- JJ (10/5): - Super cómodo nada de ruidos la comida el primer día no me gustó nada pero apartir del segundo mejoro mucho la calidad estuve de lunes a viernes y estuve super bien no me quería ni ir ya de lo cómodo que se está ahí e de decir que estaba en (todo incluido) me tengo muchísimo ir en todo incluido super fácil y super cómodo también tuvimos un problemita con el aire acondicionado ya que no había para frío pero nos lo solucionaron dándonos un ventilador y un detalle de un vino con copas y chocolate, la verdad que nada de quejas alreves volveré a repetir,también tienen una sala de juegos en las cuales te diviertes mucho tanto adulto como infantil, un gym 24h abierto lo cual puedes ir a la hora que quieras y eso está perfecto me encantó todo del hotel, el personal era super claro con cualquier duda que yo tenía, en fin me encantó y volveré a repetir. Yo fui en todo incluido y no veo bien las personas que no van en todo incluido qué Page 11€ por el bufe ya que no era de tan calidad como para 11€ y la tienda de abajo el precio de la crema solar exagerada de cara, por lo demás todo estaba genial.
- Jill (9/5): I would definitely stay at the hotel again. - Checking in and out was easy. The seating in the lobby is great. Room was roomy so that was wonderful. It was clean, comfy and quiet and decorated in a calming white and blue. The bathroom was really nice as it was brand new. A good sized balcony. There aren't enough coffee machines at breakfast and there were long queues for the few coffee machines. Wifi was intermittent and slow so I had to use my own data. I can't comment on the pool or beach as it was May and the weather was windy so we didn't use the pool as May is still out of season. Bathrooms are wonderful as they are new and modern but there is nothing to grab onto if someone is unsteady on their feet in the shower.

- MABEL (8/5): - Las instalaciones, la ubicación y el personal de recepción muy atentos y agradables Fuimos a un concierto y el sábado nos acostamos bastante tarde , el domingo por la mañana , a las 8.30 empezaron las limpiadoras a chillar por el pasillo , contándose la vida (porque lo oíamos todo ) mientras limpiaban . Además , sobre las 9.30 nos abrieron la puerta para ver si estábamos en la habitación . No me pareció correcto , me pillaron saliendo del baño cuando abrieron Nos íbamos esa mañana , no veo normal que abran la puerta a esa hora

Mi hija y su amiga disfrutaron muchisimo si vas a relajarte alli solo escuchas niños pero me gusto todo, o que el bar de la piscina no tuviese por ejemplo para bocadillos o para un tienten pie
- Ruth (9/5): Placentera - La ubicación fantástica. Con acceso directo a la playa, zona tranquila a 5 minutos de Centro Comercial. El trato del personal en general muy bien y excelente el personal de recepción. Todo fue fenomenal. No hubo nada que no estuviese a nuestro gusto.
- Jose Manuel (10/5): Animación TOP, hotel con trato muy familiar - Como siempre la animación, Ionela, Ivan, Denis y Teo forman un equipazo, en especial ella, con el trato con nuestro hijo que lo ha disfrutado muchisimo. Es todo genial, la reforma, la habitación todo genial, y tanto recepción como el director Francisco, todo un trato muy familiar. Hemos venido varias veces y la cocina se ve que la han mejorado, el tema del cocinado, y dice mucho de la mejoría en conjunto del hotel. No hay nada que no nos haya gustado, quizas si es verdad que en comida caliente, alo mejor pondría un poco más de variedad, pero estaba muy rica.

- Rocio (10/5): Es genial para ir con familia y sobre todo con niños - Las vistas desde la habitación es maravillosa. Los trabajos son muy amigables y simpáticos. Lo que más me gustó son los animadores sin duda es lo mejor.. super simpáticos alegres y las actividades con los niños es lo mejor de lo mejor. Si quieres disfrutar de buen tiempo y disfrutar de la piscina es una muy buena opción. La comida genial tienes muchas opciones de desayuno al igual que cena. Hay unas pequeñas cosas que mejor.. como había algunas goteras por la lluvia, no en las habitaciones si no en algunas zonas comunes. Los toboganes de agua por dentro también se puede mejorar un poco más la limpieza. Pero por lo demás todo perfecto.

Hotel muy ruidoso toda la noche de la gente hablando alto, ruido de maletas, a primera hora de la mañana por parte de las camareras de pisos y para rematar ladridos de un perro en el pasillo deben avisar que aceptan mascotas. Ni pensar quiero el mes de agosto en ese hotel. Por otro lado las camas y almohadas incomodisimas. En resumen no volveré.

- Adina (3/5): Am ales hotelul pentru ca avea piscină și topogane pentru copiii, din păcate nu ne-am putut bucura de aceste facilități - Micul dejun a fost bun, destul de variat. Hotelul nu arată de 4 stele, paturi de fier, neconfortabile. Camerele reci, cu gresie pe jos. A fost nevoie să cer paturi de la recepție ca să ne încălzim. Am fost în luna mai, afară erau 24 de grade dar noaptea destul de rece.

It's good because it has a bunch of stuff, but I also understand that the hotel is huge, so it needs to optimize some things. It could have more options for kids. Pools were great, but the kids' house was closed.

- Claudia (10/5): Una estancia muy agradable - La habitación era bastante amplia, tenía terraza y una bonita vista al mar. El desayuno también nos gustó pues es hay cosas para todos los gustos. Lo único que no nos gustó es que los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado eran muy ruidosos. Llegaban a la habitación tarde, se instalaban en la terraza y hablaban muy fuerte. El hotel debería advertir que no se debe hacer ruido pasadas las 11pm.

- Lindsey (6/5): I would stay in the hotel again but absolutely wouldn’t use the restaurant. - The rooms were lovely and very recently upgraded by the looks of things. We had one on the ground floor which led out to the pool area which was ideal for my family. The receptionist was very helpful as we initially had a problem with the booking through booking.com allocating a single room which should have been for two people. They sorted it out quickly and reallocated a better room to be fair. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The food was awful. The whole experience of the restaurant was not pleasant. Lots of the food was highly processed. My son ate a sausage on the first morning that was raw before he realised. Bacon was not even streaky bacon. It was formed meat made to look like bacon. There were cereal and fruit options. Fish at dinner looked very suspect so decided not to chance it after the mornings experience and the rest of the meat looked awful again. Only water was allowed as part of the half board option. The staff didn’t seem to know what the allowances were either as I wasn’t charged for a juice from the machine on the first night but charged the second night even though the concierge told me they were complimentary. We were made to feel uncomfortable after I challenged this with the staff members who acted like we were trying to have something and not pay for it. Not a nice experience at all!

- ISABEL TERESA (8/5): Agradable y práctico - La ubicación genial, en la misma playa, sobre la avenida marítima que te lleva al Castillo de Santa Ana. Es un hotel ideal para ir con niños. Por el parque acuático y el servicio de ludoteca (los monitores son fantástico) y por la noche hay actividades (disco, shows, etc...) A unos minutos a pie del CC con todo tipo de tiendas y supermercados. Por la zona también restaurantes y chiringuitos de playa. La comida se repite mucho, pero no es de mala calidad. El servicio de transporte público es deficiente en la zona (aunque esto no aplica al hotel pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta)

- Belén (9/5): Perfecta estancia - Todo genial!! Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. El baño perfecto!! Aparcamiento gratuito justo en la puerta. El desayuno muy bueno también, había de todo. No supimos cambiar la calefacción por aire acondicionado y pasamos calor por la noche
