Das várias hospedagens que pegamos no Japão, foi a mais inflexível em relação aos horários, e com o check in mais tardio e check out mais cedo. Apesar de enviarem as informações de check previamente, a primeira vez para entrar no quarto pode ser um tanto cansativa. Deveriam informar que o apartamento de um quarto fica no quinto andar sem elevador e mandar todas as recomendações de uma única vez, não em mensagens diárias quando já não adianta mais.

• ELAFANIMADJID (10/5): First time in Japan - Perfect for exploring tokyo for first time, close to metro. Quiet neighborhood. Nothing, just be prepared to carry your luggage if you live on higher floor as there is no elevator.

• Nemanja (4/5): Disappointing - it was clean and relatively close to the metro station connecting to the city center the lock on one of our rooms didn't work most of the time so we had to stand outside in the rain and snow untill it decided to work after 30 minutes. no utensils and plates. nowhere to hang your outside clothes. the owner responded to our inquiry really slowly.

• Joel (5/5): Safe building with yet another miscommunicated door code - This one has a heater The key box and door code almost never work. The staircase is outdoor and freezing cold.
• Azimah (9/5): Superb - The size and layout of the room were just nice (the size is quite big for Tokyo) and practical for couples. The check-in and check-out process were smooth. Really enjoyed the bathtub, which was quite spacious and easy to use. The accommodation is close to convenience stores and a huge cheap supermarket. It was a really comfortable accommodation and we thorougly enjoyed our stay here. The towels provided were too small for adults.
• Alex (6/5): Not worth it, fairly stressful experience - Not all that much. It was clean but extremely cramped. Where to begin?! The check-in procedure was a muddle. One code to access the building, another code to access the electronic keybox, then you have to open the door with a physical key that needs to go back into the keybox. We came across multiple guests who struggled to get into the building and their accommodation. The apartment itself is tiny and poorly thought out. No bedside table, a bathroom basin that’s way too low, a building access panel with a blue blinking light placed within the bedroom, no multi lingual instructions so you know how to use things like the washing machine etc, a bathroom towel that can only be described as a loin cloth, aggressive warnings dotted around saying you’ll be fined for getting trash separation incorrect, a QR code check in and out procedure and more… The landlord / agent was unhelpful too. When asked how I could stop the blue blinking light they directed me to the panel manufacturer’s email address. In short, if you’re looking for a place that clearly neither agent or landlord has ever stayed in and is poorly thought through then all good

• Rothna (7/5): Nice little apartment with kitchenette which is suitable for heating up meals - Location is a a good 30 mins or so from central Tokyo but easy enough to get to using thr metro or buses Great comms from host. Kitchenette didn't have enough utensils or pots/pans, which made it difficult to get good use out of the Kitchenette
• Estelle (9/5): Superb - Good location, very practical, close to subway, bus stop, and shops (also skytree). Room was clean and had everything we needed (but larger quantity of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and especially laundry detergent would have been appreciated as we stayed there a full week but had enough for half of it).

• Chia-hao (9/5): The room is super clean and looks new. The kitchen and sink is small for an adult man. - The location is just fine. There is a train station nearby. It would take about 40 mins to the central part. The neighbourhood is quiet. The sink in the bathroom is too small for a man to brush teeth. Also, the kitchen is small, and the plates are all plastic. Even the cooking pot is small too. It will be great if there is a table in the kitchen.
