- 큰 축복 넬슨 (8/5): 깨끗하고 좋았으나 비싼 금액대비 고객이 수건 자체 새탁하라는 점이 아쉽다 - 숙소는 매우 깨끗하다 3박4일동안 처음 수건이 단한번 제공되고 이후 고객이 세탁해서 사용 하라고 한다 이로인해 샤워를 못하는 순간이 생긴다 건조대가 없으며 욕실 건조기능을 사용하라고한다 최소 수건 2번제공과 고객이 수건 자체 세탁 하라는 사전안내가 개선되어야 할것같다
- Romeo II (7/5): Could be better - Close to family mart, 711 and a grocery No cleaning during our stay, no slippers and the towel was too small. Also, only 2 rolls of tissue were provided
- Bick (7/5): Good apartment in a great location. Nice rental that has room for improvements. - Great location, in the middle of the Ryogoku Sumo neighborhood. Close to the JR and Metro stations, which makes it easy to go to other parts of Tokyo and even Yokohama. Nice stay but several details would have make it better: - While the apartment was clean overall, the TV remote was very dirty, with sticky spots and traces of food. - A drying rack should be added in the kitchen. Washing dishes becomes very inconvenient when there is no place to put plates and utensils to dry. - Plastic cups are cracked and need to be replaced. - If permitted, a clothes iron would be a nice addition. - Slippers. Not essential but most of the apartments we have rented in Japan provide them and we have gotten used to it. It was surprising not to have some this time!
- Luke (7/5): Modern clean apartment in a great location - The property is in an excellent location of a quiet neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants but is extremely close to train stations that can connect you to everywhere. Apartment was modern and clean The property messages you very often regarding your booking, Japanese customs, recommendations etc which is very helpful but is constant and became tiring. We would receive messages every single day for weeks including during the stay. The kitchen is not equipped particularly well, so don’t expect to be able to do much cooking. You are also unable to store bags at the property or check in early even if the room is ready, so have your timing planned well. Also the second bedroom is extremely small, the bed to touches the wall on all four sides of the room, making it impossible to stand in the room or have bags.

- Andrei (8/5): Overall it’s quite nice simple appartment. - Nice two beds with perfect smell of linens. Good quiet, not crowded location, not far away from 2 stations, 3 or 4 grocery stores. Noise from trains at mornings especially. It’s OK for hall and bedroom inside the apartment, but in bedroom with the window towards to train line it’s quite noisy in early morning. (During night trains are not operating). It would be nice to have more shelves for you closes and belongings inside. Also there are limited utensils there, with plastic cups and plates.

Jedno metro znajduje się dosyć blisko hotelu, drugie (lepsze połączenia) niestety kawałek dalej. Blisko do sklepów. Tory za oknem - ciągły hałas. Mała liczba produktów higienicznych na tak długi wyjazd i tak dużą liczbę osób. Niedokładnie posprzątane, np przy łóżku. Hotel ciągle wysyła wiadomości, co już zaczęło być irytujące. The room layout was efficient and had everything I needed, including a functional kitchenette and good storage space. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops. Overall, it felt like a cozy and practical home base while in Tokyo. There were also limited housekeeping services during the stay. Aside from that, everything was generally satisfactory.

Also there’s a Seven Eleven and a Family Mart just around the corner where you can get snacks/breakfast Beware that apartments in Japan in general are way smaller than in Europe, for us it was everything we needed. It would’ve been more convenient if the apartment would also have spare garbage bags and a bit of laundry detergent. Furthermore, the smaller room of the 2 bedrooms can get real hot in the night when closing the door to make it dark. We noticed it’s better when you leave the door open during the day, but still.

- Maya Sylvia (9/5): Walking distance to Ryogoku Station, nice and modern apartment, comfortable stay for family of 4 - I like the apartment unit. It feels new and modern. Self check in and check out process also convenient. No need to bring key. Unit also clean and equipped with basic tools (kitchen tools, tableware, washing machine, hair dryer, etc). Washing machine capacity is 4.5kg. The host only provide limited detergent, which are very useful. We stay for 6 days, the 2 sachets can be used for 2x laundry. Unit also has air con / heater. The host also provide extra futon and pillow. Check in time is 4 pm. We store our luggage at station's locker. Fyi, Ryogoku has 2 lines, namely JR Chuo Sobu (above ground) and Oedo (undergound), with different station/different exit (about 400m). The Parkcross is near Ryogoku Station - Oedo line, exit A5 The apartment is walking distance to the Ryogoku Station. So I can hear the train when I want to sleep. Though I still can sleep. Beware if you are light sleeper. Btw, no matter how long you stay, the host only provide 30ml toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) for each guest. If you stay longer than 3 days, dont forget to bring your own toiletries. Like other guest said before, towel also small, but we like it as it light and fast absorbing. While it provide washing machine and 2 sachet of detergent, the host dont provide iron

