• Qwetzi (8/5): Stay in Naples - It was a nice, clean, quiet apartment with facilities for washing clothes by hand and drying on a stand on the balcony. Also, it was well equipped if one wanted to cook. We opted to eat out during our stay. It's on the 6th floor, but there is a lift. Cristina was so helpful in getting us in and quick to respond to messages. The stairs look a bit daunting as one comes out of the apartment, but the lift is close by. The street area outside is shabby.
• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was spotless clean, spacious, everything there hairdryer, coffee machine, iron and board, balcony, fridge, supply of towels etc. Christina was at the other end of phone if we needed her, we got clear instructions on how to enter the apartment, absolutely hassle free. An absolutely beautiful place to stay, very central and I felt very safe. Nothing everything was perfect
• Vega (7/5): - Itt was very clean, the balcony was great had everything we needed. the host was helpful and replied to my messages So the area is not very nice, very far from the center. Yes close to the central train station but around bus hubs. There is no place in the bathroom to put anything I could only access it from 11 am and it was not nice because i. needed to drop my luggage
• Eva (10/5): Sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt auf Durchreise - Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes. Trotzdem war es nachts sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und hatte sogar einen Balkon. Es war alles super sauber und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben Neapel erkundet und auch der Rückweg nachts Richtung Bahnhof war kein Problem. Es war alles hell ausgeleuchtet. Den Aufzug sollt man besser meiden!
• Nina (9/5): - The apartment is fab. Just as in pics. Very near to the station, coffee shops, supermarkets. Balcony with view is lovely. Cristina responded immediately to all queries. Cleaning woman was lovely and friendly. Water and coffee pods were left for us.

Рядом много кафе в которых соотношение цена- качество выше чем в центре. Удобно уехать в аэропорт и на Амальфи Не смог разобраться как работает кофеварка
• Claudia (7/5): Immaculate apartment, excellent price, location less than ideal - Napoli Lumina Suites was exactly as pictured—absolute perfection. I even arrived about an hour early, and the sweetest woman who was still cleaning let us drop our bags off. Christina’s instructions were flawless—easy to follow, detailed to the point that we found the apartment, got our keys, and knew how everything worked without a single hiccup. She even left printed instructions on the table, along with coins for the elevator (such a thoughtful touch!). The apartment itself had everything you’d want: a full-size fridge and freezer that kept all our market finds perfectly fresh, a great coffee machine, powerful A.C. (with a little creak here and there, but no complaints), and the most spotless shower. Everything was immaculate, functional, and comfortable—and above all, we felt totally safe. The biggest drawback for me was the location. While the apartment is very close to the train station and only about 15 minutes from the Beverello Pier (perfect if you’re planning day trips to Amalfi, Capri, Positano, or Sorrento), the immediate neighborhood felt unsafe. Traveling with my 20-year-old daughter, walking up to what looked like a run-down apartment block in a rough area was uncomfortable. I even reached out to Christina to ask about it because, as two women, we didn’t feel safe coming and going after dark. In fact, once we returned in the evenings, we didn’t go back out. This is definitely a “you-get-what-you-pay-for” situation—the contrast is stark. Outside feels like some of the grittiest neighborhoods in big cities like New York, Chicago, or Los Angeles, but the moment you step inside, it transforms into a modern, spotless, deluxe suite. For that reason, I’d say this property is better suited to travelers who feel comfortable navigating a rougher neighborhood or perhaps male travelers who won’t feel as uneasy. For solo women or moms traveling with daughters, I’d just note the location as something to consider before booking.

• Chiara (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno! - La grandezza dell’appartamento, bagno molto bello e spazioso. Ottima illuminazione e anche utili i 2 condizionatori e le 2 televisioni. Utile anche la cucina e il mega frigo in stanza! Vista bella. Ottima struttura! Posizione forse un po’ scomoda per le valigie e ascensore un po’ piccolo. Da migliorare alcune accortezze nel bagno tipo porta asciugamani e magari un phon.
• Dino (10/5): Great apartment with a good location for travellers - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Decorations are tasteful and all the appliances are present and working (TV even has subscription services enabled). Location is a 10 min walk from central station, and if you are a tourist you'll appreciate how convenient that makes travelling to Naples, but also surrounding cities. There is also a supermarket, bar and luggage storage close by. Host Cristina we haven't met in RL, but she has been very helpful through WhatsApp with detailed explanations and suggestions. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Nothing.
• ValentinaC22 (10/5): - La ubicación es buena porque está muy cerca a la estación, el apartamento muy limpio y muy bonito. El trato fue muy bueno. Es muy sucio su alrededor, mucha basura en la calle, al frente del portal hay un contenedor de basura que nunca limpiaron ni recogieron.

The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and always ready to help with anything. The location was conveniently close to all major transport connections, making it easy to get around the city.

