• Marta (6/5): Posizione impeccabile e gentilezza di Gino ma… qualcosa da rivedere. - La posizione era incredibile: a letteralmente 5 minuti dal Pantheon, potevi muoverti liberamente a piedi per raggiungere ogni punto d’interesse, anche la sera. La disponibilità di Gino, il proprietario, è stata impeccabile: ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in in modo da poter iniziare a girare liberamente per roma, ci ha consigliato per il check out un locker molto onesto che ci ha fatto un prezzo super ragionevole, e in generale quando abbiamo manifestato insoddisfazione per la poca pulizia ed alcuni oggetti rotti in casa, si è subito prodigato a sistemare, venendo il giorno dopo di persona e scusandosi. Molto rispettoso e gentile, veloce nelle risposte. La pulizia: quando siamo arrivati la moquette e l’armadio al piano di sopra erano sporchi, il filtro dell’aria condizionata piena di polvere, il pavimento al piano sotto non credo fosse stato lavato e c’erano briciole ovunque. Il lavandino del bagno non funzionava (usciva pochissima acqua) e infatti il proprietario il giorno dopo si è subito prodigato a sistemarlo. L’acqua della doccia ha un sistema di boiler ed essendo in quattro uno si faceva per forza di cose la doccia fredda. Le finestre dell’appartamento inoltre non sono isolanti (credo siano un po’ vecchiotte) e si sente davvero tutto quello che fanno in strada, dove purtroppo c’erano lavori alle 7 del mattino. Anche un po’ di spifferi. Un vero peccato per queste piccole cose perché la posizione della casa era imparagonabile con qualsiasi altro posto in cui io sia stata a roma.

• Chris (10/5): - If you hve any questions the owner responds quickly, he helps you with early check in if possible if not his friends 1 minute walk down the street will store them for 5 euros each...The Location of this place is the BEST in the middle of EVERYTHING....WE WILL BE USING AGAIN......... A slow elevator, but atleast it has one...not like alot of others that don't....
• JOSE IGNACIO ARANDA CASA (5/5): Aceptable - La ubicación lo que más Aire acondicionado difícil de conectar, sartenes no son de inducción por lo que tenías que poner una placa, que estaba doblada debajo para que se calentara en placa vitrocerámica, no tiene tostador, no tiene microondas, la cocina muy precaria, colchón sofá cama demasiado fino.

• Renee (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, traditional apartment in a fantastic location, central to explore everything by foot. Bus stop right out the front for number 62 or 64 to the vatican and shopping street. Guys in the restaurant downstairs (on the same side) were fantastic. Loved this quaint little apartment.

• Meghan (9/5): Nice neat apartment in the heart of Rome - Amazing location, so central to all the sites and great local restaurants. The apartment was nice and neat, enough for 2-3 nights. The apartment was fairly basic but had all the essentials so perfect for a few nights. Hot water ran out when second person had shower so had to stagger showers during the day.

• Klaus (9/5): My absolute recommendation for a visit to the Roma Sacra. - Very nice two-story apartment in the center of Rome. Very close to public transportation, which is the best way to get around Rome. Excellent bar for breakfast 50 meters away (FrullatiPascucci) and excellent trattoria just below (Il Lucano) where locals also eat. Thanks to the air conditioning, the windows can be closed at night and the street noise is bearable. But don't forget, you are in Rome :-) My absolute recommendation for a visit to the Roma Sacra. We will be back! Just because many people read negative reviews more often than good ones: Gino, the owner, sends you a very long and detailed description for all possible situations after payment. How to turn on the air conditioning, which switch is for the heating, etc. You are not in a hotel! So you better read them very carefully and have a perfect stay in Gino's apartment. Really no complaints!

• Sebastian (3/5): No way to sleep without eap plugs, no wif - Location Very loud street, loud sounds from corridors, old windows with absolutely no soundproofing so all the sound goes through. No way to sleep without ear plugs so I have not slept much at all. Also there is no wifi so I couldn’t do any work I needed to do

• Facundo (5/5): A property with lots of potentials but sadly poorly managed - The location was great and the apartment had a nice boho style Heating wasn’t activated from the central system of the building, AC did not work, the windows and main door weren’t aluminium so the apartment was constantly cold. The flash in the toilet did not work properly so was constantly needed to manually cut the flow of water after flashing. Owner did not informed on time about how the hitting of the water work and general information about the house which wasn’t professional as he didn’t even appear for the check in (haven’t never see him)
