• Petra (9/5): - Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und vorausgegangener Kontakt. Freundlicher Empfang. Wohnung sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lage prima. Waren zu zweit und teilweise getrennt voneinander unterwegs, so dass ein zweiter Schlüssel perfekt gewesen wäre. Habe jedoch auch nicht danach gefragt.
• Michaela (8/5): - Es war sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Vermieter super nett und alles hat reibungslos geklappt.
• Lucia (8/5): viaje a BASILEA y alrededores - nos gusto mucho la ubicacion, cerca del tranvia y al lado de un pequeño super, para comprar lo imprescindible. el apartamento es coqueto, muy limpio , incluso las zonas comunitarias(desde el portal)y con todo lo necesario. el anfitrion super amable y muy atento a nuestra llegada y esperandonos pacientemente. las camas amplias , un armario para guardar la ropa o mochilas y buena calefaccion. echamos en falta un biombo, en la habitacion que esta dentro de la cocina, porque asi , esto le hubiera dado mas intimidad a las personas que duermen en esa cama, cada vez que alguien entra a la cocina a beber agua o tomar un cafe. las almohadas nos parecieron demasiado blandas y bajitas.

• Giancarlo (10/5): Der Aufenthalt war perfekt für meinen Besuch an der basler Fasnacht. 😁 - Die Schlüsselabgabe erfolgte ohne Probleme. Franco war sehr pünktlich, nett, hilfsbereit und sehr lustig. Ich fühlte mich sofort sehr willkommen.
• Mary (10/5): Would stay again - Apartment was spotless and very quiet. It was around 20 minute walk from the centre of old town Basel. We booked taxis and ubers to pick up and drop at Dorint hotel which was only 2 minutes away from us and easier to find. Our host was there to meet us and talk us through everything. We found the coffee machine difficult to manage and recommended that they also supply a kettle as an alternative way to heat water
• Zuzanna (10/5): - Mimo, iż apartament nie mieści się w centrum to bardzo łatwo i szybko można się do niego dostaċ. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, niczego w nim nie brakuje. Co do czystości, nigdy nie trafiłam na tak czysty apartament. Kontakt z właścicielem był płynny. Jeśli będę jeszcze kiedyś planować wyjazd do Bazylei to nie bede miala problemu z wyborem noclegu😊

• Gizem Dila (7/5): Sıcak, rahat küçük ve eksik mutfak. - Çok temiz ve iki odalı olması, sıcak su bizim beğendiğimiz yönleriydi. Mutfak eve göre çok küçük ve imkanlar çok sınırlıydı. Her öğün dışarda yeme planınız yoksa yemek yapmak çok zor. Su ısıtıcı bile yoktu.
• Fiorella (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole e memorabile - Appartamento molto confortevole, ampio, ben accessoriato, ideale per un breve soggiorno in famiglia. Gestori gentili e responsivi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ben collegato al centro storico. Siamo arrivati in auto. Ci sarebbe stato molto utile se il gestore ci avesse fornito in anticipo informazioni su come e dove parcheggiare l'auto. Abbiamo impiegato molto tempo la prima sera, al nostro arrivo, per trovare un parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze. Questo è stato l'unico disagio che abbiamo avuto.

• Lee (9/5): Great value place to stay and lovely city. - Just out of town but a pleasant 10-15 walk. Host Franco was very polite and helpful, communication with Andrea was also excellent. Nice apartment that was very clean. Basel is a lovely place especially with the Christmas market there. Would defo go again and recommend this place for overall value.

• Vegenov (7/5): Logement bien placé et très propre mais la deuxième chambre est dans la cuisine-séjour. - Logement était très propre, bien placé et pas trop bruyant. Le fait de devoir donner en francs suisse, en liquide, la taxe de séjour n’était vraiment pas idéal. L’une des chambres est dans la cuisine. Mise à part la table à manger de la cuisine, il n’y avait pas d’autre table/bureau, pour s’installer pour travailler

• Karen (6/5): Clean and spacious but key issue needs to be resolved - - The staff were communicative and friendly - The apartment was a good size for our family of 3 - The place was very clean - Essentials were available (e.g., toilet roll, soap, dish washing detergent, coffee) - There was a coffee machine with ground coffee available - The location was good for my conference at the University of Basel - Our major issue was with the lock. We only had one key (usual when renting an apartment) but the door could only be exited from the inside using the key. This was a big problem for us. I was attending a conference and my partner was with me on holiday with our toddler. We had originally planned for me to attend conference events in the evening while my partner remained in the flat with our toddler. We could have managed this if I had been able to take the apartment key to let myself in later at night. However, with the lock set up (apparently to ensure safety), had I taken the key my partner and son would have been unable to get out of the apartment in the case of an emergency (e.g., a fire!). This meant I had a curfew of my toddler's bedtime of 7.30pm to get back so my husband and son could let me in. This is just not safe or practical. I asked if we could have another key and this was not possible. I understand that only one key is the norm but until the door lock issue is resolved (i.e., you can exit without needing the key), I cannot recommend this place. - My other issue was that we were asked to send a copy of our passports by email to some Gmail address in advance. We were not comfortable doing this but did not realise we could not be issued a Basel card for free transport in Basel without this. However, when I followed up about this via email the staff were very helpful and I was told that supplying our names and dates of birth would suffice. We got our Basel cards two days after we arrived. - The place is advertised as two-bedroom but it is really a one bedroom place with another double bed in the kitchen/dining room. This generally wasn't an issue for us as there was also a little sofa and a TV in the hall we could use if someone slept in the bed in the kitchen. Also, the apartment was a good size. However, this may not suit everyone.

• Lara (8/5): Great location for transport links - This apartment was in a great location for trams and buses into the town centre. I don't think it is obvious from the description and photos that the kitchen/dining area is in one of the bedrooms. Since we were two friends travelling together this meant that one of us could not access the kitchen whilst the other was asleep etc.

And the fridge was broken and they gave us some really small fridge for the wine during the wholle stay. Also the light didnt work and they change it next day.