- Shun Jhih (10/5): - 從台灣來的旅客，可以選擇這邊離淺草各站都很近，車站附近的餐廳不少都開到1 2點，非常適合晚歸回來吃一頓在回旅館（個人推薦“小次郎”跟鳥貴族樓下的燒鳥店，他比鳥貴族便宜又好吃，麻婆豆腐大推） 附近沒有大超市但有不少便利商店，房間內有洗衣機浴室也有乾燥機，衣服可以天天清洗不用擔心臭味 常住的話建議自己準備洗衣精跟沐浴用品，雖然有附贈但對於長頭髮的女生來說可能不太夠用～去車站路上會有一個天橋，如果行程裡有老人家或是嬰兒推車會稍顯不便。 除此之外這家旅館CP值確實不錯
- YULIA (10/5): Удобно и комфортно - Хороший вариант для размещения в Токио, прежде всего расположением, недалеко и станция метро и JR, и довольно удобными/просторными апартаментами. Внимательное отношение владельцев, понятные своевременные инструкции. Нам все было удобно и комфортно, единственное, не хватило разве что утюга и инструкций к стиральной машине, не поняли, есть ли функция сушки, все что предлагал ИИ не сработало). Приятный район, проходящие рядом поезда бывает слышно, если кому-то важно, но нам не мешало. Рядом много супермаркетов на любой вкус и из известной тройки комбини и менее известных туристам ( пройти под ж/д дорогой и будет Аеон и чуть дальше еще один большой продуктовый), кафе рядом также есть, но мы так и не зашли. До Асакуры по набережной гуляли пешком ( около 25 мин), доходили и до Skaytree ( для любителей пеших прогулок).

Food options near the station are decent and the apartment is on a street with low foot traffic. Not far from a bus stop that can take you to sky tree town. I particularly liked the balcony of the room and the installments like light switches and taps were very premium to use. Clean and soundproof apartment with good thermals too. No slippers was unfortunate as most other places do provide slippers. Towels could have been better quality. Bowls and plates being provided is great, but there was nowhere to dry them apart from just leaving them on the side (drying rack could be useful). TV really struggled with playing back youtube videos, but this was minor. Lobby is beautiful but empty, stick a sofa and a table in there and it goes from OK to Great :)

- Irina (9/5): Nice apartment in a good location for reasonable price - Nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood not far from metro and train stations with convinient connections to almost every Tokyo ward as well as Haneda aiport. The place can even be considered spacious compared to other properties in the city. It has got a balcony, an air conditioner, fairly well equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom with a bathtub. It was more than enough for a family of four, we could cook meals, the beds were comfortable, air conditioning and water heaterwere easy to operate. All the instructions on how to get in the building and apartment were clear and easy to follow. The host replies quickly and and is nice to deal with. Plastic dishes and no hooks or hangers for outerwear in the hallway.

- Jennylyn (10/5): Great value for money! - The apartment unit is equipped with all the basic equipment you need on your stay - bathroom and toilet with the usual Japan technology, washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, refrigerator, and sink. The community is so quiet while overall ofthe facilities is great (clean and organized as always). I suggest that the apartment must provide/replace bath towels every day, for hygiene reasons. We were only given small size of bath towel and another face towel, which were a bit less standard when it comes to personal hygiene. For future travelers staying here, bring your own bath towel.

- Carla Fransesca (10/5): Overall, we loved our stay at The Parkcross Ryogoku Midori. The room is enough for 3 people and the location is also goo - The room is clean and has the complete equipment for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry area. It's also good that the bath tub and toilet is in separated room because one can use the toilet while the other is taking a bath in the tub. Really loved the room style and balcony view. The beds were also big enough and comfortable for us. The instructions in the manual were also easy to follow. Obaasan is also sweet and kind, greeting us every morning :) We loved everything about the property. But if you'll mainly use subway, it is very convenient. For JR station, you need to walk 8-10 minutes, but that's okay since there were lots of shops on the way. We enjoyed strolling around.

We are adults travelling - not children for whom plastic items may seem appropriate - so not sure why it’s set up like that

- Ana Marie (9/5): Perfect Stay at Ryogoku Area - I had a hard time looking for accommodation in Tokyo especially for 3 people. Choices are overwhelming and so is the price! I had booked a hotel with free cancellation until I came across a review about staying at Ryogoku area and then I saw The Parkcross Ryogoku Midori and it ticks all the boxes. It was half the cost of what I would have paid in a hotel. What a steal! The building looks new and very clean. The area is quiet and very local which I love. I saw reviews with difficulty in access with the building and room and I do not understand why because it was super easy. The Mgt who handles the property communicated everything in detail and very responsive. The room has everything that you would need and more. I love the location because it is not super busy but easy access anywhere in Tokyo. Lots of good places to eat too! We walked to Asakusa and it was about 30 mins only with the incredible view of the Sumida River and Tokyo Tower. I highly recommend Ryogoku area and this apartment.
