• Elena (3/5): - Заменили номер в связи с шумом кондиционеров за окном , о которых нигде не написано !!!! Но ночь все же в нем были вынуждены провести. Номер 103 - ужасный! Узкие проходы в душевую с лестницей в две ступени, окно выходит на внутренний двор где стоят более 5 блоков от кондиционеров , и все они жутко громко гудят !!!!!! Ночью ближе к 23:00 они отключились , но весь день гудели очень громко . В номере нет вентиляции , спать душно . В номере 101 который выходит на улицу , не открывается окно совсем , очень душно спать . А если бы и открывалось , внизу кафе (очень сомнительное) и довольно шумная улица , отдохнуть не получится. С виду чисто , но были чужие волосы на полотенцах и подушке , что я считаю неприемлемым . И очень грязная плитка в ванной. Видимо это квартира , переделанная под маленькие комнаты .
• Massimo (3/5): No wardrobe as advert - Central location and clean The room is advertised as furnished of wardrobe, as per pictures below the "wardrobe" means 6/7 hangers squeezed in the corner near the bathroom. If you're travelling as a couple with more than a tiny trolley you'll have to store your luggages in the bathroom or keep them in the bedroom which is also really small. At 250+ Euros per night I find that unacceptable.

El tamaño de la habitación y en especial el baño son un poco justos, pero suficientes. Lo único a destacar son los precios de los alojamientos de Roma que me parecen desmesurados.

• Jessica (9/5): Excellent facilities, comfortable bed and lovely staff. - The staff was extremely helpful, Maria was lovely and friendly. We enjoyed the room very much. The atmosphere, and the bed was very comfortable. Nothing stands out except for the size of the bathroom, it could be a bit bigger. The room in general was a perfect place to stay for a few days.

El personal fue muy amable y atento a todo lo que necesitábamos, en especial Déborah y Francesca. Sin dudas volveremos! Todo perfecto.
• Cywicki (10/5): As the sign states in the kitchen it is a home away from home! - The property is very well located to Circus Maximus and the Colosseum. Importantly the property is proximate to the Metro giving you easy access to all of the important sights in Rome. The hosts are very welcoming and have thought about everything that the traveller could possibly need. Having stayed at other location this is by far the best and I could recommend the Sistina Boutique Guest House more highly. I could not fault the property.

• Theo (4/5): Misleading, noisy, and overpriced - Great location Misleading, noisy, and overpriced This property is not suitable for more than 1–2 nights. The pictures are misleading, making it look like there is more space (corridor/living area) than there actually is. In reality, it’s just a single small room with very poor noise isolation – you can hear everything from the corridor. They also have cockroaches as per picture attached. We were also charged double the city tax, and the staff ignored my refund request until I had to call Booking.com to resolve it. For the price, you can find far better accommodation in Rome. We stayed a week, and it was a terrible experience. I recommend avoiding this property.

• Adriana (10/5): Mi-a plăcut, locația este frumoasă și în proximitatea obiectivelor turistice și a unor restaurante foarte bune. - Apartamentul este situat la câteva minute de Fontana di Trevi și Treptele spaniole, foarte aproape de stația de metrou și autobuz. Este recent renovat și totul este foarte curat, iar baia este foarte frumoasă. Aerul condiționat funcționează foarte bine, dușul are presiune, patul este confortabil. Aparatul de cafea și cuptorul cu microunde sunt pe holul care deservește camerele, f. aproape și cu acces imediat. Deși nu voi depuncta pentru asta ca pentru ca nu consider ca e vina proprietarului, camera noastră a avut view spre o curte interioară care arată jalnic. Camera este destul de mică însă complet renovată. Aș reveni la această locație.

The option to unlock and open the door from your phone was fantastic. Debora was very warm, friendly, and helpful at every stage of our stay. The sheets and towels were changed daily! Additionally, the room had a Smart TV with YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime! The air conditioning worked flawlessly! I will definitely stay here again when I visit Rome again! • Abbie (10/5): Luxurious touches and welll located - The property provided really clear check in instructions, and got ahead of the potential hiccup (being that the app to unlock the internal doors needs signal or wifi and the building has thick walls) by telling you to connect to their wifi as one of the check in steps. This was necessary and helped avert any late night panic when arriving. The property itself is a small number of hotel style ensuite rooms with a reception area and seating. It is fresh and modern in its styling, with a candy bowl and coffee/tea station near the reception desk. The room itself was gorgeous, with a large, modern bathroom - the best shower of any on my trips to Europe, a bidet, large vanity, hairdryer and plenty of towels - and comfortable bed. I appreciated the mini fridge and iron, it felt as though the place had been designed thoughtfully. I also found the service (Maria and Francesca I think) to be great. They sent a message through with some restaurant recommendations, and checked in twice - when I should have arrived to ensure check in went smoothly, and mid stay to ensure everything was going well. They also provided clear check out information and allowed me to leave my bags, always really friendly and willing to help. As someone who generally prefers hotels for safety and convenience, this guest house delivered all of those benefits and I’d highly recommend it - it seems particularly suited for solo travellers or a couple. Nothing. There is a flight of stairs which you can avoid with a convenient lift if needed, and only a couple of steps within the accommodation so works well for people with luggage. I also saw on a previous review mention of hearing noise from the hallway/that it isn’t your own apartment. This is true - however, I would say it’s a similar level of privacy and noise to a hotel, where conversation noise travels when people walk past your suite door in the hallway, however I never heard anything from within another suite.

