• TERESA (5/5): - ¿Qué desayuno? La ubicación bien. Que tuviéramos que estar negociando con el operario de turno la hora de nuestra llegada. Estuvieron días dándonos la brasa, preguntando la hora exacta de la llegada, cuando es obvio que no depende de nuestra voluntad. Llegamos cuando podemos. El margen de llegada la ponen cuando a ellos les interesa, de 16:00 a 20:00 h y aun así se pasan varios pueblos con los dichosos mensajes. Tuvimos que esperar a que nos abrieran, habiendo informado previamente de nuestra llegada... Parecía que nos hacían un favor..., no algo que se había pagado . La llegada penosa y decepcionante. A ver si aprenden a tratar a los clientes como personas, no como carteras a las que ya se les ha vaciado de antemano. Seria lo correcto, creo yo.
• Flor (10/5): It Is ok to stay a short stay - Cozy townhouse for a small family Max of 3, with walking distance, you can get to the metro station and a few restaurants in the area, it has a mini market bodega across the building, I found it very convenient, I’m the case that you have a car is parking places outside but very hard to find a parking spot at anytime. It says accommodate 4 people but it only have one bed upstairs and is full size, and a sofa that it doesn’t open up, it only fits one person.

• Adriana (8/5): Nice apt in the border boundary of Salamanca neighborhood. - it had two bathrooms, it was spacious, it was new The location was distant from Salamanca neighborhood, no coffee or water, limited pods for washer, the linens for the sofa bed are old, they need to be changed.

• Stacy (9/5): Wonderful stay, beautiful clean, well lit, clean apartment - sidewalk outside sometimes noisy - Truly value for money! The apartment was so clean and well-provisioned. The washer-dryer was a huge help and the bed upstairs was very comfortable. Air conditioning was a little hard to keep regulated, but was greatly appreciated. The hostess, Gisele, responded immediately to any question I had and was so nice to work with. I would have appreciated some more step by step explanation of how certain things worked in the apartment when I first arrived, like the air con, stove, and washing machine - I was able to look up how to work the latter two online. Even though metro was very close by I was a bit disappointed by the location - I had expected to be more central in the Salamanca district. Around the apartment was quiet for the most part but it faces a sidewalk that leads to a park going downhill to the M-30. You could feel the highway noise and several times noisy talkers gathered on the sidewalk, sometimes at 1:00 and 2:00 am. However, it was much quieter than the Plaza Sol/ Lavapíes district in Madrid where I've stayed previously. Refrigerator in the apartment also made some noise, but I told owner I didn't need it fixed while I was there. All in all an excellent stay, thank you!
