On attend absolument tout ce qu'il se passe dans les appartements à côté. Télévisions, conversation... c'est catastrophique. Gros gros point faible. L'aspirateur à 8h30 juste devant la porte c'est pas possible...

• Jose (7/5): - La cama y almohadas muy cómodas, se agradece después de todo el día fuera para ver la ciudad. El ruido de las habitaciones contiguas. Llegaban tarde, ponían la TV muy fuerte y hablaban muy alto durante toda la noche. Se oía todo desde nuestra habitación.

Von METRO, gab’s ein Supermarkt. Die Küche Konzept und hier ich höre ihr Zimmer auch schlechten Nachbarschaft, die auch aus dem Kühlschrank essen klauen und 2:30 Uhr oder 3:30 Uhr auch noch randalieren und lachen darüber, dass die Essen geklaut haben

• Thomas (8/5): Good value, close to metro - Fairly convenient location close to a metro station not very far from the main attractions. There are a number of shops and restaurants within a short walk. The room was spacious enough, with a shared kitchen. Very poor sound insulation and if people are using the kitchen it sounds like they’re in the room with you.
• Mihai Marian (7/5): - Locatia buna, curatenie. Nu am stiut ca este un apartament la comun cu alti turisti. Ne asteptam sa avem o camera cu bucatarie doar pentru noi, familia noastra. Au fost 3 camere, cu o bucatarie comuna. In descriere nu a scris de asa ceva...noaptea cand venea cineva in apartament se auzea foarte tare....cand dimiineata la 07:00 cineva facea omleta la bucatarie, se auzea foarte tare si te trezea/deranja...o sa atasez 2 poze sa se vada ca nu era bine etansata....venea lumina din bucatarie si din acest motiv se auzea si foarte tare. Spun aceste lucruri ca gazda sa faca ceva, la urmatorii oaspeti sa nu mai fie aceste neplaceri ( constructive comentariile, nu sunt rautaceoase).

• Ágnes (6/5): - Ciampino reptérről 30 perc alatt busszal és metróval könnyű a bejutás. Pár percre van a metróállomástól. A tulajdonos közvetlen volt és segítőkész, whatsappon elérhető. Az apartman tiszta volt, jól felszerelt. A környék csendes, biztonságos, sok üzlet, étterem, kávézó van. Az ágymatrac a megszokotthoz képest puhább volt. A zuhanykabin kicsi volt. A fürdőszobában volt egy radiátor de teljesen kinyitva sem működött, így hideg volt. Mivel ez egy lakás ami 3 apartmanra volt osztva, így hangosak voltak a másik apartmanban lakók, amikor hazajöttek.

• Montserrat (10/5): - La ubicación, cerca del metro y de buses. Muchos sitios a pocos metros para desayunar, comer y demás. Eché en falta una mesa para poder desayunar y que no se pudiera utilizar la cocina para cocinar, solo para calentar leche en el microondas.

• Ludivine (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix, appartement très propre et calme, mais communication parfois complexe et cuisine non équipée. - Appartement très propre, bien localisé à proximité du métro A, donc facile d’accès pour rejoindre les principaux points d’intérêts à Rome. Rapport qualité/prix au top ! La communication avec l’hôte a été compliquée, d’abord pour l’arrivée puis pour donner la taxe de séjour. Il n’était pas clair. Aussi, l’annonce indique une cuisine équipée, pourtant, nous n’avons pas l’autorisation d’utiliser les plaques de cuisson ni le four.
• Iuliana Florina (1/5): Too expensive for dirty and cold room, with hairs all over the place - - Dirty room. There were hairs all over the place, on the walls. There were also hairs in the bathroom towels so good luck when you have to use a towel full of dirty hairs after a shower. The blanket on the bed was also dirty. The temperature inside the rooms was very low. It was cold not only at night but also at daytime. The AC heating was not working. Also, Francesco requested us a fee for check-in at late hours which was not justified, after we told him hour flight was delayed and why that specific amount, how was the price made. TL;DR: Too expensive for dirty and cold room, with hairs all over the place and bad communication with Francesco.

• Nathalie (9/5): Leuk comfortabel verblijf in een buitenbuurt in Rome, gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de metro. - Francesco is very helpfull and friendly. He answers via Whatsapp immediatly. The appartement is nice to stay for five days. You have coffee for free, very nice. There is a fridge in the kitchen and a microwave, easy to eat something in the appartment. There was a little problem with the shower, the water wasn't running through but he will fix it. The appartment is near the metro station Colli Albani (6 minutes walking), very easy. The shower problem but we didn't mentioned, so this was our fault. He will fix the problem for the next visitors.
• Antonia (7/5): - Objekt je bio uredan i čist, metro stanica nalazi se veoma blizu te se vrlo brzo može stići do svih sadržaja u rimu. Okolica smještaja je u redu, nismo se osjećali nesigurno, prilično je mirno. Veoma tanki zidovi, apsolutno sve se može čuti iz susjednih soba i stana iznad. Ljudi su u stanu iznad lupali i hodali više manje cijelo vrijeme što ometa san i odmor. Sobi nedostaje pegla te generalno još neki sadržaji koje ne bi bilo na odmet imati u sobi poput normalnog sapuna itd. U kadi slabo odlazi voda, nešto ne valja s odvodom.

