• Laila (10/5): Una garanzia! - È la seconda volta che soggiorno a Casa Anatrella e riconfermo tutte le ottime impressioni. La posizione è comodissima, a due passi sia dalla stazione che dal centro. La stanza è moderna, luminosa e pulitissima, così come il bagno privato. Il letto è molto comodo e garantisce un ottimo riposo. Anche l’area comune è accogliente e pratica, perfetta per bere o mangiucchiare qualcosa in qualsiasi momento. Un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario, Antonio, sempre gentile e disponibile. Ho effettuato il check-in da remoto perché sono arrivata tardi: semplice e comodissimo. La colazione offre sia dolce che salato, davvero completa. Nulla da criticare: tutto perfetto, come sempre! Ogni volta che tornerò a Napoli, sceglierò senza dubbio questa struttura fantastica.
• EenM (8/5): Een heel fijn weekend gehad. - Dichtbij centraal station en dus gemakkelijk met de metro overal te komen. Het ontbijt is niet wat wij verwachtten (alleen zoete broodjes). Het is fijner als het in de locatie zelf is.
• Daniela (8/5): Good option! - The room was very clean, bright and it had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area was well maintained and offered free coffee pots and some other drinks that you could pay with cash. The location was also okay, there was a metro station nearby, no more than 10 minutes walking distance. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, specially during the morning. We also felt an uncomfortable smell coming from the first floor, which we think was emitted by the auto repair shop that is next to the hostel.

• Susan (9/5): I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The room was clean and gorgeous. Everything about the property was easy and be - The room was beautiful and clean. Ease of access was top notch! The location near the train station made it so easy for us. The owner/operator was very accessible and kind in communications. Early check-in was possible and a real blessing! The location felt a little sketchy. Definitely not in the active part of the city, especially on a Saturday afternoon.

Shared Kitchen good for small meals/sandwich making.. Reasonable walk to Garibaldi train station and split distance between two Metro stations. Several bus stops within a reasonable walk, one right out front. Nothing inside apartment.

• Magdalena (10/5): Great place to stay - The apartment is clean and renovated, there are two rooms which is brilliant when travelling with kids , there are two apartments in total with shared kitchen area where the breakfast is served. There is a fridge with soft drinks to purchase at reasonable price. Very nice coffee. The host is super helpful, gave us some recommendations which were actually really good and we wouldn’t be able to get there otherwise. Always responded to the messages. The location is a bit further from the main city centre but it’s walking distance or you can take public transport, easy to gat to the airport too. Definitely recommend! Thank you for hosting us!

The location is perfect because it’s only a 10 minute walk to the main train station (Napoli Centrale). The house itself was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. It’s modern, comfortable, and spotless. The host also has a little kitchen area where you can buy some drinks if you don’t want to go out (which was great for us because we were super thirsty when we arrived). We briefly met our host on the way out and she was very friendly. Great stay and we would definitely book again if we ever come back to Naples. Nothing, we liked everything. Just a reminder to my fellow travellers about tourist tax. Just have some cash on hand as places in Italy charge a small fee which is not included in the booking price.

• Joakim (10/5): Exceptional - It is a very new, clean and nice room. The proximity to the train station was important for us. Maybe it wasn’t the coziest neighbourhood, but that is the only minus. Otherwise a very nice room.

Very good comfort, nice balcony. Would definitely recommend! Very good communication with facility owner! -
• Samiharb (7/5): Decent stay, but noise, lack of hospitality awareness and pressured check-out wasn't fully relaxing. - The "breakfast" is just your choice one one item, (pastry/pizza slice/ etc. + coffee). So, don't expect tot have a full on buffet. That said, the pastries were very good. The room was clean and the host was friendly when greeting us. Noise & Location: -The location is extremely noisy. We were constantly disturbed by motorbikes, barking dogs, and general street noise due to the property being so close to a busy road. The surrounding area felt quite run-down, with broken glass and dog waste scattered along the streets. Cleanliness & Amenities: - Our initial impression of the room was ruined by a foul toilet water smell. Host was kind and apologized but it should have been quality checked before entry. -During our entire 3-night stay, we were never given new fresh towels. -We were only provided with 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for four days and had to go out and buy more ourselves. -There was no proactive communication or service when it came to these basic necessities. Shared Space & Lack of Privacy: -The unit shares a corridor and kitchen with another room. Our neighbors were incredibly loud—slamming doors and laughing in the kitchen at 3am without any consideration. -The room has only sliding doors with no sound insulation, so we heard everything. Check-Out Experience: -Our request for a late check-out was declined, which is understandable. However, an hour before check-out, the cleaner started turning the vacuum on and off in the hallway, clearly trying to hint at us to leave. -Five minutes before the official check-out time, she began vacuuming right outside our door. It felt unnecessarily passive-aggressive and made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. Final Note: -The host messaged me the next day via WhatsApp to leave a review and then requested again via email—so here it is. I hope this helps others make an informed decision.

You get an Italian breakfast in a bar 2 min away from the place - a delicious pastry and a coffee. All the information was very clear and simple. I highly recommend!

• Paige (9/5): Ideal central accommodation in Naples! - Great central location for early departure to the airport - room and facilities are finished to a great standard, with a lovely cute balcony to watch the sunset! The host came out of his way to check us in early :) As it is central Naples, it’s a little noisy but that didn’t massively effect our stay atall.

• Feitzinger (10/5): An excellent experience staying in a typical Italian style apartment that was close to the center - From the first moment of our arrival the owner, of Casa Anastrella was very helpful with arranging taxi's and giving us tips on where to eat dinner. We were happy to have air con as the nights were very warm. the bathroom was so lovely decorated as well. The breakfast was located at a cafe right around the corner which added the extra flair of seeing the side of Naples as a local and not just a tourist. All was wonderful

We were supposed to have breakfast included, but breakfast didn't start until 8:30. Since they arranged for our earlier pick up to the airport, I felt like some type of takeaway breakfast could have been arranged. Manager could have cared less when I asked via what's app. Didn't have a city view from the balcony. Neighborhood felt a bit iffy

Breakfast is just around the corner. Antonio, thank you and see you next time! The casa is very close to the Airport and Train station. You can get there with shuttle taxi for 5€ per person.
