• Christian (10/5): - Sehr gute Lage, Erreichbarkeit und Komfort. Alles perfekt in der Wohnung. Die erste Etage über breite Zugang sehr gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und das schlafen trotz zentraler Lage ruhig und bequem. Alle Geräte in Takt und zuverlässig, Geschirr und Kochmöglichkeit komplett. Parkmöglichkeit toll organisiert, ein/ausladen entspannt möglich. Also rundum eine gute Zeit. Gerne wueder Keine Probleme zu berichten

• Christoph (10/5): ein wahrhaft perfekter Aufenthalt wird es nur, wenn das Ambiente stimmt. Und es war perfekt. - Ich habe selten so ein geschmackvolles Appartment gesehen. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und auf jedes kleinste Detail geachtet. Bei dem Appartment ist auch ein Garagenparkplatz dabei. Ein persönlich geschriebener Willkommensgruß war nur noch das I-Tüpfelchen.

The apartment is with a very good location, close by foot to the historic center and the sights with a view to Schlossberg. the place was clean and vast, very cozy. there was also a free parking place for the car inside the building.

Habe noch selten eine so liebevoll gestylte Altwohnung gesehen. Alles mit viel Geschmack zusammengestellt und top sauber. Die perfekte Lage für Spaziergänge zur Altstadt und zu den schönsten Geschäften und Kaffees. Der Gastgeber Moritz kümmert sich liebevoll um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The apartment is spacious and have all equipment although I didn't use any as I used it for 1 night :) Location is close to the old city and a lot of cafe. Sunny windows. car entrance a bit tight but manageable. At night, it is very dark entrance so you have to have torch.

The ceiling and the old parquet flooring are particularly noteworthy. I was very pleased with the apartment. The owner is very helpful. There is a parking lot in the courtyard. If you're traveling by car, please consider the size of your vehicle. The entrance to the courtyard is not very wide. I was driving a Suzuki Vitara and had to fold the side mirrors.

• Fam. Koblmüller (10/5): Wunderschönes Altbau-Juwel mit traumhaftem Uhrturmblick - Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Altbauwohnung. Der Blick auf den Uhrturm ist einfach unschlagbar! Obwohl wir nur für eine Nacht dort waren, haben wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und herzlich. Für den nächsten Graz-Besuch ist diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder fest eingeplant!

Во-первых, была указана парковка, но по факту заезд оказался настолько узким, что наша машина просто не смогла туда попасть. Об этом нигде не было предупреждения, что создало неудобства и дополнительные сложности. Во-вторых, мы решили остаться еще на один день и заранее уточнили, нужно ли доплачивать дополнительный сбор в 10 евро. Хозяин ответил только спустя сутки, когда мы уже выехали. В результате возникла проблема с оплатой, так как с нашего счета в тот момент невозможно было провести платеж. Несмотря на это, мы нашли решение и оплатили долг. Самое неприятное — мы забыли в апартаментах дорогие наушники. Когда мы обратились с просьбой отправить их нам, хозяин просто проигнорировал сообщение. При этом по геолокации видно, что наушники используются. Считаю такое отношение непорядочным. И дело даже не в стоимости вещи, а в отношении к гостям. К сожалению, не могу рекомендовать эти апартаменты.
• Lorenz (10/5): Leben wie zu Hause in einem lebendigen Viertel - zum Wohlfühlen. - Wir haben beide während unserer Studienzeit ein paar Jahre in Graz gelebt und deshalb ist für uns jeder Aufenthalt ein bisschen wie nach Hause kommen. Die Wohnung hat all unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen! Wir lieben das Lend Viertel, der Blick auf den Schlossberg war toll und die Ausstattung großartig. Vor allem war Moritz ein toller Gastgeber der all unsere Wünsche (Anreise, Parken,…) möglich gemacht hat. Vielen Dank dafür! Für uns war es wie zu Hause.

• Andreja (10/5): Perfect stay - Apartment is spacious and well equipped. Location is perfect within 10 minutes walking distance from all major attractions, restaurants, museums and shops. You can see Schlossberg from the window and a big plus is parking in the courtyard of the building. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Host Moritz is very helpful. Hopefully we will be back again. Everything was great.

• Joris (5/5): geht besser - die Stadt Graz Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, besonders Küche und Balkon an der Küche waren schmutzig. Im Wohnzimmer ist das Parkett kaputt. Am schlimmsten war, das man im Bad nicht lüften konnte und den Balkon nicht nutzen konnte weil es im Hof und in der Durchfahrt extrem nach Verwesung gestunken hat, vielleicht von der Bio Tonne? Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer auf eine öffentliche Toilette

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war recht gering, und durch die zentrale Lage hört man den Verkehr etwas. Insgesamt aber ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Tout était propre. Stationnement inclus dans la cours intérieur. L'hôte, Moritz, est très sympathique! Fais de bonne recommandations. Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. La pression de l'eau pour la douche était faible mais sinon nous avons tout aimé.

• Eran (8/5): - The apartment is great, clean, very big - old style apartment. Centrally located and walking distance from the old city. The rooms are big and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Parking was great and easy. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, right above a casino and next to a bar. At the night we stayed there was a festival in the square in front of the building, so up to midnight it was very loud. Since we needed to close all windows, it was hot and loud. There is no AC in the apartment (we new it in advance) but even with the vents in the rooms it was a rough night. Some of the blinds didn't work - so we had too much light early morning.

We booked two nights but when we arrived and saw the place we told the owner that we won't stay for the second night and left in the morning, he refused to refund for the second night.

• Ivonne (10/5): Wunderschönes Altbau-Appartement im Herzen von Graz - Das Appartement ist traumhaft. Die Lage ist großartig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hervorragend. Es gibt einen Parkplatz im Innenhof, zahlreiche Cafe's und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns mehr als wohlgefühlt. Herzlichen Dank!
• Birgit (10/5): Ein Traum mit spürbarer Geschichte - Traumhaft schöne Whg mit direktem Blick auf den Schlossberg, sonniger Balkon, Parkplatz im Innenhof, Zufahrt etwas eng, hat mit nen ID4 aber geklappt…ein sehr netter Vermieter

• Jennifer (8/5): Fab location and huge apartment. - Location was great - the vibe of this area of Graz was awesome. The apartment is beautifully decorated with everything you need. The communication was also fabulous. The parking was a very tight fit. Lack of air-conditioning. Some of the shutters in the living area did not close - only problematic if you want to use the sofa bed, which we did.
