Communication with landlord was OK, but kept changing timescales on when to request a later check out, which was then declined.

• Gemma (9/5): Great location, newly renovated, very spacious. - It is a spacious, very comfortable sofa. Newly renovated. Fantastic location. Great facilities, ie shower pressure great, toiletries available, toaster, kettle, hairdryer with diffuser. Tv in every room. Iron with ironing board. Secure door. The bathroom, like many walk in showers, leaks. They've put in a second drain but they really need a strip drain. Just dont put out the bath mat. The water will eventually drain back in. Its a noisy area, because its right on a main road. Keep the balcony and window shuttera doqn at night to help with thw noise. Its not terrible, if youre used to a city, but its noticeable. Also, note to management. Put some up some coat hooks for Winter. Not a deal breaker, but would be useful. That cupboard by the TV unit, who's going to use that on their holiday, take out the shelves, and repurpose it into a coat closet. Also get a new cover for the ironing board and put some mirrors in the bedrooms.

• Tomasz (9/5): Warto przyjechać do Aten i skorzystać z tego lokalu. - Lokalizacja idealna, wszędzie łatwo trafić. Na dole budynku kawiarnia na wynos, bardzo miła obsługa. Apartament z dwoma sypialniami i salonem, tarasem. Kuchnia wyposażona wystarczająco, duża lodówka, toster, czajnik, piekarnik, naczynia, żelazko, deska, pralka. Wifi działa dobrze. Wystarczająca ilość szaf. W łazience czysto, ładnie, trochę zalewa spod prysznica ale jest wiadro i mop, można posprzątać. Blisko do restauracji i nocnego życia Aten. Nocą głośno z ulicy, ale to centrum więc nie ma się co dziwić, są rolety we wszystkich oknach. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, zawsze odpisuje. Polecam.
• Waldemar (8/5): Schön renovierte Wohnung, tolle Beleuchtung, tolle Betten, beste Lage. Ideale Kurztripp für Athen. - Lage Einrichtung ist gut. Ein Kaffeeautomat (Senseo oder ähnliches) fehlt leider. Zum Frühstücken sind aber auch kleine Cafés gleich in der Nähe. Fein ist das eine Waschmaschine mit drin ist mit Waschmittel ) . Betten und Kissen sind super bequem. Leider eine sehr laute Straße. Aber für einen Kurztripp in Athen auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Fehlende Kaffeemaschine ( z.B.: einfache Senseo) , aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
• Marc (9/5): Central et stylé - Situé dans le coeur du centre d’Athènes, bruyant et touristique, cet appartement est un havre de paix, même si les fenêtres laissent passer un peu de bruit - c’est inévitable ! Les plus chanceux se réfugieront dans la chambre sur cour. Hôte absent mais réactif et sympathique par WhatsApp : merci pour la couette, livrée à 22h ! Une machine Nespresso et une ou deux casseroles auraient été appréciées, mais Athènes regorge de coffee-shops et de restaurants : tout va bien.

Niestety zamkniete okna, a nawet zasloniete rolety zewnetrzne nic nie daja. Jest tez niezbyt czysto zwlaszcza w lazienkach.

• ורדי (10/5): סיום מושלם לחופשה מושלמת ביון . - אהבנו הכל ! החל מגודל הדירה ( חדר מגורים , מטבח + 2 חדרי שינה ) , מיזוג מעולה , האבזור , הנקיון , המרפסת המתוקה והמיקום שקרוב לכל מקום בהליכה רגלית קצרה מאוד . הגענו עם משפחת חברים נוספת והדירות שלנו היו צמודות , מרפסות צמודות וזה היה מושלם. פרטיות מצד אחד -לכל משפחה הדירה שלה ומצד שני עדיין שמרנו על הביחד . המיקום קצת רועש אבל ברגע שסוגרים את דלתות החלון אז הבידוד מצוין .

• Ifat (8/5): Nice and clean apartment in a good location - The apartment was nice and clean The location was good but a bit noisy (near by road). The water in the bath didn't evacuate well enough and this caused wet floor all over, we needed lots of towels to absorb the water

Staff was with to respond to every query. Highly recommended. Cell phone coverage is not ideal in that location of the city. But WiFi was good. The stairs leading up to the apartment needs to be lit up. It gets very dark and the steps are winding and narrow.

• הלוי (10/5): We had a wonderful time and we highly recommend it - The hosts were available and really kind and tried to help with anything needed. The location of the apartment is perfect. The location is at the city center, a minute walk to Syntagma Square where the metro station is also located that takes you anywhere you want to go. Near the apartment are all the shopping, entertainment and restaurant areas, yet it is located on a quiet street. The apartment is new and sparkling clean. The design is stunning and you have everything you need in the apartment. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and we highly recommend

• Rafaelia (4/5): Fair, good location, uncomfortable - 3.5 rating The location was great, very close to syntagma ,walking distance to Ermou, Syntagma,Monastiraki and all central locations. Coffee shop and kiosk nearby , very central location. Host was answering fast and tried to be helpful The drain in the shower was not working, thus it flooded the bathroom and the water was going inside the kitchen. Even less than 5 minutes shower was disastrous so not everyone were able to shower the same day. Flooded apartment during the whole stay and no mop to help ourselves. The beds did not have extra sheet to the quilt and you could see the stains from previous users even though that it smelled clean so you either stayed with the dirty quilt or you didnt cover yourself at all. The heat was another issue. The apartment had a very high temperature and on one of the rooms didnt have a proper window but a really small one so it was very uncomfortable for everyone and kids. Very loud at night, you could hear the motorcycles and cars passing down the street. The internet was not working quite well,very low strength. There was no trashbin bags.

Close to transport. Apartment is clean and very comfortable. The washing machine comes in very handy. Being on the first floor, could hear the traffic. Thankfully it is not on the Main Street.

• Lucian (9/5): Great Location, Comfortable Stay, but Noisy at Night - I loved the location – it’s fantastic! In just 10-15 minutes of walking, you can easily reach the main tourist attractions of Athens. On the ground floor, there’s a charming café offering delicious baked goods, sweets, and excellent coffee, which made our mornings even better. The area is full of great restaurants, giving plenty of options to choose from for dining. The rooms are spacious and very clean, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. However, the apartment is located on the first floor, right next to a busy boulevard, which makes it extremely noisy, especially during the night. Unfortunately, the apartment lacks soundproofing, so the constant traffic noise can be quite disturbing. Additionally, there is a defect in a nearby streetlight cable, which creates a metallic bell-like noise during vibrations—adding to the overall noise level. Another downside is that the apartment has only one bathroom, which might be inconvenient for larger groups.

The fridge freezer was the perfect size and having a washing machine and drying space was so useful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Athens. Location was excellent too

Some traffic noise and church bells early Sunday morning from church across the road but added to the experience. Owner needs to address drainage issue in shower as bathroom floor fills with water whilst shower is on.
