• Dávid (10/5): - Minden tökéletes volt. Nagyon hangulatos szállás, hangulatos környéken. A közelben éttermek, kávézók, pékségek. Bár nem a központban helyezkedik el, mégis a legtöbb látványosság könnyedén megközelíthető. Rendkívüli figyelmesség, hogy a közös konyhában a kávégép egész nap rendelkezésre állt. Remélem még lesz lehetőségem itt megszállni.

• Jay (8/5): A well-situated oasis. - Location was perfect, close enough to restaurants and sights but quiet after business hours. The side terrace was lovely for enjoying a morning coffee or just getting some fresh air. The sound-dampening windows really helped, as conversation carries in the narrow stone passage outside the guest house. The room was good-sized and the desk area was ample. The bathroom was well-lit. I appreciated the common room and the coffee machine offering many choices. I also appreciated the apples and small snacks set out. Only quibble I have is when entering the property at night. There should be a motion-dectector light upon opening the front door, as there is a step there and in the dark this can be tricky. There is a wall switch next to the door, however.
• JK (10/5): Great accommodation, wonderful location and neighborhood, excellent hosts! - Consideration by the host was superb! They were gracious enough to provide a bottle of water in my fridge and they had snacks/treats/ beverages available 24/7 in the kitchen. That there was a common kitchen was especially nice. And the bed was comfortable. Location was superb. Unique space saving bidet- see photo! Shower was a bit undersized but not a big issue.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Miejsce warte polecenia, jeśli kiedyś wrócę do Wenecji postaram się tam ponownie zatrzymać. - Świetny obiekt dla osób szukających komfortowego pobytu w Wenecji. W miarę blisko dworca, do większości ważnych miejsc można dojść pieszo. Poza ścisłym centrum, ale dzięki temu można zobaczyć miasto bez tłumów. Spory pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem. Cicho. Dostępna kuchnia z przekąskami i dużym ekspresem do kawy. Jak na Wenecję cena korzystna. Tuż obok duży plac z różnymi restauracjami i supermarketem Conad. Pierwszego dnia miałam inwazję mrówek, ale potem zniknęły.

Rytais, ar grįžus vakare, nereikia sukti galvos kur ko užkąsti ar kavos rasti. Yra net vidinis kiemelis jei norisi parūkyti. Kambaryje yra dušo reikmenų, šaldytuvas, ir net virdulys su arbata ir sausainukais. Trūko normalios antklodės - buvo tik paklodė ir pledas. Pagalvės kietos. Dušo galva nereguliuojamo aukščio, tad mažesnio ūgio žmogui tikrai nepatogu.

• Leonie (8/5): Very good value in a lovely part of Venice - The room was clean and exactly as expected. Walls are thin, the first night there was a champion snorer next door, but NEVER TRAVEL WITHOUT EAR PLUGS and you will be fine. Linen was changed after two nights. Kettle and fridge in the room. I didn't use the kitchen facilities, or the food supplies kindly left there for guests, but they would be very helpful for some - you could make a simple meal there. I was able to leave luggage in the kitchen area on the last day, and even use the kitchen and the little garden area after I had checked out - a real bonus. My flight was delayed, arrived at 2am, so being able to self check in via a keypad was a lifesaver. The guesthouse is less than 15 minutes walk from Piazzale Roma - narrow calle were a bit spooky at 2am, but Venice is a very safe city, and as it is the student area there were still some people around. Location near Campo Santa Margherita is excellent, lots of cafés and restaurants within a few hundred metres, and a small Conad supermarket. Just 5 minutes walk from Ca Rezzonico Vaporetto stop - the orange Alilaguna line from the airport calls there, so very handy for returning to the airport. Nothing. Excellent value for the price.

Apesar de não existir café da manhã, existe uma área comum onde diversos produtos são deixados para os hóspedes, permitindo que se use esses produtos para o café da manhã. Existe também uma máquina de café disponível 24 horas. A localização da casa é muito boa, podendo-se passear por toda Veneza a pé. A hospedagem aconteceu sem nenhum problema.

The rooms were the same as the pictures. We got great information with the check in procedure, directions to the guest house and transport options before our arrival.

• Bradley (10/5): Lovely, Traditional Guesthouse is a Great Location - What a lovely place to stay in Venice. It's a traditional guesthouse and is very much built in the Venice Style. The windows in the room have the double doors, the outdoor ones are timber and can be used to block out light if you want to sleep in. The inner ones open two ways so you can have some fresh air. It's nice to open them up in the morning and look out onto a narrow Venice Street and get a vibe for what is going on. Maria the host is lovely, she communicates well via message on Booking.com. The cooktop in the kitchen is great, good quality utensils and plenty of food provided to make you feel welcome. Having nice, fresh olive oil and salt was great. Bananas, Apples, Oranges are some of what is available in the kitchen and it was regularly restocked. Not much, I had a great stay. Worth noting is that the fridge is in your room so you need to store your food up there and bring it out into the kitchen.