Deborah atenta de todo desde el minuto 1, preocupándose de que llegara bien( ya que mi vuelo se retrasó) y ayudándome en todo. Maravillosa! Me dieron la habitación antes de tiempo y también me lo ofrecieron el día de mi salida. Puede dejar las maletas allí el día de mi salida. Tatiana estaba cuando llegué y me ayudó con la entrada de las puertas. También muy agradable y atenta en todo. La habitación muy bien y muy limpia, cosa muy importante para mí. Acogedora y muy nuevo todo. Bonita decorada y con todo detalle para estar cómodo. Lo que más me gustó es el baño, nuevo y muy limpio y amplio. La ubicación perfecta!!! Solo puedo decir que todo de 10. Recomiendo 100%!!!!! Nada. Todo perfecto para pasar un alojamiento estupendo.

Friendly staff, nice restaurants just downstairs, and a good fridge in the room with a coffee machine outside. The hotel uses an app to open the house and room, and I was rather stressed about forgetting or losing my phone... or the battery going flat. But that's a very minor issue compared to the lovely guest house.

There were a lot of noises in the morning (there was no difference between closed or open window). The quality of the windows should be higher considering the location of the guest house.
• Angus (9/5): Perfect location and very clean/modern apartment - The property is located in the centre of Rome, it took us around 10 minutes to get to the Trevi fountain and equally the Spanish steps. Everything was within walking distance. The property itself was very modern and clean, having been recently refurbished. The room was made up every day to a very high standard and cleaned. Value for money was great as it was central, would definitely stay again. The windows didn’t provide much air but given this is a city stay it was not required much especially cause you have the aircon on.

• Srećko (10/5): Clean, cozy, elegant stay in a perfect location - Room was extraordinary - clean, beds were great, modern design, everything you need for a couple of days. Location was perfect for exploring city by foot, very close to Piazza Spagna and Trevi fountain. Hosts were very nice, entrance to the building and apartment was simple and the street was not loud in the morning. Everything was so good that we will stay again when we visit Rome. :)

• Jeh Teng (10/5): Comfortable and wonderful stay in Rome - One of our best stays in Italy! The room was spotless, spacious, and free from any unpleasant odors. It easily accommodated two large suitcases with plenty of space left over. The bed was excellent, super comfortable. And Maria was a wonderful host who greeted us warmly upon our first arrival in Italy, she made us feel welcome and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is pretty convenient too, it’s just walking distance to Trevis fountain and restaurants around there. There are buses and train nearby the hotel, Highly recommended for anyone. No matter how carefully we tried, water from the shower still ended up spilling onto the floor.

• Liz (7/5): Great staff, fine room with some street noise - Easy to access and really close to the Spanish Steps. We walked to/from the train station, and all the way to the Vatican. The staff were super friendly and the room was very clean. The entranceway and front desk were basic and very small. As a room it is good, but as an overall property it is meh. Our room overlooked the street, which was noisy, particularly during the day when thr restaurant below is humming. The bed was hard, which won't work for everyone.

També fer referència a la comoditat i neteja de l’habitació, les Instalacions, l’allotjament està aprop d’un carrer comercial amb molt de tràfic i l’habitació es completament silenciosa. Està ubicat en una molt bona zona i des-de allà caminant o en transport públic pots arribar a cualsevol punt de la ciutat. Res a dir en contra.

• Mariana (10/5): A very enjoyado stay thanks to the very professional hospitality of Maria at the reception who is willingly to go above - It is well connected to move around in Rome, walking distance to most attractions. Room is cleaned daily with new set of towels if needed. A Nespresso is available in the common area, it is a plus in the morning. You are welcomed with a bottle of water in the mini fridge on the room. Management is onsite during business hours; it is helpful ! You can leave luggage in common area the day you leave.

• Gretchen (9/5): Would happily stay here again. - The room was spotless, bed was comfortable and even though ours faced the street the noise was minimal and didn’t upset our sleep. Perfect location for what we planned to see for our short stay close this time in Rome. It’s close to a metro stop and busses (yes you can safely ride them) and easily walkable to the city center, Palazzo Barberini and the Spanish Steps . Many good restaurants nearby. Both receptionists (Maria and Elena) were exceptional helpful. It was very hot when we were here but the AC worked perfectly.

• Fatma (10/5): Mükemmel konum - Konumu inanılmaz güzel Vatikan hariç hiç metro kullanmadık heryer yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar yeni modern mini bar,havlu ve ütü mevcut bir tek terlik yok (ama zaten tüm Avrupa otellerinde terlik yok)temkinli gelin. Her gün odamız temizlendi. Ayrıca resepsiyondaki Maria inanılmaz ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Arkadaşlarımıza tavsiye edeceğimiz bir konaklama geçirdik.
• Veronica (10/5): Esperienza eccellente - La camera è molto accogliente e confortevole. La pulizia è eccellente. La posizione è perfetta per spostarsi sia a piedi che in metro. Maria è stata gentilissima: mi ha accolta con il suo sorriso, la sua gentilezza e massima disponibilità. Per un prossimo soggiorno nella splendida Capitale, tornerò sicuramente al Sistina Boutique Guest House. Tutto perfetto.
