• Castellani (4/5): Extremely Late - The location is one of the most popular area in Rome and it's very safe. In general, the apartment was nice and comfortable for 4 people. We communicated the time arrival to the building, but the owner wasn't available for at least an hour even though we tried to call many times. The toilet doesn't have a seat and the breakfast is poor. In general the apartment had everything the host declared and the staying is pleasant if you travel on summer since it is highly humid and situated in the basement.
• Enza (1/5): Mai più. - L’unica nota positiva è stata la grandissima disponibilità del proprietario nel portarci le chiavi in un bar della zona in modo da sgravarsi dal check-in. Appartamento in posizione scomodissima. Metro distante, difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio, zona poco servita. Appartamento sporco, divano perforato, wc senza tavoletta igienica, scarico rotto. Per rendere l’idea il proprietario ci ha lasciato 1 rotolo di carta igienica già cominciato. Sconsigliatissimo.

• NiaLviv (7/5): Good apartament for a family for two nights - Host was receptive to the time of checkin we suggested, he was amiable and explain everything for our stay upon arrival. We found everything for a decent stay at a decent price It was a bit dark and mouldy, as it was ground floor of a house. So this sometimes it is expected. In the summer would be nice.

• Mihaela (2/5): Scarsa cura della struttura e gestione del tutto assente - Niente. Soggiorno deludente. L'appartamento è apparso trascurato: il divano in ecopelle è molto rovinato e la TV è risultata spaccata e dunque inutilizzabile. L’aspetto più grave ha riguardato però la gestione di un disguido amministrativo. Per un errore materiale, ho corrisposto due volte l'importo della tassa di soggiorno, 12€. Nonostante le mie ripetute segnalazioni, il gestore ha interrotto ogni comunicazione, evitando di fornire risposte e di procedere al rimborso di quanto dovuto (12€). Ho risolto il problema solo grazie all'intervento dell'assistenza di Booking, che ha provveduto al rimborso d’ufficio dopo quasi due mesi. Sconsiglio la struttura non solo per le carenze materiali, ma per la totale mancanza di correttezza e disponibilità professionale nel gestire un banale inconveniente. 12€ non impoveriscono e non arricchiscono nessuno, proprio per questo 12€ sono diventati un valore enorme per ciò che hanno rappresentato: un DISAGIO evitabile con un minimo di volontà e risolvibile con un "click".

He does'nt speak any English He gave the keys and no instruction like, how to turn on the heater, it was so cold, wheres the fridge, nothing. He then asked me to pay additional 20 Euro for tax

Wohnung sehr hellhörig.Küchenabfluss defekt,Behelf mit Eimer im Unterschrank.Sofa abgewohnt.Gefrierfach noch immer nicht abgetaut. 2Stühle für 3Personen. Küchenausstattung etwas mager. Massiver Eingriff in die Privatsphäre: eine uns unbekannte Frau (offenbar vom Gastgeber), wollte unangekündigt mit Zweitschlüssel die Wohnung betreten. Trotz unseres klaren Widerspruchs verschaffte sie sich Zutritt, um mit einem Fotografen Bilder in der Küche zu machen. Keine vorherige Information, keine Rücksicht auf unsere Situation und keine Entschuldigung im Nachhinein – absolut in akzeptabel.

• Melissa (6/5): Consigli - Il contesto tranquillo e signorile della zona Prima di tutto l'assenza di comunicazioni con il proprietario fino a poche ore dal check-in. La non puntualità nella consegna delle chiavi nonostante l'orario concordato con larghissimo anticipo attraverso messaggi. Televisori uno non funzionante ( mancava cavo antenna) l'atro con schermo difettoso e con scarsa ricezioni canali. Presenza di macchie di muffa nel bagno, freezer pieno di ghiaccio e assenza di illuminazione da comodino. Tutti dettagli che consiglio di migliorare.

• Patane (1/5): sottoscala da incubo - Andarmene Arrivate all'appartamento non era indicato nessun nome sul citofono, provo a telefonare ma non risponde nessuno..panico. Il proprietario mi richiama per sapere chi sono e dove sono e rimproverando che non avessi indicato l'orario di arrivo...errato lo avevo fatto anche se non necessario visto che la reception risulta attiva dalle 15 a mezzanotte. Finalmente ci fanno accomodare in un sottoscala, puzzolente di polvere. Che dire, doveva essere un punto di ristoro essendo lì per un concerto, dovevamo riposarci, mangiare, lavarci... eppure tornate sfatte e sporche dalle vie di Roma dopo un'interminabile giornata non siamo riuscite ne a lavarci ne a mangiare all'interno ""dell'appartamento"" dal disgusto. Avrei voluto dormire nel divano dato lo stato di pulizia della stanza (formiche sul piano della cucina, insetti all'interno dei cassetti sempre della cucina, MUFFA NERA nel bagno..) peccato che il divano era altrettanto sporco e addirittura rotto. Fortunatamente siamo riuscite a superare la notte in quel letto peccato che per quanto sembrasse pulito l'antifurto posto proprio davanti al letto ci accecava con una luce blu ad ogni movimento durante la notte. Neanche le 2 televisioni funzionavano e non abbiamo potuto annegare i dispiaceri neanche con queste. Detto questo, le parole non possono esprimere il malcontento e il disgusto per cui allego qui sotto delle foto per dimostrare non solo la mancata igiene ma soprattutto la MALEDUCAZIONE con cui siamo state "accolte" dal proprietario. P.S. Possiamo allegare solo 4 foto quindi ci tengo ad aggiungere che mancano le seguenti foto: formiche attorno la macchinetta del caffè, peli dentro il forno (impolverato), INTERNO box doccia con sapone dei precedenti ospiti+ muffa nera interna, tavola del water staccata, cassettina scarico VISIBILE e con all'interno del tappo un intruglio di polvere e schifezze varie che erano diventate solide.