• Deborah (10/5): Very nice, clean little apt in good location! - Great quiet location in venice. Close to two vaporetto stops….one with no stairs!!! Great for luggage when arriving or departing. Little frig was nice but doesnt hold much. My room was kid size but i am 5’2” so not a problem. Very nice private bathroom but the hair dryer is horrible! Didn’t have “staff” as all communication was via messages but were prompt. Cleaning lady is great! She dint speak English but always had a smile and greeting and helped me get bags downstairs. There were no great negatives for the price and location. The hair dryer is worthless!!

• Çağla (7/5): Great Location, Disappointing Details - The hotel is very easy to get to. You can reach it in 5 minutes from the ferry without crossing any bridge. We walked everywhere on the island as well. There are some packaged food and fruit always available at the kitchen which is nice. We ended up with a ground-floor room that was freezing cold. There was air conditioning and heating, but it was so noisy that it was impossible for us to sleep when it was on. It went on and off every 5-10 minutes, waking us up every time it started. Although there was a note to leave towels in the sink for replacement, the room was not cleaned during our stay. We were lucky not to run out of towels by leaving them on the floor or in the sink.

• John (9/5): - L'établissement est très bien situé dans le quartier universitaire "Dorsoduro", un peu excentré par rapport au centre touristique qu'est la Piazza San MArco. La propriétaire est aimable, très gentiment serviable et fort dévouée à ses clients. On se sent libre et détendu dans cet établissement, et le rapport qualité / prix est imbattable à Venise, dans mon expérience. La chambre est petite, mais très propre et bien équipée. Je n'hésiterai pas à retourner à la Santa Margherita.

• Marco Antonio (8/5): Excelente custo-benefício. Bares e restaurantes próximos. Poderá fazer todas as atrações a pé. - O hostel fica em Dorsoduro. Localidade excelente. Muitos bares e restaurantes. E há um mercadinho para abastecer o frigobar. Quarto individual com banheiro privativo. Da localização você pode ir andando a todas as grandes atrações de Veneza. Ao chegar à Estação Venezia Santa Lucia é só pegar o vaporeto (1) que te deixará bem próximo. Use o googlemaps que não haverá erro. Se quiser um conselho não fique próximo à Estação Santa Lucia, muita gente que só faz bete e volta ou que se hospeda em Mestre e passa o dia por lá. Ficar próximo à Piazza São Marcos é muito cheio de turistas, o que poderá irritá-lo e vai te custar bem mais. Lembre-se que Veneza é CARO! Para os padrões de Veneza o hostel é muito bom e seria leviano dizer algo que não tenha gostado.
• Barb (8/5): Very nice place overall - The shared kitchen area was very nice with lots of provisions. Very clean and lots of restaurants nearby. I was disappointed that we didn’t meet the host at all. We stayed at two other places in Italy and the host always made a point to greet us. Also, the room was warm and with the windows open, mosquitoes were coming in. I got eaten alive 🙁

• Ivan (8/5): Buen alojamiento en zona tranquila de la ciudad - La ubicación era bastante buena. Aproximadamente unos 15 minutos hasta Piazzale Roma y Venezia Santa Lucía que son las dos vías de acceso más rápidas para llegar a la ciudad. También hay un vaporetto cercano a unos 6 minutos llenos hacia el canal grande del sur. Al estar en una zona un poco más alejada de la zona más turística no es muy ruidoso. Por la noche. Se puede descansar bastante bien. Tanto la entrada como la salida del alojamiento se realiza de forma autónoma sin tener contacto con nadie del alojamiento. Aunque no tiene desayuno sí que es cierto que en el alojamiento hay una pequeña cocina con una cafetera donde puedes coger alguna cosa incluido en el precio de la habitación. El tamaño de las habitaciones individuales, sin ser una cosa demasiado grande, no está mal. Mayor de cinco noches, solo vinieron dos a cambiárme las toallas y sábanas. La cama individual era un poco pequeña y no excesivamente cómoda. Para una persona de mucho peso gran tamaño puede tener alguna dificultad e incomodidad para dormir.

