• Monica (9/5): Cortesia, comfort e Barcellona a portata di metro! - Marlena (host) ci ha contattato via whatsapp prima dell'arrivo e anticipando la procedura Booking che procede parecchio più lentamente. Link e descrizioni utili x vivere in comfort la struttura erano molto dettagliate. Con app per la serratura ancora più semplice! E' stato possibile accedere all'alloggio con un po' di anticipo grazie a Marlena e al ragazzo delle pulizie che doveva prendere solo i bagagli, ma ci ha fatto entrare poiché aveva già terminato! in casa ci sono tutti i comfort e anche una cortesia per gli ospiti! Posizione ottima per muoversi in città e pure per chi arriva da aeroporto con la metro! Quartiere top, pieno di negozi per lo shopping e posti carini per mangiare, raggiungibili anche a piedi. l'edificio vicino è casa Batlò! Purtroppo devo confermare i rumori dei lavori in appartamenti vicini dalle ore 8 del mattino (per fortuna no nel weekend!) e il cattivo odore dei bagni - problema di zona e/o del palazzo perché si sente già nell'atrio. il sistema escogitato dall'Host di coprire gli scarichi è efficace ad ogni modo! qualche ulteriore miglioramento sullo stile di casa si potrebbe fare, ma forse quell'aspetto vissuto fa anche sentire un po' a casa!

• Gordon (8/5): My Stay in Barcelona. - Great location, room and spacious, everything you need to stay at home. Nothing against the apartment but there was/is a full demolition and renovation of the apartment directly below. From 8:30-4:30 every day. Banging/Pounding Buzzin/Drilling and Screwing constantly no chance to sleep or even enjoy the place until they were finished around 4:30 PM.
• Penny (8/5): Good value for money - The location was good for sight seeing and the property was clean and well equipped. There was some minor damage to some of the property and a smell of drains, which the host had made efforts to mitigate.

Chuveiro e camas super confortáveis! Cozinha completa e equipada atendeu muito as nossas necessidades! A localização perto da Casa Batlo, perto de estação de metro, além de diversos mercados e restaurantes foi excepcional.

Memnun kaldık. - evin Konumu harikaydı, ev genişti ve çamaşır makinesi kurutma makinesi olması çok güzeldi Temizlik açısından biraz daha iyi olması gerekir. ek olarak evin kapısında iç tarafta zincirli kilit olması iyi olurdu kendimizi biraz daha güvende hissedebilirdik. Çünkü eve giriş tamamen dijital yolla yönetilebiliyor. Kullanım açısından kolaylık sağlasa da güvenlik açısından tedirginlik yaratabilir.

• Rania (10/5): Very spacious and well equipped apartment in a perfect location - The host was extremely helpful and literally went out of their way to deliver something we forgot in the apartment after we checked out. They were reachable and helpful even on weekends.

• Emanuela (6/5): The stay was ok. - The person was super nice in welcoming us. The stay was ok. The apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms. Good space in the living room Asking 50 euros extra for late check-in is quite a lot, considering that I communicated in advance (The day before) that our flight was canceled and we were rescheduled on a late flight, so it is not our fault at all. A bit of flexibility something is a nice gesture. There was so much dust in the kitchen. Bathrooms were really "old style" and needed restoration, in one in particular there was no room to support the cosmetic bag. Also, my bath towel had an enormous hole.
