• Guest (8/5): Consigliato per un soggiorno breve - Comodo il self check-in, bello l’arredamento della camera. Stanza molto luminosa e moderna, posizione comoda se vi interessa stare vicino al Vaticano. Peccato per qualche dettaglio come la polvere sui vari ripiani (soprattutto l’angolo caffè) e le grandi macchie sul piumone del letto. Lo scarico del gabinetto non funzionava bene e usciva cattivo odore dallo scarico della doccia.

• Jessica (10/5): - La struttura è accogliente, pulita e curata nei dettagli. La camera era silenziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Un ringraziamento speciale a Maryam sempre gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B a chi cerca un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole — tornerò sicuramente!
• Eleonora (7/5): Bella posizione e niente di più - Posizione comoda a due passi dai musei vaticani e dalla fermata della metro Ottaviano. Camera spaziosa. Camera poco pulita, polvere ovunque e vetro della doccia sporco. Tavolino con macchina del caffè pieno di polvere comprese le tazze quindi inutilizzabili. Tra l’altro c’era la macchinetta ma non c’erano le capsule per fare il caffè. Non c’era neanche un cestino in tutta la stanza. Il telecomando della tv non esisteva. Comunicazione con la proprietaria/gestore poco chiara e in inglese. Insomma non ci tornerei.

• Eledi (1/5): Terrible - The only think that we liked was the location of the apartment, the fact that the building was pretty secure and the wifi that worked well. The apartment was filthy, totally unclean!!! Starting from the bathroom — only the toilet had been cleaned. The floor, mirrors, and glass were extremely dirty. The bed sheets had black stains, and we have no idea what they were. Honestly, the cleanliness of this apartment was -1000/10. Then, the hosts… I have no words!! We asked for an early check-in. According to their rules, check-in is at 14:00. We were waiting in the hallway outside the apartment at 13:30, and the cleaning person hadn’t even arrived yet. We ended up entering the room much later because of their disorganization. We’re shocked at how this level of apartment and such scandalous service can receive good reviews on Booking! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!! (you can also check the pics that show how “clean” was the apartment)

• Andrea (4/5): Non ci tornerei. - A 15 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano. Una referente, raggiunta al telefono in risposta alla richiesta di indicare l'orario del nostro arrivo, parlava con difficoltà italiano. Arrivati all'orario indicato, comunicato con ampio anticipo, la stanza era ancora sottosopra e l'addetta delle pulizie doveva ancora iniziare. Ciambella del wc con cerniera sganciata, piatto della doccia con impronta di suola, pomello di apertura acqua della doccia duro da girare, frigo con acqua in ristagno sul ripiano e c'era rimasta una bottiglietta d'acqua aperta (probabilmente da precedente soggiorno). Il secondo letto, oltre il matrimoniale, è un divano letto qundi con rete e materasso molli.

Scarico della doccia otturato che ha allagato il bagno e il corridoio. Mancanza di un banale straccio per poter contenere l'allagamento. Assolutamente assenza di reazione quando sono stati segnalati i problemi. Peccato

• Jayne (8/5): Fab apartment & great location for so much sightseeing! - Great location and the small pizza takeaway opposite was amazing! Comfortable bed to get some well needed rest after busy days seeing Rome. It was clean as well as being a perfect little apartment. The staff were so nice and friendly which goes a long way, so thank you 🙂 Wasn’t so much that we didn’t like it but the bathroom lock was broken (not that this bothered us) and it took us a while to figure out how to get the shower heads working.

• Nicole (10/5): A really good apartment in Rome - The host was always available and very kind. The apartment is on a good spot in the city and the vatican state is very near (around 10 min). The room was clean and had everything what we needed - a coffee machine, shampoo, towels etc. I really recommend this Apartment.
• Bella (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped, featuring two smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils, and a coffee machine. Late evening check-in was smooth, and the building has an elevator, which was very convenient. We could hear the sound of traffic from the apartment, but it was not a major issue. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome!

• Paul (10/5): Great location and comfortable. - The location of the apartment is great. It is close to the Vatican (~10 minutes walk). There are a lot of restaurants and markets close by that you can enjoy. The apartment was large with everything clean. The small kitchen that we had had most of the things that you need for basic cooking (pans, dishes, wine glasses etc.) I would have loved to have a bit more things in the kitchen, like vinegar or oil, but it was not a deal breaker. Just a small detail that I would have loved having.
• Gladys (9/5): Value for money! Would recommend🙂 - Room was large enough to accomodate 4 adults and so far was able to meet our needs. Not fully sound proof as you can hear noise from cars on the road but it did not really bother us coz we were tired so was still able to rest/sleep.

• Jiamei (6/5): Overall it’s a good value stay. Host is friendly and communication was easy. Place is spacious and clean. However, there - Spacious and clean. Communication with host is smooth and easy. There was a an unpleasant smelt of sewage from the bathroom when we first entered the apartment. We opened the window and tried to get rid of it but still lingered throughout our stay. This place is a bit far from the metro station (around 10 minutes walk) and not close to supermarket.

• Helena (10/5): Lovely stay in Roma, perfect stay. - Excellent host. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in, and she gave us great recommendations for places to eat and other tips. The check-in and check-out were simple. The location was perfect, with everything necessary nearby and the metro station just a few minutes' walk away. The room is renovated, everything is new and very clean. I will definitely return.
• Tina (10/5): Exceptional - The host was brilliant in helping me with working the shower, even though it was late! It was not broken I just didn't know how to use it. She also let me leave my bags in earlier than check in with no extra charge. The location is 10 minutes walk from the Vatican. 20 mins walk from the St Peters Basillica. Lots of food options nearby, and near Metro. All great!! Everything was fine. Lots of space inside.
• James (2/5): Not worth the money - bad sewer smell & very basic fit out. Photos are polished - The bed was comfortable, the linen was clean, and the apartment was pretty easy to access. However, at 150 euros per night, it is not worth the price and seems like an asset that is being sweat without proper care. I was very disappointed with my stay overall. The apartment had a strong and overpowering sewer smell, which was extremely off-putting. The kitchen was lacking basic items like a knife to chop vegetables. Although the host tried to help, none of the issues were resolved, and communication about a refund has been poor – I’ve been waiting over 48 hours with no update. Noise from the street was also disruptive, and non-functioning AC meant the apartment was uncomfortably warm. The host also tried to help with this, but it repeatedly tripped out and we were left with no option but to deal with warm nights. At 150 euros per night, it is not worth the price and seems like an asset that is being sweat without proper care.

The host tried her best to help but the smell was overwhelming and kept coming back each day :( Our bed blanket also had several stains on it which the host replaced for us once we informed her.other than that it would have been a great stay and she was very friendly

Great location, suitable for both Rome and Vatican City. The locks needs to improve a bit - both the main door and also of the bathroom. We were expecting a kitchen as was in the booking.com photos but that was missing.

• Kat (10/5): A perfect place to stay in Rome for comfort and convenience - This is a lovely apartment in a great location. The bedroom is large and comfortable, and the whole apartment is clean, well-equipped and modern. We originally planned to use the pull-out sofa, but the main bed was large enough for us both so we slept on that. So I don’t know how comfortable the sofa bed is, but I suspect that the kitchen space would be rather tight if someone is sleeping there. But the place had everything we needed and was roomy for two of us. We would definitely stay here again!
