The owner could cheaply fix a few minor issues to make a good apartment even better: - issue less confusing access and key instructions; - supply a key to the garage back door to improve access; - replace dud fluorescent tubes in the garage; - supply an anti-slip mat for the shower/ bath.

• Alan (7/5): - Very good location for eateries and proximity to Club Mooloolaba (where functions were held). Room was very clean and fresh, with provision of bathrobes a extra bonus not expected. A credit to the cleaning staff. Good facilities and wi-fi. Easy access. I noticed a lot of water pipe hammer from the upstairs property and even my unit if the taps were turned off in the kitchen too fast (that is, as one would normally do). Also I could here the adjoing room wardrobes being opened and closed, so wall insulation is almost on-existent.

Very thoughtful and considered items, loved the picnic basket, umbrella at the door and the coffee machine made a great start to the day. There weren't enough towels unfortunately.

• John (7/5): Overall it had everything we needed. It is basic accommodation, but adequate for what we needed - Close to the beach and shops. Pool was nice to have. Sliding door to the outside patio didn't lock well. Having the shower over a bath was not great.

• Christina (10/5): I loved my stay at Mooloolaba Beachside Escape. Close to everything Mooloolaba - Beach, Wharf, shops, cafes and restaura - I loved everything about this fabulous Mooloolaba unit. Comfortable bed and seating, opening windows, air conditioning for hotter days. On site parking. Pool just outside the unit. Fully equiped kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Everything I needed for my stay was there and quite a few things I didn’t even think of -a picnic basket was a delightful surprise. Located walking distance to the beach, the wharf, the shops and lots of lovely cafes. Also a few minutes walk to the Greyhound stop.

The unit is beautifully presented very clean and well appointed with everything you need. The little extra touches that the host supplied. Made the stay a very special experience. The pool right outside your door was perfect for an afternoon dip and a quiet read. The unit is an easy walk to Mooloolaba beach and surf club and the wharf for dinner. I would highly recommend a stay here It’s close to everything but felt peaceful and relaxed . It’s a lovely unit for a couple or single and value for money. I
• Adrian (8/5): Wonderful coordination with our host and apartment as described. - The apartment is very well located in Mooloolaba being only 1 block away from beach and shops. It was very clean and accessible on the ground floor. Parking spot was also close to the apartment. Not a big concern but being on the ground floor next to pool did mean for privacy we needed to be mindful of leaving curtains and doors closed etc. This was a minor item.
• Jasmine (8/5): Decent & what was needed for a 1 night stay for an event. - Location Good. Pool directly outside the room. Pity there is no gate from the apartment directly into pool area. Bed / Sheets were not very comfortable. Hard to get into the shower as it's a bath/shower.

Close to main beach and wharf precinct. Nothing that can be changed. Not a show stopper but outdoor seating wasn't private, right beside the pool.

• Annelize_j (10/5): Great location and has everything you need - even things you forgot and might need! - This apartment has all you need for your stay. The host has thought about everything - right up to the tiniest little detail like bubble bath and nail clippers! The garage is tiny so it wouldn't fit a family car, but there is a visitors park right outside the apartment which is perfectly suitable to any sized car.

Nice toiletries available to use and washing powder for using clothes washing machine. Bed was made up beautifully!!! Easy check in details and allowed us to check in earlier which was great.

• Trudy (10/5): Absolutely fantastic! Will book again! - The property is absolutely lovely. Relaxing environment. Furnished perfectly. Great for a couple or solo. Fantastic location. Equipped with everything and more. I was so happy to find the coffee machine. I enjoyed a cup in the morning and sitting by the pool was just lovely. The garage. It is far too difficult for someone as short at me with osteoporosis and osteoarthritis to manage opening and closing the door.
