• Dana (6/5): Very spacious apartment, but need updating. No cupboards or wardrobes in the bedrooms. - The instruction was that we arrive between 3 pm and 4 pm. We arrived 3.35 pm, and there was no one there. We called the host, and a lady arrived 10 minutes later with the keys. Apparently, they asked to call them ahead, but this info did not reach us as we were travelling 3 days prior. It was not in the original instructions. Very small bathroom for 1 person; only a small (toilet) sink. Broken bed in the main bedroom, empty bottle and lots of dust under the bed. Broken wooden parts under the mattress.

Parkmöglichkeiten nur über u.a. mrparkit.com, also private Anbieter. Man muss bei 5 Tagen mit 110 bis 200 Eur rechnen. Der Parkplatz Pivovarská 11 ist halb so teuer wie die in der Stadt und ist über Linie 5 gut erreichbar.

• Karen (7/5): Fabulous location - Great quiet location: spacious bedrooms; warm in winter The bathroom was small, and the top shower was not working. Kitchen poorly maintained with limited supplies (no toaster, tea towels, corkscrew). Old washing machine that took 3 hours for a cycle; had to sit at dining table to watch TV as sofa in bedroom, not TV area.

• O'Neil (7/5): Great location, but needs attention in some areas. - The location in the old town was good. We could walk easily to a lot of the most famous places - the clock, Charles Bridge, the castle, the Dancing House etc etc. The property was a good size and well-equipped on the whole, the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. The kitchen was well-equipped with decent size mugs for a good cuppa. Be aware - we (my friend and I) were told, after booking with no refund, that there would be a late check-in fee, which amounted to an extra 10% charge on the price. We couldn’t check in any earlier because there was only one flight on that day. I queried it when I found out, to no avail, but Michael thankfully waived it when we actually arrived. Both bedrooms had large double beds that were very comfortable, but only equipped with a thin single duvet, which we didn’t realise until we went to bed on the first night. We were both cold that night as there was no spare bedding in the apartment. I contacted Michael the next day and he quickly brought us extra bedding - but again, another 2 thin single duvets. We both thought it was a bit strange. The other downside to the apartment was the kitchen area. It was small and well-equipped, but very tatty. One of the lower cupboard dividers was just propped in the gap and looked as though it had been gnawed at the bottom? Bearing in mind the property description of ‘Beautiful New Town Apartment’, it didn’t live up to its name in a number of areas.
• María luisa (7/5): Apartamento praga sep/ 25 - La ubicación sin duda es lo mejor. Apartamento limpió. Piso antiguo que se le ha dado una mano pero sin grandes reformas. Calefacción funcional. Aunq hay q decir q fuera no hacia mucho frio como es de esperar en praga. Las ventanas estan bien insonorizadas. Habitantes grandes. Camas amplias Cocina poco funcional, aunque no la hemos usado mucho. Salon solo con mesa d comedor no hay sofa para estar un rato viendo tv. Y sobre todo BAÑO MUY PEQUEÑO. Para 4 personas complicado el baño... No hay persianas..la cortina no quita del todo la luz.

• Claire (9/5): - La situation de l'appartement est top. Très bien placé pour pouvoir faire tout à pied. Le logement est sombre et peu équipé pour se préparer les repas (ex pas de grille pain, pas de petite casserole). Ce serait un plus mais il y avait quand même le minimum pour passer un bon séjour.

• Anne-Lise (7/5): Une rénovation est nécessaire - Appartement bien situé et au calme. L'appartement a besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement. Les lits sont cassés et grincent au moindre mouvement. Les placards de la cuisine sont abîmés. La salle de bain est vieille et humide. L'arbre à pluie dans la douche est HS. De plus le ménage sous les lits laisse à désirer. Une couche de poussière et déchets des locataires précédents (bouteilles vides).

• Lewis (8/5): Really lovely place! Sleep could have been better. - Location, clean, spacious, nice girl that came and let us in. The blinds in the bedrooms kept barely any light out in the mornings. My friend and I couldn’t sleep past 6am once the sun came up.

• Pertti (9/5): The apartment was one of the best we`ve ever had in Prague, a great trip overall. - We had breakfast at local restaurants. The apartment was excellent and we had a great time there. 1. The beds in the bedrooms were too low for us. It was difficult to get up. We are not so young anymore....2. The overhead shower in the shower cubicle did not work....3. It would be a good idea to add a shelf for detergents to the shower cubicle....4. There was no bidet hand shower near the toilet....5. There were too few bath towels. The appropriate number could be at least 2/guest....6. There were too few sheets and pillowcases. The appropriate number could be at least 2/guest....7. The TV did not work except through the PC. That was enough for us.

• Erjola (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good. The bedrooms were really spacious and the kitchen well equipped, even though we used it a very few. The bathroom was extreamly small. The last day we had no electricity in the aparment and we used mobiles lamp. Crazyness!

Helpful and professional hosts who organised an early check in and a complimentary mid/week cleaning service. Coffee machine with lots of pods was a nice touch and lasted us a whole week. Having a washing machine was also very useful. The central living area would benefit from a sofa. We didn’t want to sleep with ground floor windows open so it was a little warm at night.

• Kenneth (8/5): A decent place for the price - The apartment is decent, the bedrooms were large, it was clean, the owner came with the keys at the agreed time and was very nice. TV with netflix was also nice. A perfectly fine place to stay for a few days. The bathroom is quite small, there is no sofa in the living room so when you were there you had to sit on chairs which are a bit hard to sit on over time. There is a sofa in one bedroom tho.
• Magda (10/5): Very nice apartment - Perfect localisation. Despite living in the center, peace and quiet. Large apartment. Very good contact with the owner and clean staff. I recomend for stay in Praha. Too small bathroom.
• Donna (7/5): Good location, large rooms. - Location was very good. Rooms were large. Beds were comfortable. Hosts did respond in a positive way and quickly when needed. Needed a bit more attention to details. There were no written instructions for anything...washing machine, heater, t.v. There wasn't any tourist information. There were no dish cloths. No one checked to see if we would like clean bedding or towels and we were there a week. The lounge area is actually the 2nd bedroom so if you wanted to watch t.v. you had to sit at the dining table as the t.v. was mounted in the dining area. Ant issue in the bathroom but the host dealt with it quickly and in a positive fashion.

• Yevhen (9/5): All good! - This apartment is perfect. Big living room, spacy bedrooms. All necessary facilities are present. Excellent location in the city center with walking access to the most touristic places
• Anne (10/5): Exceptional - It’s located central and east to go around. The owners are also helpful and reply promptly. There are also restaurants and bars just outside the place which I really like.
• Dal (10/5): If you are looking for a good place to stay in Prague, this is the one for you! - The structure is really well looked and very clean, the staff is friendly and available at any time. Excellent quality/price ratio. I would recommend it to anyone who decides to organize a holiday in the Czech capital. The bathroom is small compared to the large size of the rooms but nothing serious. However, it has all the services to be considered a beautiful bathroom! Note of merit for the convenience of the shower, we all had a great time.

• Connor (9/5): Fantastic property and great hosts - It’s very close to all the sights and has many bars and restaurants in walking distance
• Ferenc (10/5): We spent good days in Praha and the good location of the flat helped in it much. - Perfect location. Close to traffic and several restaurants are in eye sight, only literally few sec or few min walking. A shopping center is also nearby. 2 very good restaurants are just a "big jump" :) distance from the flat, a very good pizzeria and the excellent traditional restaurant. It is worth to try both. There is also a good souvenir mini shop nearby with better prices than in the city center. I recommend to check it before leaving for souvenirs. I can't mention anything.
