und die „Themen“ sehr abwechslungsreich. Die RoofTop Terasse mit seinen Sonnenuntergängenwar überhaupt „der Hammer“ Die Aufzüge im Haus sind leider zu wenig, unterdimensioniert und reagieren sehr langsam….

• Erich (5/5): Das Preisleitungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. - Sauber, freundlich, gute Betten. Schlechtes Essen, Preise für Buffet Mittags und Abends sehr teuer, zwischen den Mahlzeiten gab es keine Möglichkeit was zu essen wenn man Hunger hatte. Man konnte auch a la Carte essen, aber das war leider immer ausgebucht. schlechter Service,m.

• Courtney (3/5): Disappointing hotel, don’t waste your time or money. - Has a decent gym and pool area. Breakfast options were good. 1. When we arrived we noticed no tea bags in the designated area when they said they offered them. 2. The shower was broken when we got there and we had to call to have it fixed but they did send maintenance straight away, which was good. 3. There was used gum stuck to the inside bottom of the pool bags they provide for you which would’ve been seen and ignored by staff as they pop new towels in them. 4. Fresh towels were not provided the next day and we messaged then called requesting them and they said they would bring it up but didn’t and we had to go down an hour later to reception to request it for the third time. 5. Charged us for mini bar usages even though we didn’t use anything. When questioned why they said it was an error and removed it. Very suspicious as if I didn’t have their app I wouldn’t have seen the charges before leaving. 6. When I went to check what could’ve been charged, I noticed they had an open pack of gummy lollies at the top shelf of the fridge, which we did not open meaning they do not do a detailed check of the room and makes me think they don’t clean it properly. 7. There is an option to do a survey where they ask how your stay is going and I submitted the above and I advised I was available to be contacted and no one said anything even on check out. Super disappointing from what is meant to be a 5 star hotel.
• sara (10/5): Best Hotel in Colonia Sant Jordi! Book it - Breakfast was fantastic. Fresh smoothies, great fruit selection. Evening meal was super too, we had fresh Sea Bass cooked while we waited! Great gym & classes available, the lady that did circuits & Pilates was brilliant, plus classes everyday to choose from. Everyday was a surprise, we had wine & Mallorca cake one afternoon then ice cream cart another. Cinema night was a my favourite treat! Fran by the pool was super friendly. Had a room issues but was quickly sorted very professionally! Wouldn’t hesitate to return Best Hotel in the area
• Diego (10/5): 5 estrellas se quedan cortas. - El trato del personal del hotel ha sido absolutamente excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, el servicio recibido fue más allá de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Faye en recepción y Lilia en Guest Services fueron maravillosas con nuestra familia. Viajamos para celebrar nuestro aniversario de bodas con nuestros dos hijos de 6 y 3 años y disfrutamos de una estancia de 10. La habitación, impecable, con dos terrazas y vistas panorámicas, está diseñada con mucho gusto. Es muy silenciosa, no se escucha nada entre habitaciones, y está completamente nueva. El servicio de desayuno estupendo, con una amplísima selección de buenos productos. La noche de nuestro aniversario cenamos en Salivent, uno de los restaurantes del hotel, y tanto el servicio como la cena fueron de 10. Muy recomendable. Tuvieron detalles con nosotros cada día; el personal de la piscina y del rooftop muy atentos, los camareros muy serviciales y el trato a nuestros niños, de 10. La ubicación es excelente, la playa está muy cerca y las calas y la colonia son preciosas. Nos fuimos realmente encantados y con el recuerdo de lo que significa estar en un 5 estrellas de los de verdad. Muchísimas gracias. Gracias nuevamente tanto a Faye como a Lilia en especial, que ya solo con sus sonrisas y calidez, la primera estrella del hotel la ponen ellas. Todo fue perfecto.
• Stefan (9/5): Wunderbarer Urlaub, Top Hotel, super Dienstleistung, absolut weiter zu empfehlen. - Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit bester Aussicht, top Ausstattung alles neu und vom feinsten... Sehr gutes Frühstück, alles frisch zubereitet. Wenn es überhaupt was zu bemängeln gab, dann der Verleih von E-Bikes, die waren in einem schlechten Zustand. Hier sollte man den Externen Anbieter wechseln.