• Paul (10/5): We ♥️ Lumina Suites - We all loved everything about our stay at Lumina Suites. From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, everything was perfect. The Suite was beautiful, very clean and modern. Cristina met us on arrival, even though we arrived very late. She helped us into the building and also had some cold water waiting for us in the fridge which was amazing as we had been on a long journey and we're very thirsty ! Her friend even gave me some beers ( which made me very happy ). The Suite is about 5 minutes walk to Napoli Central Station which means you can travel anywhere with ease. Plenty of bus stops close by too if you prefer that method of transport. The tram is also 5 minutes away and we used that to get to the Spanish Quarter. On the table was information regarding what to see and do in Naples. The attention to detail was incredible and if we ever visit Naples again we will definitely be giving Cristina a call !! • Agota (10/5): Beautiful apartment 😍 - The apartment is amazing, just like on the pictures. The view from the balcony gives you a real Napoli lifestyle experience. The location is great, close to the harbor if you are taking any ferry, we were i Capri and Procida and the airport is 4km away. The airport bus stops at the Garibaldi station which is 5-10 min walk from the apartment.
• Justyna (10/5): Great place to stay in Napoli! - I rate the stay as amazing! The apartment is spacious, new, and very clean. The large TV, jacuzzi bathtub, and sauna were additional amenities we used. The double bed was comfortable, while the sofa was less so, as the folding part kept sliding out. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels. There was a large balcony with a beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius. The owner was kind and helpful, quickly responding to questions or requests. Additionally, there's a great (and affordable!) pizzeria on the side of the building. I highly recommend it for a family or couple's stay! Unfortunately, this area of the city feels neglected. It's very dirty around here, and there are strange people hanging around. However, it's just a 15-minute walk from Garibaldi station, from which you can travel anywhere.

We had rented two apartments. We had all the amenities available. Cleanliness and comfort were at an extremely good level. Proximity to the train station and the metro makes it possible to move quickly. I don't want to be negative because of the really excellent conditions in this accommodation, but I have to say that the area is extremely dirty. It looks like a ghetto or industrial area.

• Tim (9/5): Short break based in Naples to visit Pompeii and Herculaneum - We planned a short break based in Naples to visit Pompeii and Herculaneum, and the Lumina Suites seemed an excellent alternative to a hotel. The location was excellent - under 10 minutes walk to the station, 5 minutes from a supermarket and even closer to a restaurant serving the best pizza I have ever eaten. Although we did not meet our host in person, we were sent comprehensive instructions covering all aspects of the accommodation, and even a supply of coins to operate the lift. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have wanted during our stay - including a Frog coffee machine which was an unexpected luxury. Overall an excellent break, and I'd certainly choose a similar apartment rather than a more-impersonal hotel if staying in Italy / Naples again. Not happy to leave, but otherwise nothing!

Very clean and modern, beautiful aesthetic The host was incredible and gave us loads of tips, she also checked in with us through our the stay in case we needed anything. • Matthew (10/5): Relaxing, fun, luxurious - It was so lovely. Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and very relaxing. My suite had a jacuzzi and a sauna both of which worked perfectly. The balcony was amazing with a great view of Vesuvius and one of the best pizzerias in Napoli is just around the corner. The property is less than ten minutes east walk from the main train station which was ideal. The hosts were also very helpful and friendly. Not applicable
• Andrea (9/5): Very nice, clean suite, would be perfect for 3 people. - It was clearly newly remodeled and very clean. The hot tub was very nice, although know it was not in the bathroom. It was not far from the train station and there was a wonderful pizzeria right around the corner. The self-check in and check-out was appreciated. Although some of the check-in instructions may have been lost in translation, we figured them out! The room was advertised as a quadruple room- with a bedroom and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very small and could not comfortably fit two people, unless they are small children.
• Bhagwandass (9/5): Great location, for couples, extremely well designed and to a high spec. - The location from central Station was perfect for us. However, as the apartments were close To the industrial areas my partner said as a single woman she would not have walked there but we both walked there from Garibaldi square each evening. The lift is a bit old and only used it when we checked out. However, the apartment when we arrived was beautiful and completed to a very high spec. Cristina was available and Fanta sat I . Made contact the day prior to our arrival. Was always on hand if we needed anything. There was a balcony and shutters too. We loved the apartment and location was very good too. We would stay there again and recommend it. Not so much we didn’t like because we walked to level 6 each time and down again but the 5 cents to put into the lift each time for some people maybe a little annoying (it’s a tiny point). Some instructions on how to use the ac would be beneficial too.

It's just 10 minutes walk from the central train station, and about 20 minutes from the city centre and all the important sights. Tha apartment is well furnished and has a lovely balcony with views of the city and Mount Vesuvius. The host was very friendly and helpful.
• Joe (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a great location. - The apartment is perfect, best value for your money you will find in Naples. It is very modern with loads of great facilities. The sauna and jacuzzi in the bedroom is amazing, I have never seen anything like it before. The balcony is also very beautiful with views of Mount Vesuvius whilst sitting outside. The host Christina is very helpful, a lovely person and easy to communicate with. The apartment is very close to the train station, and is an amazing place to stay and use as a hub to easily visit Amalfi coast, Rome, Pompeii, Vesuvius, etc. Walking to the apartment from the train station takes only 10 minutes but at night it was worrying as the area is a bit run down (during the day is no problem). It is very easy to take a bus or taxi at night if that concerns you, which we did after the first night.

Great host who was in touch with us before and during our stay. She gave us tips on restaurants in the area, she was helpful. Easy check-in. Very good coffee in the room. Thank you very much. Lift charged 5 cents but the host left a lot of cents in the apartment, but we didn't use the lift, we walked :-)
• Alicja (10/5): The suite made the stay better and more at peace - The suite was amazing, clean, comfortable and very relaxing, everything I needed and more was in there! The location was great!! The bed was amazing, since it was just one bed rather then two single beds attached together which unfortunately happens in many hotels, so we had a lovely and comfortable sleep after the little spa in the room! Close to everything you might need! The balcony has a perfect view! Host messaged me with all instructions and was extremely helpful with any questions I had! The host has also left plenty of 5 cents for the lift which was absolutely amazing as we could have gone out in morning grab breakfast and come back straight up! Unfortunately we had arrived quite late, trying to find 5 cents at 9pm is a challenge when you don't use € . Maybe leave one 5 cents where the keys are
