Katie (7/5): - The location was awesome and next to such a beautiful park. Very chilled and relaxed vibe. The heated glamping tent was very cosy and well appointed, comfy beds, heater and electric blankets on the Queen bed which was amazing as it was a cold night. It was a fun experience. The camp kitchen was excellent too. My son would have liked electric blankets on the single beds in the glamping tent as well. He was freezing. Minor complaint really....

Ben (10/5): Tranquil and comfortable stay on the doorstep of incredible nature trails. - Very good service - I arrived late and was easy to get to my accom. The glamping tent was awesome and the park was peaceful. Very close to nearby trails to explore which was why I chose it. Nothing. Awesome stay, will be back for sure for longer!!

LK (8/5): A very comfortable stay. - The cabin was clean, the fridge looked new, the bathroom was spacious and the hot water worked well. The park was lined with beautiful trees, and well-lit at night, and it's a short drive to the village centre. There was no free wifi in the cabin, and very few restaurants nearby.

Anne-Maree (7/5): Overall, the park and surrounds were adequate for our short family stay. - Location Helpful staff The lounge was stained, worn and ripped. Also, the headrest was a poorly padded metal bar. We had to ask the staff for a clean sheet to put over it. A very sad first impression. The bbq utensils were kept in mouldy looking buckets right beside each bbq.

Elyse (7/5): Affordable basic stay - Location next to the park was excellent for the kids. The caravan park was quiet and kid friendly. Cabin was clean and check in was easy. Wasn't clear on Booking.com that 2 x sets of bunk beds were not provided made up. Didn't live having to make bunk beds up on arrival. This is stated in their booking information that only the main double is made in cabins. We had a disabled access room where the bathroom floor was flooded by the shower and insufficient towels provided to mop up. With 6 people staying in the cabin it was continually wet, and you couldn't get to the toilet without wet feet. A squeegee mop was provided and did help. Room also had damage to the walls.

Ian (7/5): - Location, location, location. In a great spot to get to many hiking trails. Very quiet location and very pretty surrounds. Lovely big park just across the road. Tha cabin, while comfortable, was very dated. Front door lock was a bit dodgy. No shower curtain. Fry pan was very warped. Other than that, all good.

Michael (9/5): Pleasant place to stay - Nice and quiet, even when full. We stayed in the older chalet, well maintained and clean. Had all we needed for a 4-night stay, a wide verandah that overlooked the bush. Shopping in the village was good with butcher, baker, groceries (and a candle stick maker!). Petrol price was good. Staff very welcoming, and special thanks for the advice as to walking and outlook spots away from the Katoomba buses! Thanks for putting on the sunny weather!

Mike (9/5): Not noisy, so you get a restful and peaceful night. We absolutely loved our stay and we had everything we needed and it - It’s very well run and spaced out fir a camping site. So close to the hiking spots. The showers after each hike are so powerful and there is enough room to stand. The kitchen is so clean and people do clean after themselves too. The glamping tents are well stocked, decorated and have a small fridge and heater for cold nights.

Karla (8/5): Spacious accessible cabin - The accessible cabin was wonderful - ample space for mobility aids and medical equipment - well thought out design. The light switches were lower, and the accessible bathroom was fit for purpose - accessible toilet, able to get wheelchairs under the sink, ample space for showering and aids. The beds were comfy and the water temperature for showers was great. The cabin was well presented, neat and tidy. The driveway to park in was a bit challenging. Also a bit of a walk with medical equipment from the car park to the entrance of the cabin. As a family it was fine as we had plenty of people to assist. If someone was travelling as a couple, I could see this would be a bit of a challenge, especially if the person with accessibility needs, requires constant monitoring. There were some issues with the water running over the entire bathroom floor when showering. We found we needed to mop the floor after showering and keep a bathmat at the doorway to prevent falls/slipping in the wet area.
Eva (10/5): Immersed in nature with all the comfort one needs - The tourist park is well situated - close to town center yet in nature. Our glamping tents were beautifully decorated,,bed linen crips clean and beds comfortable with enough blankets for colder nights. The amenities were clean and heated. We will be coming back.
