• Arteaga (1/5): Penoso - La ubicación Sinceramente lo único que no me gustó fue que me sentí que se estaban riendo de mí, el apartamento requiere un depósito de 100 euros por daños y trás un mes de mi estancia casi no lo recupero si no escribo innumerables mensajes para saber porque no me lo habían devuelto, porque si no llego a reclamar ellos no contactan conmigo para informarme de la supuesta incidencia... he podido recuperar después de mandar muchísimos mensajes, tanto a ellos como a att al cliente de booking 69 euros, porque después de mi estancia y por usar las toallas que lógicamente siempre del uso existe una posibilidad de que se machen con algo( en mi caso, un poco de pintalabios en una y en otra algo de rimel (cosas que salen después de un lavado porque en mi casa las tengo y no necesito llevarlas a lavanderia ) alegan que no salió la mancha de 2 toallas.... sinceramente me parecen unos estafadores y eso que solo son 100 € pero un mes retenidos porque "necesitaban que saliera de lavandería para saber si me lo podían devolver me parece de risa", no alquilaría más por la tomadura de pelo, si en las reglas lo pusiera lo entendería, pero guau! No uséis toallas y tengáis ningún percance con nada del textil...

• Chinneihoi (2/5): "Disappointing stay-Not as expected" Overall not happy at all, it was our first and last stay. - The only positive aspect of our stay was the apartment's Central location. Which made it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. However, beyond that, the experience was disappointing. Never going back to this apartment again. Firstly, picking up the key from a different location was very inconvenient, also the entrance hall has a terrible smell. No sign for the apartment itself, kept us wandering around almost half an hour which was extremely exhausting.
• Carolina (10/5): Lovely flat with everything you need in the central of Gran Canaria. - The location was perfect, very central. If you rent a car there is a 24h car parking nearby really affordable and safe. The flat was very well equipped, supermarket opposite the flat and a lovely restaurant just downstairs. It was clean, comfortable and very good shower. You can explore the city centre and also go for drinks around. Highly recommended, if I will return I will definitely stay here.
• Julius (7/5): Check in process is ridiculous! - Brand new spotlessly clean apartment. Check in to the apartment was a huge challenge. If I knew this beforehand I would never have booked it. After checking in I received several separate pdfs with instructions and several different links to the information regarding accommodation which at the end was very confusing. Worst of all you have to pick up the key at the location several kms away from the apartment. Some of the rules are quite ridiculous, like you are fined for staining the sheets - as they wouldn’t wash them after every new occupant.
• Lennart (9/5): Superb - The apartment is great, fully equipped, I felt very comfortable. The check-in process was very complicated and tedious. The hosts provided a whole set of documents that would describe the process and how to get into the apartment. Had to pick up keys in another part of the city with all my luggage on me. At first I wasn't able to access the documents that hold the secret needed to get the keys from the key box. Then the smart lock at the apartment would not open. The check-in took a long time and I felt very frustrated when I was finally able to access the apartment.