• Stefania (8/5): - Posizione, colazione e acqua offerte, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out e prima del check in. Self - check in. Nel complesso una buona sistemazione. Metterei le zanzariere alle finestre. Siamo entrate nella camera la sera, lo staff che si occupato delle pulizie ha lasciato una finestra aperta e la stanza era piena di zanzare. Anche perché fuori c’è un giardino e con l’umidità di Venezia… Il frigorifero è piuttosto rumoroso. Non lascerei nella stanza fiori (finti o secchi che siano), è difficile pulirli e infatti erano ricoperti di polvere. Io sono allergica purtroppo.

• Veressné (9/5): Kényelmes, tiszta, csendes, könnyen megközelíthető, jól felszerelt. - Nagyon jó a szállás elhelyezkedése, mert tömegközlekedéssel jól megközelíthető, ugyanakkor csendes, nyugodt a környék. Tiszta, jól felszerelt a konyha és a szoba is. Nagyon kedves meglepetés volt a konyhában elhelyezett finomságok. Az ágy kényelmes, olyan volt, mintha a saját ágyamban aludtam volna. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk.

• Sene (10/5): Very satisfied ! - The owner was very flexible and help me through my initial mail issue right away. The rooms are clean and stay fresh even without using the AC too much. The matress (two simple bed put together) where confortable. The mini fridge was stocked with water and fruit juices which was a very welcome headstart. The bathroom has free soap and shampoo and even has a bidet ! Nothing wrong stand out. I only had a couple of dead coils in the very side of my matress but nothing that hindered my sleep.

The only thing I would improve is the bed (felt too narrow), curtains that block the sun a bit more, and the ac is noisy, but besides I would totally recommend it for a stay in Venice.

• Katrina (10/5): Exceptional Guest House in the heart of vibrant Dorsoduro - This is an exceptional guest house right in the heart of the ever-popular Dorsoduro region of Venice. The rooms are a good size with sufficient plug points, good lighting and a well proportioned private bathroom. Although breakfast isn't offered as a formal option, there is an excellent coffee machine, a selection of fruit, pastries, jams and cheeses which are made available to guests free of charge in the kitchen area. Given the location, it is also extremely quiet on a night, which helps with good sleep! Having to leave! Could have stayed for a lot longer!

• Pui (10/5): Exceptional - We arrive at Venice in the rain. The guesthouse is around 16minutes walk from the train station. The check-in information was sent the other day, so the checkin procedure is super smooth. The kitchen has coffee machine and some simple snack/breakfast within. We are warmed by a cup of hot coffee. The host is very warm and is responsible for our request. Thank you so much for the hospitality❤️ Can't think of anything

Though breakfast was not included in the price as stated, Maria kindly provided varieties of coffee and other drinks, light snacks, and fruits to the guests. When checked in, the air-freshing perfume smell was a bit too strong--some people may like it but not all people do.

The house is in a very calm area and has a lovely small courtyard where you can have breakfast. Beds are excellent and the rooms are spacious, with your own small fridge. Breakfast is self-service basic Italian breakfast, but you can have it where and when you want...

I also enjoyed having access to a kitchen...This place was a good value for the money This is a small thing and may have been a coincidence, but in four days the only people I met were the cleaning crew. As a solo traveler, I choose guest houses typically for a bit of human connection...

• Janeen (9/5): Good location and cute property. - Great location, clean and charming. We walked all over the city from the property. It had a nice outdoor patio for eating and enjoying, unfortunately, it was rainy and chilly while we were there so we did not have the opportunity to enjoy the pretty space. The lobby was very cute, with some books and Venice guides available. Very nice. Absolutely the most unique hair dryer I ever saw. You had to tilt the device away from the wall to make it work. But it got the job done! We had asked for two beds, but the two twin beds were made up together so we had only one bottom sheet, with two duvets. We separated them no problem, but my son’s bed had no bottom sheet. I asked for help with this but got no response. We had no top sheet, just the duvet, which didn’t seem sanitary to me. I emailed the manager about that but received no response. Also, the mattresses were very hard and lumpy. Need updating. The breakfast was handy and the espresso machine good, but the pastries were individually wrapped - good to grab, but not as good as fresh. We did appreciate the convenience of the breakfast.
• Cari (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were so friendly, went above and beyond to help. Just fifteen minutes from the train station walking wise. Extra little touches with the facilities and very clean. The bed was so comfy, I didn't want to get out of bed. Nothing I didn't like.

• David (5/5): Not a good experience and would not stay here again. - Location Coffee available Room smelled musty/moldy Room full of mosquitoes Bed uncomfortable Pillow flat and hard No key left for safe so unable to secure valuables Very noisy guests above us kept us awake all night. Place not very sound proof. Communication with host not good and she never appeared in person to introduce herself. She never responded my last two messages. One was simple question about how to get to train station. The other was to please ask guests above us to stop making loud noises all night.
