• Jelena (10/5): - Everything was perfect. Clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. Wonderful view and great location. Parking late in the evening might be challenging, but we were always lucky to get a free parking spot. Everything was fine.

• Liisalotte (1/5): A horrible experience of cockroaches, broken AC, cigarette smell, bad hygiene and poor service. - The view. I spent 7 days in the apartment with my almost 5 month old in November. I had stayed in 3 different rentals in the same price range in close proximity and none of them were in such dismal condition! COCKROACHES: I alerted the rental team as soon as we spotted cockroaches on our first day. My husband brought a bug spray on the 2nd day when it became clear that the team would not react fast enough. By the 3rd day a maintenance person added very visible black cockroach traps into the room corners. TOXIC AC: When trying to set the AC on heating mode, a strong foul vinegar smell filled the room. Googling it brought up to possible explanations: either an unclean AC that grows bacteria and fungus or a broken AC that is leaking toxic cooling liquid. Continuing to have the AC on was a health hazard. It took many days for the rental company to send a maintenance person who found other issues in the apartment but didn’t end up fixing the AC. POOR VENTILATION: After removing the toxic electrical air purifier on our first day from the kitchen, we started smelling cannabis and cigarette smoke from neighbours’ apartments daily. This triggered my asthma. DANGEROUS WINDOWS: the thin sliding windows are suboptimal for an apartment that up high and especially in winter. The huge glass surface cools the apartment down within minutes after the sun moves away. Some of the windows failed to lock which is a potential death trap. The metal blinds outside of the windows made loud noise as wind hit them. Some of the blinds didn’t work. POOR HYGIENE: Kitchen appliances had not been cleaned for a while, the bathroom was full of calc, grease, rust and soap residue. DISMISSIVE COMMUNICATION: When reporting to the rental team about the issues, I was met with: 1) an AI bot assuring me that my concerns were given the highest priority, 2) long lead times for any attempted solutions (days), 3) a lot of “sorry, it’s the first time we hear about this” and a minimal effort to actually solve issues.

• Martin (8/5): Schöner Ausblick! - Super Lage und toller Ausblick. Appartement zweckmäßig und völlig ausreichend. Leider war der Pool ab Oktober nicht mehr nutzbar, da er nicht mehr gereinigt wurde. Schade, da wir mit den Kindern extra ein Appartement mit Pool ausgewählt hatten. In der Beschreibung steht nichts dazu.

• Paula (10/5): Stunning location - The location and view were absolutely stunning, with the beach just steps away from the building. The apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was also well-maintained, and most of the time, we had it almost to ourselves, which made for a relaxing experience. Additionally, supermarkets and restaurants were conveniently located nearby, making it easy to stock up or dine out. Overall, a fantastic place to stay! One minor issue we encountered was a blockage in the sewage under the washing machine, but after we cleaned it, everything worked perfectly.
