- Jean Christophe (5/5): Cet appartement est équipé avec le minimum nécessaire il est fonctionnel mais se contente du minimum - Appartement spacieux, beau salon, bouilloire très basique mais présente, four et plaque de cuisson, lave linge, connexion internet stable, matelas confortables, appartement bien chauffé. J'aurais aimé recevoir le code de la boite à clés avant mon arrivée, cependant l'hote a été réactif pour m'envoyer le code quand je lui ai envoyé un message pour le lui demander. Prix correct mais il y a une bonne marge de progression possible en matière de qualité. Les lits ont un peu tendance à grincer, voisinage bruyant, seulement 1 couette un peu petite par lit pas de couvertures supplémentaires, parking dans la rue parfois difficile et places de l'autre coté de la rue interdites, vaisselle pas très propre, pas de lave vaisselle, logement globalement propre mais sans plus avec salle de bain sale et plaque du four sale également, équipement minimaliste, la salle de bain est en mauvais état mais fonctionnelle.
