Al ser pequeño y no tener aislamiento de ventanas para respetar una arquitectura tradicional se oía demasiado a las.personas del bar o de la calle, pero fue poco rato, si vas quizás en fin de semana pueda ser más molesto

Adriana (10/5): - It was our second time in Salento and this is by far the best accommodation you can get in Salento. It is pretty quite here - no big streets close to the hotel. Delicious breakfast, free 30min massage and very nice stuff. The beds are super comfortable and the shower has HOT water. We also loved the public area/garden from the hotel. It is very relaxing and quite, where you can relax outside after the cocora valley tour - without feeling the need to hang around in the town. -

ANDREA (9/5): Aniversario relax en Salento - La amabilidad del personal, incluso atendiendo peticiones cuando ya nos habíamos ido, el spa (la tarifa de la habitación incluía media hora de masaje que se podía extender, y una hora de jacuzzi, además del cóctel de bienvenida) y el desayuno, uno de los mejores de nuestra estadía en Colombia. Nuestra habitación daba hacia la calle que lleva a uno de los miradores, por lo que hubo algo de ruido en ciertos horarios, aunque esto no afectó nuestro descanso.

Müge (10/5): Excellent séjour avec un personnel accueillant, de belles prestations et un emplacement idéal ! - Excellent emplacement pour partir en randonnée ou faire du shopping dans le centre de Salento. Tout le personnel est serviable, accueillant et toujours souriant. Le jacuzzi ainsi que le petit-déjeuner sont très appréciables. Il est également possible de profiter de massages au spa, ce qui est un vrai plus. Nous avons aussi reçu un cocktail de bienvenue, une attention très agréable. Tout était parfait, je recommande vivement ! Seul point d’amélioration : la présence d’un menu physique serait appréciée, car tous les menus étaient accessibles uniquement via un lien.

Disha (10/5): Great stay ! Everything was thought out very carefully! - Everything was fantastic! One of the best experiences we had during our trip was at Cocli Boutique hotel. The view is fantastic. The staff was warm, very welcoming. The offered us a complementary couple massage for 30 mins and we extended that for another 30 mins for a reasonable price. Highly recommend. The toiletries were all well selected - they had products from L'Occitaine that were a very good touch to our experience. A special mention for the breakfast. It was delicious, and they were so kind to prepare the breakfast based on our preferences earlier than usual because we had a day trip planned. Jorge and John were expectional great hosts. I would highly recommend staying at this hidden gem. -

Perfect place to stay before going to cocora valley, with a parking available. The room is clean and beautiful. Contact with the staff is easy via whatsapp. One little hiccup : the room is next to the street with a relatively thin door, so at night if there are loud people it might wake you up.

All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da un cocktail di benvenuto e ci hanno prenotato un massaggio gratuito di mezz’ora e 1 ora di Jacuzzi. La camera era molto carina e pulita, ottima la colazione. Super consigliata

Ronald (10/5): Relaxed verblijf in prachtig Salento - Mooie kamers, comfortabel ingericht en rustig gelegen. Het personeel is erg aardig en altijd bereidwillig om te helpen. Een leuke toevoeging is de complimentary massage van 30 minuten. ‘s Morgens wordt een heerlijk ontbijt geserveerd op het terras. Salento is niet heel groot en door de ligging van de accommodatie goed lopend te bezoeken. -

Elizabeth (9/5): A lovely friendly and intimate place to stay and highly recommended with a few small drawbacks from time to time - Breakfasts were superb with good choices and fresh, plentiful and creative cuisine. High class amenities - spa/massage, toiletries by l’Occitaine, hot and powerful shower, very clean and well looked after. All staff very attentive and helped us to arrange trips where we were struggling. Beautiful leafy setting with views to the mountains and pantiled roofs from the outdoor breakfast area and upper balcony. Old, beautifully renovated character property. The rooms were lovely but unfortunately none of the larger rooms were available when we booked and the small rooms were very small, especially for 2 people with more than carry-on sized luggage as there was no space to put it. The weather was quite cool and very rainy and nowhere to sit comfortably for breakfast, for relaxing with a drink or for socialising if it rained. Also, the cold air blew through the room as there were only shutters and no glass. Wonderfully atmospheric in good weather but not when it’s cold and wet. Although on the edge of town the local “boys” use the road outside to race their motorbikes up and down the hill at night - certainly on Friday, and due to no window glass any street or hotel noise is easily heard.

Benoit (8/5): Bien équipé mais .. - Bon emplacement , beaucoup de services proposés en sup de la chambre, chambre très équipé. Chambre petite, difficile de poser ses affaires spécialement dans la salle de bain. Nous sommes resté deux nuits et n'avons pas pu profiter du massage du cocktail ou du spa proposé c'était complet et pas le moment. Jamais personne a l'accueil.. ils ne parlaient pas anglais donc pas d'aide possible pour conseil ou organisation.

The team were so friendly and easily worked around any language barriers using translator and WhatsApp. Breakfast was lovely - great choice, all tasty and enough to set you up for the day. The room / bathroom was a little on the small size, but that wasn't a problem for us.

FIL&LEE (7/5): - El personal my ateto y siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades. En el Coclí Hotel Boutique Salento las habitaciones no están insonorizadas la puerta es muy fina y da directamente a la terraza y a la calle lo que genera una sensación de inseguridad constante se escucha absolutamente todo lo que hablan las personas en el exterior haciendo imposible el descanso, la puerta de entrada de la habitación por el mismo estilo, con una ranura por debajo que se siente hasta el gato pasar, y como abre la puerta el de al lado, el baño necesita mantenimiento y además las sábanas tenían cabellos algo totalmente inaceptable en un hotel que se presenta como boutique.

Ette (8/5): Mixed feelings - The view from the hotel was really nice, it was very pleasant to have breakfast there. Nice room decor. Possible to move around Salento (but be aware hotel is on a hill). Nice breakfast. Unfortunately I felt it was really overpriced and lacking details that can make one's stay confortable. The room was quite humid, windows (like in most of Salento) do not have glasses, so either you close it and are in the dark or you open them and you are basically on street level + insects. Also, no window or ventilation in the toilet. The room has a lot of technology (even had an Alexa - please remember to dust behind it) but lacked basic details like a bin in the room (the only one was in the toilet). While the staff was overall nice, when we checked in there the person didn't give us much information or mentioned anything about the spa or the free massage they claim is included in the reservation (which we ended up not getting). I think this place has a lot of potential, but it does not justify its price as it is now.
