- Moira (1/5): Polo Resort is amazing. The bar, restaurant, pool , staff and especially, Kezzie the receptionist she went above and bey - The facilities and staff at the resort are excellent. My apartment was privately owned by Todor Raev. The apartment was dirty and had the previous people’s rubbish. Bed was unmade very hard and the pillows cheap and uncomfortable. I booked the Booking. Com the owner made me wait at reception for 5 HOURS. Kezzie at reception will confirm this. He was rude narcissistic and threatened me. I stayed one night and left as he said he was coming to see me. I asked him to leave me alone as I was frightened or I’d call the police. He wanted me to cancel as he knew he had put on his listing “ no refunds”. He wanted my money but didn’t want to come and give me the key. It’s a scam, don’t book this room it dirty and noisey. I paid for a 1 bedroom but got a studio. I will never use Booking. Com ever again. They could not care less that I was a lone guest and vulnerable. Todor Raev is dishonest and a bully. Avoid this persons apartment. I paid 139 euros for 1 night, filthy room and then I was threatened. The staff at the Apollo Resort have read all the messages. Booking.com Shame on you. I complained to Booking.com but the said the owner would not refund so I didn’t get any money back. The hard bed with bedding that was too small for it. Pillows cheap foam and uncomfortable. Previous people’s rubbish. Toilet 👿 disgusting. It’s close to a noisey bar or restaurant as the music was loud way into the early hours. Worst of all I waited 5 hours in reception to get the key. This can be confirmed by the receptionist.
