• Mieke (9/5): - We hadden een compleet appartement tot onze beschikking, inclusief eigen parkeerplaats. Het appartement ligt in een woonwijk met een kleine winkel 2 deuren verder. Fijn dat er 2 slaapkamers waren zodat onze kinderen niet op een slaapbank hoefden te liggen. Ook handig dat er strandlakens, stoeltjes en een parasol aanwezig waren voor als je een dagje naar het strand wil. De airco's maakten veel geluid.

La cocina tiene buena dotación si deseas cocinar, mira la alacena antes de tus compras podrás encontrar bastantes suministros. Tiene 3 sillas, sombrillas y mantas para llevar a la playa lo cual fue excelente. Patricia siempre contestó rápidamente nuestras dudas y nos dio recomendaciones de buenos lugares y restaurantes cerca. Espacio de parqueo amplios y en frente de los apartamentos No tenemos ninguna observación

• Marcel (8/5): Mit Abstrichen, aber für den Preis solide - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet eine gute Lage mit Parkplatz. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Die Klimaanlagen sind sehr laut und die Fenster schließen nicht vollständig. Es Bedarf ein paar Renovierungen und Reparaturen. Für Florida nicht unüblich, aber als Reisender doch sehr ungewohnt und unangenehm krabbelten 2 große Kakerlaken im Badezimmer.🪳

Os quartos são bem confortáveis e com bom espaço. Tem um estacionamento na propriedade, o que facilita muito. A localização é ótima, fácil acesso a todas as regiões de Miami. Boa comunicação com os anfitriões. Recomendo!

It has two spacious bedrooms with a large wardrobe, a comfortable bathroom, and a living room and dining area with a kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need – a toaster, pots and pans, glasses, cutlery, a microwave, and a large refrigerator. It's clean, tidy, and very pleasant. The apartment's holiday vibe further enhanced the stay. There are no large shops nearby, but there are a few local shops where you can buy the most essentials. There's a school next to the building, which makes it a bit noisy and crowded in the mornings - it's not a big minus, but it's worth keeping in mind :)

• Murilo (10/5): Valeu muito a pena. - Achei tudo muito prático de fazer, apartamento muito bom e com ótimo tamanho. Único defeito são as cortinas do quarto que não são blackout e deixam muita fresta de luz entrar, então para dormir o quarto não fica muito escuro.

Super télé et cuisine très bien équipée Le rideau de la grande chambre un peu petit laisse passer la lumière sinon c'était très bien
• hong (8/5): - 房间面积比较宽敞，但是装修比较老旧，空调声音很响！卫生间设施简陋，窗户密封不好，我们住在底楼，发现有小蜥蜴爬进房间。地理位置还可以，周围有个学校，由于房间紧靠马路，早上六点多就能听到清扫马路的的机器声，早上七点多能听到垃圾收集垃圾桶的声音，早上八点左右，能听到送孩子上学的声音……另外，房间里没有洗衣机，第二天才找到了了投币的公共洗衣机，在外面停车场边上…… 建议重新装修一下，并安装入户洗衣机

• Mickael (9/5): Très bon séjour, superbe logement !! Je recommande - Le logement était propre, les lits étaient très confortables. L’emplacement était correct. Les hôtes étaient disponibles et à l’écoute. Je recommande !! L’eau avait du mal à s’écouler dans les canalisations de la salle de bain.

• Florian (9/5): Good Host, Noisy in the morning and evening hours, price worthy. - The host was very accommodating, friendly, and helped us immediately with every little thing. Sometimes it was very loud – probably due to the generally thin walls in American houses. Between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m., there were loud cars. Between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m., there was often loud music – which was no problem for us. There is no good public transportation connection – but from the way it feels, that’s the case pretty much everywhere in Miami.

• Kasana (10/5): An amazing experience in an amazing location and town. Thank you for comfortable accommodations. - It was in a great location with it being in the middle of Miami-Dade county. It was clean and the perfect space for my family and I. While there were towels, there wasn't enough hand towels and wash cloths for the 4 of us. Prompting us to buy more. Which after a 20 hour trip, is the last thing you want to think about.

The host, Patricia was super responsive and helpful. The couch was a bit uncomfortable for 2 people to watch TV in the big screen, the toilet sometimes did not fill up with water so it didn't flush, but that was a quick fix once we discovered it.

La atención de Patricia siempre atenta a nuestros requerimientos o necesidades fue muy oportuna.
• David (7/5): Silent and really cozy apartment - Silent neighborhood and familiar atmosphere; comfortable beds and lining; functional light blockers for the windows in the sleeping rooms; easy parking even for middle size SUVs; Easy access to supermarkets, convenience stores and local restaurants/bars. Staff‘s attention and handiness; near to Little Havanna and Brickell downtown around ~15min by car. Air-conditioning machines in sleeping rooms need replacement, too noisy, make a lot of noise, we had to shut them off and keep only the one from living-room on during night to sleep well; kitchen does not have a washing machine for long stay; shower is quite old style, functional, however a bit small for more than three ppl, there is no separate WC. Access to apartment is over a external quite sleeper stair, not for elderly ppl with heavy luggages.

The price was very fair, and the location was perfect—just a short drive from downtown, which made it super easy to get around the city. The parking spot was also a big plus and made everything more convenient. But what really made this stay special was the owner. The communication was honestly the best we’ve ever had. They were always quick to respond, super friendly, and ready to help with anything. Every time we had a question, they answered right away. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of. You can tell they care a lot about their guests. Everything about the booking was smooth from the start to the end. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. But again, the best part was how easy and pleasant it was to talk to the owner. It made the whole trip better. If you’re thinking about booking this place—do it! You won’t regret it. Highly recommended!

• Laura (8/5): Nice apartment for a good price in Miami, but needs a bit of upgrade to make it more comfortable - The apartment was big, located near several shops, restaurants and the Brickell area, they had air conditioning and the host was communicating to see if everything was going great. Kitchen was well equipped and a big plus: parking spot in front of the building. The place needs a bit of upgrade since it seems kind of old. Also, the bed from the second bedroom was uncomfortable and very soft. As for the bathroom, it has some old stains that make it seem like dirty and old and it could have been cleaner. Also, the sliding door that is facing the street does not work, so you had to place a wood board in the rails, so that needs to be taken care of because it is not the ideal thing. Even though the specification stated that it was near Brickell, which was true, the surroundings weren’t the best but still very safe.
