• Karina (8/5): - Очень хорошее местоположение!!! Прямо Супер, по-другому и не скажешь! Виды завораживают- 11 этаж, срава океан, слева Тэйдэ, а прямо напротив невероятная гора - ну ОЧЕНЬ красиво!!! И утром и вечером 😍🥰 Совсем рядом ресторанчики, магазинчики и пляж, прекрасный променад! Класс!!! Я ставила фильтр бассейн.....было заявлено, что он есть.....а его не было (не работал). Вообще, само здание "уставшее". Квартирка маленькая, но для отдыха вдвоём - в самый раз! Очень удобная кровать 😊

• ALESSIA (9/5): L'appartamento è carino e molto curato e si trova a poca distanza dal mare. - la posizione, il posto auto, l'arredamento. Metterei delle mensole nel bagno ed una cassaforte

• Napoletano (8/5): È stato un soggiorno piacevole - L’appartamentino è molto carino, dotato di tutti i comfort: ferro da stiro, frigo, cucina, lavatrice, mocio, asciugacapelli e asciugamani. Ovviamente manca il bidet, ma sono pochi i posti in cui è possibile trovarlo al di fuori dell’Italia. La posizione è buona, a 15 minuti di macchina da Playa de las Americas. È in una zona molto tranquilla, perfetta se si vuole stare lontani dal caos delle zone centrali. La vista dal nostro monolocale era molto bella, e il proprietario, Alex, molto disponibile. Una nota negativa è sicuramente il fatto che nel momento della prenotazione c’è scritto che è disponibile un parcheggio a pagamento, tuttavia bisogna prenotare con almeno tre mesi di anticipo perché è quasi impossibile trovare un posto disponibile; cosa che avrei sicuramente voluto sapere prima siccome parcheggiare al di fuori è un’impresa quasi impossibile. I posti disponibili in zona non sono tantissimi, e sono quasi sempre tutti occupati, spesso e volentieri abbiamo dovuto girare più e più volte prima di riuscire a trovare parcheggio, quindi se avete intenzione di noleggiare un’auto vi consiglio di pensarci bene siccome la situazione parcheggi è un po’ un’odissea. Altra nota negativa è che nelle foto fanno vedere una piscina, tuttavia non specificano che non è accessibile a causa dei lavori.

• Catherine (9/5): Very enjoyable stay in beautiful Panoramic View, Playa Paraiso. - Beautiful spacious apartment, very comfy bed. Very clean. Fabulous views from the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Lovely swimming pool. Beach very close. Nothing to dislike about the apartment. Some noise from the street at night. Alex very helpful with minor issue with wifi but sorted it immediately, instant response to any queries.
