• Shirley (9/5): - I love the location.. but quite small for a group of 4. The room maybe not occupied for sometimes so the room is a bit dusty.. a part from that, all is good. The convenient stores just a few steps away.

• Leena Vasu (10/5): Good Stay in Dotonburi Area - I had a really great stay. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to Dotonbori, Namba Station, and the Nipponbashi Metro station, making it extremely convenient to explore Osaka and get around the city with ease. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, which made everything very accessible. The accommodation itself was surprisingly spacious, clean, and comfortable. It felt very relaxing to come back to after a long day out. Overall, it was a very pleasant and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka. Just improve the cleanliness of the floor, and balcony. The balcony windows seemed dusty, would have been great if we could enjoy the balcony view too.
• Vugar (1/5): Terrible - didn't stay at all. - Absolutely nothing. Wrong advertisement, fake pictures. The workspace provided is not functional. There are no accessible power outlets near the desk, and even the desk lamp cannot be plugged in. Due to the lack of proper sleeping arrangements and basic functionality, it was not possible for my family to stay in the unit. As a result, we were forced to urgently find and book alternative accommodation, which caused significant inconvenience and additional expense.

• KEIJI (8/5): 出張にもとても便利！ - チェックイン、入室の方法もわかりやすく、ロケーションも含め、いうことなしでした！また出張で洗濯を毎日したのですが、浴室乾燥も非常に強力でとても助かりました。 また機会があれば利用させて頂きたいと思いました。 少し残念だったのが３点。 ①滞在中、結局Wifiのパスワードを見つけられず、自分のモバイルWifiに繋いでいました。（設置の案内、サイトで探せなかったり、質問しなかった自己責任ではありますが。。。） ②フローリングが黒い靴下でいると白くなってしまうほどほこりが残っていました。 ③宿泊者の違反行為が玄以だと思いますが、トイレの床、何箇所かのフローリングにタバコの焼け焦げ跡があったのが残念した。（違反者が悪いのですが。。。） ただ、それを払拭するほど、トータルで満足する居住環境でした。

• Ayman (9/5): Great Location and Comfort with Minor Improvements Needed - We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the vibrant Dotonbori area, with plenty of convenience stores nearby. The building felt very secure, with key access, an elevator, and even a garbage room for easy disposal. The studio itself is spacious and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. The small kitchen included basic cooking equipment, a microwave, kettle, two-burner gas stove, and a small fridge — everything we needed for light meals. We also appreciated having a washing machine and a drying hot fan in the shower room, which was very convenient for laundry. Despite these minor drawbacks, the accommodation was very pleasant, and the host was responsive and helpful. We would happily stay here again and do recommend it to other travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable place in Osaka. While the apartment was overall comfortable, there were a few areas that could be improved. All the cups, plates, and cooking utensils were plastic, which felt a bit low-quality and less enjoyable to use. We had only one pan and no lid, which made cooking a bit tricky. Adding a proper pot with a lid would especially help for cooking rice, as the rice cooker provided was quite slow and small. The ventilation openings could use a cleaning, as they were a bit dusty. Additionally, there were several stored boxes in the wardrobe, which took up valuable storage space. Removing them would give guests more room for their luggage.

It was obvious the place hadn’t been cleaned at all after the previous guest. I contacted the host, and they just thanked me for the feedback and said they would improve. But does that mean I have to bear all the consequences for their negligence? Since it was cherry blossom season and there were three of us, it was really hard to find another place. I nearly ran away to find a new place—after a long mental struggle, I forced myself to go to Daiso and buy cleaning supplies to clean the place myself and endure three more days. This place is hell. Please, do not stay here. I’m begging you. This is the worst hygiene I’ve ever experienced in a stay. If the host claims the place is cleaned, that’s a total lie—I swear on my integrity. • Nikita (6/5): Great location but needs improvement on amentities and cleanliness - Great location, short walk to Dontonbori with a family mart only a few door down. Great addition with the drying fan in bathroom for laundry. There was a very bad smell coming from both bathroom and laundry cupboard, after airing out the bathroom and running water through and dryer for awhile the smell went but it remained in the laundry, it was very unpleasant smell. I believe the drains needs to be cleaned. The apartment needed a good dust and mop. Pillows were very small and thin. Not enough toilet paper or laundry detergent for the amount of days we were there (5 nights).

Nearby laundromat and family mart for essentials. And it was spacious compared to most hotels in Japan! Washer smelled really bad! Had a weird smell as soon as you walked in and lingered throughout the stay so we couldn’t even use it. Not enough toilet paper or bath towels for our long stay (5 days). Sharp wire sticking out of the front door key that hurt us a few times! Check in process was more difficult than expected.