La propreté pourrait être un peu mieux au niveau de la douche et des éléments de cuisine pas super propres.

Quando reservei pensei que era um apartamento só para um casal e na verdade ficamos dentro de um apartamento com mais inclinos em que tinha 3 quartos e cada casal tinha o seu sendo que a cozinha era partilhada e nem dava para cozinhar pois só tinha forno e microondas. Ficamos um pouco desiludidas pois quando alugamos o apartamento nada referia em que iria ser partilhado mas sim um apartamento só para nós. De resto correu tudo bem o dono era super simpático e o quarto em si era agradável.

• Wenjun (6/5): Cheated! - Nothing! Warning for those who are considering renting this apartment: it is a SHARED apartment, which is not specified in any of its description. I chose this apartment because it is advertised to have 3 bedrooms, but in fact those bedrooms are rented to 3 different customers. The only explanation from the manager is like “Sorry about that but I told you we have 3 bedrooms and 1 kitchen.” This is intentional CHEATING. Also it charges extra fee for check-in in person (instead of on WhatsApp). And the manager charged me an unreasonably high so-called “city tax”. In summary, I don’t recommend this apartment for its dishonesty.

Most importantly: If you're traveling for work, I don't recommend it! The landlord is required to provide a receipt, but unfortunately, two weeks have passed, and no documents have been sent. Each time, he says he'll send one soon, but he doesn't provide any information. Booking.com support sends me to the landlord to clarify all the questions. If you're traveling for work and need to provide financial statements, this apartment is not an option. You'll be scammed. Other things: there's no toothpaste, only one set of towels for two days, and no laundry detergent either. This isn't a private apartment; it's a single room with a balcony and a toilet in a large shared apartment!

• Matthias (9/5): Top Location um Rom zu erkunden ! - Waren in Rom für 3 Nächte und hatten dort eine schöne Zeit. Die Zimmer sind top und die Betten bequem. Auch konnten man auf dem Samsung Fernseher über das Handy Fernsehen. Die Lage ist ca. 200m von einer Metrostation entfernt. Sie lässt sich problemlos deshalb erreichen. Wir kamen mit dem Flugzeug nach Rom und die Anreise über den Leonardoexpress und der Metro hat ca. 1h gedauert. Ein einfaches aber gutes Frühstück und guten Kaffee gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Cappuccino für 1.40 EUR.

Check in access at odd times was easy as the host sent a detailed photo of where to collect the keys from etc. The description states that there will be shampoo and toiletries available, however even after asking the housekeeping staff there was no shampoo or conditioner available at the property even in the staff resources. All that was available was a body wash.

• Margaret (5/5): We loved Rome but next time would stay in a motel with a reception. - It was close to the train station which was great. The room was clean and tidy, and bed comfortable. I had communicated a check-in time with the owner of between 3 and 4pm through Booking.com and he responded that was perfect and he would see us then. We travelled all day to get there and when we arrived at 3.45pm he was not there. I messaged him and he replied that he had messaged me that morning on WhatsApp and I hadn't replied. If he had communicated with me previously to say he would be messaging on WhatsApp I would have checked it for messages. We (2 women) had to wait outside 20 mins for him to come in an area where we didn't feel safe, and when he arrived, he was clearly in a hurry to leave again. The suite itself is clean and tidy but shared kitchen space, no dining table or chairs. When we went out we had trouble unlocking the unit door as it has like 5 bolts and from listening when others were trying to open the door to get back in, we were not alone with this issue. Outside of the building is very dirty and has lots of graffiti everywhere. There was yelling outside at night and one night someone let off fireworks very close by.....at first we thought it was gunshots. We could not believe this accommondation had been rated so well on Booking.com. I would not recommend this area for women travellers.

• Malvina (10/5): I can confidently recommend this place. - We absolutely loved everything. Starting with the great location — the street is very close to the metro and the area feels safe. Within walking distance, there is a supermarket, McDonald’s, pharmacies, cafés, and a bus station — everything is conveniently nearby. The host was very welcoming and friendly, and helped us with absolutely all our questions. He also kindly agreed to let us leave our luggage until the evening, as our flight was at night. I honestly couldn’t find any downsides. There were absolutely no downsides. The only thing, just for other guests to be aware of, is that there was no iron — but this is not a minus.

• Paula (5/5): Estadia em Roma - Foi disponibilizado atempadamente um vídeo explicativo do chek-in. Quarto espaçoso, cama grande e cómoda. Foram disponibilizadas cápsulas do café, bolachas e duas garrafas de água. A divisão no frigorifico por suite facilita a organização do espaço. As paredes são pouco espessas, ouve-se barulho dos quartos dos lados e de cima. Tivemos azar com o barulho realizado pelos vizinhos. A limpeza pode ser melhorada a nível do quarto e do frigorífico. Foram disponibilizadas poucas toalhas para uma estadia de 4 dias.
• Angelina (7/5): Angenehme Unterkunft aber recht weit weg vom Schuss - Das Zimmer war modern und gemütlich. Man teilt sich mit den anderen Bewohnern die Küche, diese enthält alles was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig und es kommt sehr auf die anderen Mitbewohner an, wie laut es wird, aber auszuhalten. Für mich zu weit weg vom Schuss und deshalb nur für eine Nacht gebucht, um erst mal anzukommen.
