• Rebecca (10/5): It was a lovely place to stay in Munich! I would highly recommend this property. - Spacious, and well appointed for a family with a king bedroom and option of one or two sofa beds (which were large and comfortable). It was very clean. The location was nice; it was a 15 minute walk from the old town and in a quiet neighborhood.

• Lawrence (8/5): Great place to use as a base to explore downtown Munich, especially for first time visitors! - The host was proactive with providing information prior to arrival and check-out. The location was superb! The apartment was spacious, with ample heating despite arriving on a cold weekend. The kitchen was well equipped. Having a parking spot in a garage also afforded the flexibility of keeping a car for more distant daytrips, not to mention the perks of loading and unloading in a protected environment. While the check-in information was provided, the key was still difficult to locate, especially at night, arriving on a car and driving in a foreign country. For people in a similar situation, I would suggest parking on the side street (Sandstraße) when getting the key. The apartment was generally clean, but some improvement could be made with the water kettle and the bedding. The bathroom was generally good, but shower access may prove challenging for some (those with mobility challenged or larger body stature). Finally, there was some nuisance door bell ringing, but it only occurred at around 4-7pm, so it wasn't a major disturbance per se.

• Tricia (6/5): Overall it was fine, we were only there for a short visit. - The apartment was clean with good sized bedrooms. The bathroom was quite small. The shower was tight and narrow with minimal shelving for toiletries. The kitchen could use a makeover. We found the mattresses very firm….which wasn’t great for our backs.
• Marc (8/5): Munich with 4 - It's a lovely place, quiet and good access to the city via public transport. It could have used a few more mod cons like a microwave and more kitchen equipment. Plus the TV was terrible to use, even for basics.

Хороший район, просторные апартаменты. Очень маленький санузел и душ. Я вешу не много, но еле помещался в душевую кабину. Нет микроволновой печи.

• Mar (9/5): Fantástico!! - Muy amplio y limpio. El balcón es un punto muy favorable. Aunque lo sofás-camas eran cómodos creo que se podría poner otra cama, el espacio es suficiente para ello.

Calda e accogliente anche senza bisogno di accendere i termosifoni. Cucina molto attrezzata con te e caffe a disposizione. Piccolo benvenuto con acqua e salatini. Bagno molto piccolo. Cuscini troppo troppo morbidi (gusto personale) Asciugamani troppo piccoli per la doccia

• martijn (8/5): - Netjes geregeld. Moeilijkere locatie om te vinden maar van tevoren al netjes filmpje ontvangen met instructies voor het appartement en parkeer garage. Alles was netjes schoon. Locatie was ook perfect omdat je vlakbij veel mogelijkheden had voor openbaar vervoer. Alles was na verwachting. niets viel tegen.

• georgina (8/5): Todo perfecto..menos la limpieza - La ubicación es perfecta, a 30 minutos caminando hacia el centro y a 5 minutos de una parada de metro. El.apartamento es amplio y cómodo. La única pega es la limpieza, da la sensación que no hay limpieza profunda entre cambio de huéspedes y las moquetas están sucias igual que algunos utensilios de cocina.

• Sen (8/5): Convenient and safe neighborhood, spacius bedroom and balcony - Location is good, rooms are big, balcony is very big, beds are comfortable There is no washing machine inside the apartment, the machine is in the underground and shared by other residents. Pretty old machine that failed twice. Cooking and kitchen ware can be better. Restroom and show is very small.

Difficult to understand instructions. We have stayed in many places before and we think the instructions should be more upfront and summarised. .

We were so happy to find snacks and extra power adapters when we arrived. - Convenient, quiet, and safe location—only one stop from Hbf. - All the appliances had very clear instructions, which made everything easy to use. - If I had to complain about something, the bathroom counter and mirror height were clearly designed only for tall people. My mom is only 150cm tall, and she could barely see her forehead in the mirror. 🤣 Maybe adding a step stool would help!
• Kim (8/5): A tram away from Marienplatz - Close to public transport. Beds comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Spacious bedroom. Video provided to access properly was a huge help & made things easy. Having a designated car parking bay for apartment was a huge bonus. There is a lift. A tight squeeze getting in & out of the shower with a reasonably high step. Difficult for people with mobility problems. No shampoo, conditioner & body wash so bring your own.

• Thomas (10/5): Amazing place to stay in Munich - This place is just perfect even for a family of 5 including a one year old baby. It is big enough so that everyone has their own space.There is as well all the necessary equipment that you can think of most particularly in the kitchen area. The apartment is located 50m from the metro stop Stiglmaierplatz which makes it very easy to go anywhere in Munich. On top of all that, Jakub & Lisa are always available for any questions and information which made the trip even more enjoyable and peaceful.

Responsive management who worked very hard to explain, with YouTube videos, the somewhat complicated parking garage as well as how to enter the apartment and the location of the laundry room. Munich was very hot when we were there and the apartment, like most in Germany, doesn’t have AC. So, it was stuffy. They did provide fans, which helped.

Walking distance from the train station and the city center. We somehow ended up with very tiny blankets. I was hard to keep them on throughout the night. Nothing terrible but it just didn't feet the overall coziness of the flat.

• Ja001 (10/5): Great location, modern & quiet place. - Nice and modern apartment. Short walk to train station and supermarket. Quite neighbourhood. Security system was good. Have one small elevator to carry your heavy luggage up to your unit. Check-in & check-out was easy. Great host. Paid laundry at the basement with no coin change machine. Have to change for 50cents coints at the supermarket

Very quite, clean, comfortable and spacious property. Available parking space for free. Good location - near public transport, 20-30 minutes walk from the city center. Supermarkets are near - 10 min walk. 1st floor, neighbour balcony look straight at the property. (photo) Not enough space to store clothes for family stay for a week. Better not to use coffee maker, less than a cup but dirty as a hell. Glasses & cups are very thin, suggest to add more big cups.

We came hungry and thirsty from the road, and we liked that there was something waiting for us in the fridge.
• Kant (10/5): Munich is such a great city. We'll visit again. - I made some stains on the kitchen floor, I made contact with the landlord and hope everything is fine. This place is near Königsplatz where is the main reason on this trip, European Championship. It's so great and we had a memorable time!! All is good only if the dining table would be more closer to the kitchen :)
