- Hayat (1/5): - Cuando me pongo en contacto con el alojamiento no me contestan al teléfono, y me llega un mensaje de WhatsApp preguntándome que si tenía reserva con ellos y les digo que si y me dicen, nombre? Les digo mi nombre y me dicen que no tienen ninguna reserva a mi nombre ! Les digo que como puede ser y me dicen que llame a booking fin de la conversación ni siquiera se han dignado en contestarme .y ahora estoy esperando que booking me contesta porque mi reserva que estaba confirmada y pagada , el alojamiento no tenía ni idea de ella según ellos, con muy mala atención al cliente sin contestarme al teléfono hablando por WhatsApp con monosílabos !!! Muy mal educados al colgarte el teléfono en la cara sin ningún tipo de explicación
