• Natalie (8/5): We had a great time and it’s a great property. - Location was great, size of property and layout was great. I liked that there was plenty of toilet paper and bin bags etc. Air con and fans were effective. Fishing and crabbing was fun. Beautiful views. Kids loved it. It felt relaxing. Some of the smaller details were missing. Not as clean as I would have liked. Utensils need replacing. Bins were mostly full when we got there. Lots of cobwebs outside. Not enough couch seating.
• Melanie (6/5): Pleasant - Great location on the water, very clean inside and nice layout. Plenty of parking. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. No outside lighting front or back. Couldn't cook bbq after dark or sit outside at night as it was pitch black. Pillows in master paper thin and no door on the ensuite was awkward. Some basic amenities had run out and we had to buy more toilet paper.
• Steph (9/5): My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much so that we wished we had booked for longer. - The location, right on the estuary, was brilliant. Such a relaxing and homily atmosphere. The house is very comfortable & had everything we needed for an amazing weekend. Our host was easily contactable with prompt replies, very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here, we will definitely book again!
• Kym (5/5): A canal getaway, go for a fish or see the dolphins. Stunning views. - The location is almost perfect! Outside of Mandurah on the canals, the kids loved it. Very relaxing. Communication was good. When the cleaner was running later and check in was changed from 2pm and we still couldn’t check in at 4:30pm, they allowed up to check out later. We ended up staying until 1:30pm so the kids could enjoy some fishing and kayaking. The kitchen is relatively well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. The property could do with a gardener and a really really good clean. Although the cleaner was there when we arrived, the kitchen was still very dirty, it was very dusty and there as food crumbs pretty much everywhere. Outside there were weeds everywhere. The inside desperately needs some maintenance too. The front screen door didn’t close on its own and the self closer fell on my child’s head. Cupboard doors and drawers are practically falling off. There’s no door on the ensuite and no lock on the master bedroom door, so privacy is an issue. The bathroom/toilet windows doesn’t have sealed screens, so insects came in a lot. The children were covered in bites. The pillows on the master bed should be replaced as they’re very thin.

• Ashleigh (7/5): Good - Was lively sitting by the water, very relaxing! Due to a very last minute booking, the place did have a strong chemical smell upon arrival but that didn't take long to disappear. I appreciate how accommodating the ladies were, especially with my constant questions
