- Eusebio (3/5): Barato pero fatal la limpieza - El precio Olor, limpieza: el sofá daba asco la cama en el canapé debajo había herramientas q olían mal las tazas estaban sucias el suelo también las sábanas no estaban cambiadas las persianas no bajaban y al tirar de ellas se te quedaba la mano negra y en el sofá al abrirlo para cama estaba lleno de pipas las tazas el primer día al abrirla estaba llena de pelos

- García-Montoto Pérez (7/5): Cumplió nuestras expectativas. - Es un apartamento luminoso y está bien de espacio para una familia de cinco personas. En cuanto a los servicios e instalaciones de manera general cumple las expectativas para una familia de cinco, con edades entre los 16 y 22 años. La potencia contratada de luz está muy justa. Si cocinas con la vitro y hay demanda del termo para el agua, saltan los plomos a poco que haya algo más de consumo. Si estás de vacaciones no puedes estar preocupandote de que puede haber encendido para evitar esta situación. Por otro lado el termo es muy justo. Al ser cinco el tercero se duchaba con agua fria, por muy rápido que se hiciera la ducha. Esto nos obligó a ducharnos por tandas a hora diferentes. Para familias con niños pequeños o personas de movilidad reducida hay que tener encuenta que es un segundo piso sin escalera. En nuestro caso no era un problema importante, ya que sí podíamos subir al ser todos adultos.