• Bara'a (1/5): Bad - The owner barely responded to us every time we called or sent a message even sometimes not responding at all, grumpy and somewhat rude staff, no internet access even though it's stated there is asked for the password and they responded many hours later with a not so clear pic with a wrong password, we asked to come a bit earlier than the check-in time also barely answered many hours later saying it's ok we can come, we arrived and called many times no answer standing on the streets with our luggage not knowing what to do for 30 minutes until a man that's not the owner came told us he was told to let us in, we entered and it was a MESS not cleaned yet the cleaning crew entered after us and told us to leave until they finished But WHY tell us it's ok to come earlier than expected while not being sure the room is ready, at that moment the owner decides to respond to owner many texts and calls with a text message saying that we should leave our luggage and leave until they finished cleaning only after the man who let us in took pics of the apartment to her, so she responded to him and not, AC was not working and no-one came to fix it even though the cleaning crew told us someone will come to do so, and the owner didn't respond to us regarding that matter too, there's a plumbing issue in the bathroom as well in the sink and in the shower the water would just overflow it's obviously clogged but we didn't say anything because we already knew no one will answer or do anything to help, Many other negative things to say but I'll stop and say just don't come here

• Annasza (1/5): STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! - None, only the rooms were spacious enough and clean. Salvatore, and other staffs treated us like we got the room for free. Let me explain 1. Not welcoming, he blamed us for contacting him before the checkin time (15.00) but i think it's the norm to ask the host about checkin procedure since it's not a hotel, and Salvatore did not provide any explanation on the booking confirmation 2. Salvatore did not reply to my messages in Booking.com and WhatsApp, he rejected all of my calls, he's unreachable although we contacted him with different numbers (THIS IS ALL AFTER 15.00, which is our checkin time) 3. He did not speak English, very impolite, and should not be in the hospitality business since I did'nt see any hospitality, I booked many times in Booking.com and never experienced this preposterous behaviour before, he did not apologise at all 4. When we FINALLY ARRIVED, this is around 16.00+, I contacted Salvatore, and he told me to wait 5 mins, but in the end we waited 15+ minutes, and he sent his wife instead 5. Breakfast was only provided once, even we stayed for 2 nights. The cleaning was only done once too, no daily refreshments. 5. Wi-fi was constantly turned off, he only turned it on when I complained. He said that it's a normal thing but I don't believe him since it's instantly fixed after the complaint. 6. He threatened to call the police if we don't pay the tourist tax, which OF COURSE I INTENDED TO PAY, but he insisted in cash at first. I paid via Revolut. THE MOST IMPORTANT 7. AVOID STAYING AT SALVATORE'S PROPERTIES AT ALL MEANS

• Natasha (1/5): Bad - The host was rude & arrogant. I had a problem with my credit card, which unbeknown to me had been cancelled by my long distance boyfriend without telling me. I had requested booking.com to debit my card when I made the initial booking via email, but it wasn’t done. I paid €145.88 in cash the next morning but wasn’t given a receipt for this. I was promised a receipt to be sent to me. I have been asking since Saturday for my receipt but he kept telling me he would & is now saying that he’s fixed everything with booking.com. I think that he hasn’t told Booking.com that I paid & I don’t think he has paid booking.com their commission. He was very rude to me & on the aggressive side when he called me to tell me that my card hadn’t accepted. Very unprofessional & discourteous to say the least. Was basically calling me a thief. Why hadn’t he given me a receipt yet?, when for 5 days he has been promising me. I have had to continually ask him every day. I know I had the problem with the card because if a misunderstanding with my boyfriend, but it didn’t give the host the right to treat me how he did & now with his refusing to give me a receipt. I have all of the messages exchanged between us via WhatsApp to prove that I paid in cash. Are you able to tell me if he has paid booking.com the commission & if he has noted or told you that I paid the €145.8& in cash? Thanking you, Natasha Dilda
• Nicoletta (7/5): Sufficient - IT could be more cured The dust on the sofa' and in the kitchen. In the bathroom I found empty small bottles on the shower frame of the preview guests .

• Ignacio (6/5): Pleasant - It was clean, comfortable and relatively close to the city center. No noise. Nice area, big apartment for 2 people. Breakfast food included with coffee. The owner wouldn't reply and only in Italian when he did. He got late to the entry time, the house wasn't ready and we had to wait outside with the luggage. He waited in the car while the cleaner gave us the explanation and provided solutions. Very rude, coward behaviour and unresponsive from his side.

• Corina (8/5): Roma trip - Clean and quiet After taking over the keys in the following days, I didn't manage to contact the host again... I wrote to him, I called him, even though he doesn't know English. I had a problem with hot water, the boiler did not start because it had no pressure. After I filled the boiler, it started to flow to the radiator in the bedroom. Luckily, I have the boiler at home, I know what to eat,When I left I didn't know how to proceed with the key, so I left everything open and the key inside, but I could do that because there was a person who was cleaning and the main door and the gate was open, otherwise I needed the key and I don't know where I leave it...hanging on the fence
• Franchi (10/5): New apartment - Very nice new apartment with new furniture in a residential area. Very recommended. An iron is the only item missing in my opinion. Everything else was excellent.
