• Jonathan (1/5): Can't believe we weren't allowed to use the swimming pool - Cleanliess was good. Not allowed to use the swimming pool, unless paying euro10 per person per day! Rental payment of pool towels required! Why show pictures of the pool if it's not included?

• Labinot (10/5): Very nice - Very friendly and nice host. The pool area for kids did early have no sun because of the property blocking it.
• Allan (7/5): Good - Hotel it self is appeals very new and beautifully designed, poolarea is excellent and room was really nice standard Some parts of hotel Area is under construction (which is ok, but it could be managed better). There seems to be some confusion on privately rentes apartment vs hotel rooms in reception and how to handle that with the customer. Parking options not clear and not Well defined. Breakfast option(which was included in stay) is really bad and needs significant improvement for claimed 5 star hotel level. Have experienced Way better food quality at other lower star hotels in Albania.
• Victor (7/5): Studio apartment in a tour group hotel! - The quiet front swimming pool. Until.the children came and left plates of half eaten food all over the pool lounges. The studio is really a bedroom with a kitchenette... there is no dining area or work area, like a desk or a table. There is a little table in the minuscule balcony, but you can't use it because the hot air from the a/c is constantly blowing. Basically it the balcony is only a drying area. I didn't like the thousand tourists "camping" at reception. This hotel is a hub for package holidays tours. I didn't like the way the receptionist treated you when they knew you were renting a "privately" own apartment. Basically, they make no effort to help you or explain what's included and in the area. The included breakfast is good food, but the atmosphere is horrible, and the coffee machine has an endless line. The place is not charming at all, I think I could find a better place for my €172.80 for two nights in Duress or Golem.
• Dzenana (10/5): Very clean and comfortable - The hotel is beautiful and the apartment as well. Very clean and modern. Fluffy towels and great linens. The apartment has a nice view as well. The host is very friendly. The only downsides in our case were that the internet at the hotel is poor. There was an water outage, of course outside of the control of the host.
• Rebecca (9/5): Superb - Very happy with our 6 night stay in well appointed hotel/apartment.  Esi, the owner,  provided promt, private, professional assistance to us and we had use of the hotel's pools and services. (Most guests were on an all-inclusive basis). We had a kitchenette and plenty of shops and restaurants, cafes and markets within a block or two. We rented bikes and used the bank next door.  Everyone was friendly, everything is reasonably priced. Location is perfect. Very convenient to beach, boardwalk and sea. Plenty to do and see for several kilometers in both directions. For a small fee we used the private Bonita beach chairs and umbrellas. We loved our 5th fl. balcony with view of sea and adult pool. It was mostly quiet. If you have kids the pool and promenade is fantastic for families. The shower is excellent, great to have the heat pump for AC. Comfy beds and lots of towels. We had no complaints and I would highly recommend this rental. Great deal for sure! I'd come back. Had to pay in cash, not CC

• Trevor (4/5): Miserable Experience! - A challenging review to write. When we first arrived, our reaction was wow. Very prestigious appearance, very impressive reception, and a great pool to the front of the property. What could possibly go wrong? Well see below! There was a pool party in progress when we arrived at 9.30pm, but the receptionist told us not to worry as it was scheduled to end by midnight. Unfortunately, the hotel was hosting hundreds of teenage students celebrating the end of exams and they did not respect scheduled finish times. So until gone 1.30am, students were rampaging down the corridors, banging on doors, yelling at the top of their voices and chanting and howling (literally!) on their balconies. To use the word cacophony would not be hyperbolic. There was no sign of any security, or adult supervision. The hotel receptionist, when I complained, said they were accommodating these parties every night for the rest of the month and seemed to think I was being unreasonable for complaining. "They are young and enjoying themselves!" Great! I am in my sixties, a paying guest, and would not have booked had I been told in advance! Then, on top of this, we had no water in our room. Again, the receptionist was totally unsympathetic. "I have called the technician, what do you want me to do?" It then transpired that our room was a time share apartment. The hotel basically washed its hands of the complaint (except it couldn't because there was no water!), saying it wasn't their problem, my contract was with the owner of the apartment. So we were unable to shower and unable to flush our toilet for our stay (We left at 10.30 am the following morning.)

New furnished and has fridge, kettle (but don’t use tap water in Albania pls), plates, glasses, a quite big balcony, conditioner, electro grill or waffle maker (we didn’t use). Staff are friendly and helpful. 24 hour reception It was a little bit cold, coz we came in winter and conditioner didn’t hit up enough the room. Floor was cold as well so we ask reception for the slippers, what they did provide. But I think in summer it wouldn’t be a problem.

• Sarah (7/5): Excellent, loved the area, apartment and host was fantastic. Just not as relaxing as we wanted. - Apartment was lovely, it was clean with a balcony looking over the pool and no complaints with the apartment. Esi the owner met us at check in and we were able to check in early which was great. Esi took us to our room and explained everything to us. Hotel was lovely and clean, some staff were very helpful, others not as much which was disappointing. However, Esi made up for this and was on hand to help if needed and we even visited her husband’s restaurant which was amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a nicer host or apartment. There was a school staying during our stay which meant that it was very busy and noisy, children knocking on our door until all hours, loud music, screaming and shouting which also meant that we were unable to use the balcony at times, or any of the hotel facilities which was a shame as we would have loved to have used the pool to relax when we weren’t out visiting the area. I was unable to sleep until gone 2 in the morning. However, this was completely out of Esi’s control, and when we complained she went out of her way to support us and even offered to move us rooms.

• Lise (8/5): Very good - What a beautiful apartment! Everything you need for a great vacation is available. The location is truly excellent; you couldn't ask for a better place. The hotel complex itself is beautiful, but very busy in July. If you want to use the swimming pool, it costs 8 euros per day (normally 10 euros, but you get a 2 euro discount because you're staying there). However, we didn't feel entirely welcome by the hotel staff. Fortunately, hostess Esi more than made up for this with her warm welcome and help. Despite this downside, we would definitely come back.

• Therese (10/5): Most perfect Hotell with slides food music 10 stars to the landlord - Just the most amazing landlord and she went out and bought snacks for us in the fridge so we had because we landed late. So sweet and always answer sms if anything happens or you just need advice. This is the place to stay. High speed internet tv YouTube Netflix all. So clean. The Hotell is 5 stars but I give it a 10
