- Giuseppe (7/5): Average stay but great location - Location was very good and I liked the small terrace even if there was a plant on the floor Cleanliness was not super great. Consider removing the fake plants because they were so dusty. The kettle was full of calc. Also white lamps are very bothering. Consider changing to a warmer color. The shower curtain holder is very rusty.
- Grazyna (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional location, in the heart of the city. If you like total privacy, the place is for you.
Hotel interior (previously 4 season hotel) nicely done, small lobby, front desk, and seating areas, nice hallways. The apartment is small but nice and cozy, equipped in all appliances and everything you need. Excellent bed, slept like a baby. The room decor is a bit worn out but still OK. The big bay window is facing the construction site at the moment, but it didn't bother me at all. I would stay in this hotel again. The communication line with the owner was open and pleasant.
- Zachary (8/5): Very good -
- Adam (6/5): Beautiful property/location but a little warm and unclean. - Location and property were awesome. - Dirty/used shower curtain (stained with blood/or red mold)
- room was consistently 76 degrees because A/C did not work. We had to to leave the window open the entire time and it mays have reached 74 degrees. Made sleeping a little uncomfortable/stuffy.
- Daren (2/5): Terribly disappointing - I don’t recommend this hotel/apt to anyone. Watch out for the hidden fees. - I liked the location, but not much else. On my last day, I unfortunately lost my room key, which is commonplace for travelers. They charged me $300 to be able to get back into my room. I have traveled the world and stayed in countless hotels and home/apt rentals. Not once have I ever been penalized for misplacing a room key, ever. Just a deeply frustrating experience. Nowhere on the site or in the pre-stay messages (anywhere) was it is indicated that you have to pay $300 to get back into your room if you misplace your key. Horrible experience. I am still extremely upset about being charged $300 because I lost my room key. I feel strongly that 1) I should be refunded this fee, and 2) this “hotel” which is actually a studio apartment should assess how they do business. Have additional keys and a proper plan to assist travelers in the event that something like this happens. Don’t penalize someone who has chosen your accommodation and paid hundreds of dollars to stay there. It’s just a horrible service experience.
- Angele (9/5): Be aware of the 200$ extra deposit in cash before you book with this property - Appartement was a little older than seen in the pictures but comfortable nonetheless, loved the view from the bedroom, all necessary appliances, the building is safe and of great standing. Housekeeper was lovely. chat and text, to pay a 200$ security deposit before checkin through Stripe. Booking clearly states you should beware of any links and NEVER communicate your card’s info.
Booking replied it was written very far down the page: the property wants a 200$ CASH deposit upon arrival (not before btw..)
I am not using a renown platform such as Booking.com to then hand a wad of cash to someone or use scammers’ renown platform…
I explained i was using a corporate credit card (which I already mentioned on reservation). After a while they stopped asking but I advise anyone to really BE AWARE of this concealed 200$ cash surprise, before considering booking with this property. Till the last minute I wondered if this was a scam. Not the most relaxing experience to say the least.
