• Joanne (3/5): Very disappointed - Good location, good size apartment We had a few messages from the property manager asking for what we had already submitted. The small double bed in the main bedroom (only one with windows) was the base of the double bed in the other room therefore could feel the springs so it was not used; the toilet blocked and was not fixed due to public holiday - we had to find public toilet - not ideal in the night time or anytime for that matter!

• 振慶 (4/5): 相當失望!!!!We were thoroughly disappointed! - 離地鐵站近 Just a short walk from the subway station 家庭房，有兩間房間一廳，一間房間沒有冷氣也沒有窗戶，門一關起來就悶熱，只能靠客廳冷氣慢慢的流動到房間中，等到房間涼爽，客廳也冷到不行 兩間房間提供的床鋪非常非常非常的差，獨立彈簧都沒有效果，一躺下去就凹陷進去!!!躺起來十分難受!!!!! 提供的餐桌、椅子容易搖晃!!!! The family room has two bedrooms and a living room. One of the bedrooms has no air conditioning and no windows—once the door is closed, it becomes extremely stuffy. The only way to cool it down is by relying on the living room's air conditioning to slowly flow into the room. By the time it becomes bearable, the living room is already freezing. The beds in both bedrooms are of extremely poor quality—the pocket springs are completely ineffective, and they sag deeply under any weight. Sleeping on them is very uncomfortable!!! The dining table and chairs provided are unsteady and wobble easily!!!

For a spacious place to be right beside Kuromon Street Market is a dream place, not to mention there's a Family Mart right next to it. You can easily walk to and around Kuromon, and a 10-minute walk to Dotonbori. You'll never regret getting this place for its location and price! We had some aircon issues at first, and the staff immediately addressed it, and that was very commendable! Our stay became better than best because of their quick replies to our inquiries. Will definitely book this place again when we go back to Osaka! None, everything was what we hoped for and more!

• Sachmogoat (8/5): Served us well. Nice host. - Location was perfect for downtown and the markets. It was 35 minutes to Expo. The apartment was freshly renovated well. The host was very responsive and flexible. We found wonderful local little family restaurants, shops and Konbini within steps of the restuarant. The busy main market was a blovk away, yet it was quiet where we were. The subway is 2-3 blocks away. The listing pictures make the apartment seem much bigger than it was. But, that being said the actual space was fine. The beds were quilts put directly on box springs, which I'd suggest they put a futon on to make it more comfortable for Western tastes. Also, not a problem, but I'd make people aware that the buiding is a city residential apartment building in a working market neighborhood, expect accordingly.
• Lois (8/5): Conveniently located, functional. - Location is superb, just a stone's throw away from Kuromon Market. There's family mart a few steps aways which is very convenient. Host was also very responsive and helpful. We didn't use the wifi, not really sure if there was one provided for in the apartment. Also we can feel the springs of the bed. Lastly, we had trouble finding the exact apartment because apartments around nearby have similar names. This particular apartment's name in the entrance is Ueno Mansion.
• Dallen (10/5): Superb location but still quiet - Spacious apartment in a superb location. Close to major Osaka hotspots while being just out of the way to remain private. Would definitely stay again.

• Michelle (10/5): I would definitely book this place again when I go to Osaka next time. - My elderly parents and me , enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and provided laundry detergent when we informed them that there was none left. Location was near kuromon market which was handy. Family mart just downstairs and nearby have many other outlets and Lawson as well. Only some edges of the bed were a bit sharp, perhaps should put one of those rubber stuff.
