We weren't notified in advance that check-in was only until 10 pm, and they only called us at 9:40 pm to tell us, which was a bit stressful. Other than that, everything was fine.

- javier (1/5): Bad experience, never again - The location is close enough to the city center It’s a good building but it’s completely abandoned, just 1 toilet for all the Hostel, and very dirty, also the facilities. Old mattresses with Acarus, they should be disinfected.

- Milena (5/5): - The staff tried their best and was really friendly and the hostel is close to the city center. It was not clean, we were placed in a 7 person room instead of the 4 we booked (we were originally placed in a 6 person female only room instead of the 4 bed shared room but when we got there at night there were three men in the room), the power outlets are not placed conveniently and there are no lockers.

- René (2/5): Doesn't worth it - I am giving it 1 star, not 0, solely because the volunteer employees are helpful, kind, and polite. EVERYTHING else is unsatisfactory. I stayed at this hostel for its convenient location, but I considered leaving after the first night... The 3-night stay was non-refundable. This is not a hostel, but rather an accommodation for homeless individuals, misfits, and those lacking civility, who behave as if they're alone and at home. At 2am, they were speaking loudly as if they were on the street. There is a lack of supervision. The volunteer staff do their best under the circumstances. The facilities are inadequate, with only 3 toilets on the ground level, none functional on the first floor, and 2 on the second.. (5 for approximately 60 "guests"). Cleanliness is poor, rating 4/10.

- ibrahim (1/5): Very bad experience at this hostel - Very bad experience at this hostel. The bed was making annoying squeaky noises all night long, making it impossible to sleep properly. On top of that, there is no proper space to store your luggage, and the lockers don’t even have locks, which is unacceptable in terms of security. Honestly, I do not recommend this place at all.

El sistema de aire aconcicionado era un tubo colgando echando aire modo industrial al lado de las literas. Teníamos un baño para 10 personas, y la ducha no tragaba NADA. Han pasado dos días y me han empezado a salir picaduras por todo el cuerpo, probablemente algo que hubiese en la cama.

When I made a booking and informed the hostel I would be arriving around 22:30 I was contacted and told that there's absolutely no way that I can check in after 22:00 as they are closed, and I would have to come the next day. I tried to negotiate but I was told no way. Over my 6 nights in the object I have noticed people checking in past 23:00 or close to midnight on at least 4 different nights. During my stay I noticed that staff treated people differently according to their origin to the point when Moroccan guests complained to me about being treated less favourably than others. During my stay I noticed beds being changed and it shocked me. They would only change the top sheet leaving yellow stained sheets or mattress covers underneath. Light shades in bathrooms were covered in thick layers of dust. I have shown that to the cleaner during her chores on my third day yet I was just ignored and it was never cleaned.
