• Ilias (5/5): Είναι σε καλό σημείο και θεωρώ ότι είναι αναγκαία μια ανακαίνιση. - Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο του Χαλανδρίου. Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα. Καλή επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη. Σωστή στάση και δίκαιος σε άσχημες καταστάσεις. Το πάτωμα στο ένα δωμάτιο σπασμένο σε διάφορα σημεία και τερμίτες γέμισαν το σπίτι. Παλιό σπίτι με κακή ηχομόνωση.

Понеже вратата се отваря само с ключ, а така се случи, че ние се заключихме отвън, то може да помислят за някакъв extra ключ, който да седи в друга кутия или да е в близост до къщата. За наше щастие собствениците реагираха бързо и ключарска фирма дойде и отключи. 2. Да се постави стойка за слушалката в банята за душа.

• Sama (3/5): I stayed in over 20 properties in Greece around the same price all were in better shape and had better facilities. This - The venue was close to supermarkets and cafe. It was 8 min walk to center Chalandri with all the shopping. It wasn’t clean. I had to buy cleaning products to clean the bathroom. The furniture is so old and the bed was very uncomfortable. After the rain there was an infestation of insects everywhere as they live in the old wood

• Vasiliki (9/5): Comfortable and clean apartment, in a value for money price. - Very comfortable apartment with very good heating. Equipped kitchen and very clean The street was very noisy and across the street there’s a dog that barks all day. We suggest earplugs if you have trouble sleeping or if you don’t want to wake up very early. Very cute dog though!!

• Avgousta (1/5): - Τίποτα Δε θα το συνιστούσα. Πήγαμε στο σπίτι πιο νωρίς μετά από συνεννόηση με την οικοδέσποινα, αλλά το συνεργείο δεν πήγε να καθαρίσει και βρήκαμε το σπίτι αχούρι και βρώμαγε. Το σπίτι ετοιμάστηκε στις 16:30, ενώ το check in ήταν στις 15:00 και εγώ ζήτησα να πάω στις 12:30 γιατί θα έφευγα από άλλο σπίτι που έμενα. Πήρα τηλ την οικοδέσποινα και μας είπε ότι το τελευταίο check out ήταν πριν 9 ημέρες. Αναγκάστηκα να πάω σε ξενοδοχείο μέχρι να ετοιμαστεί το σπίτι, παρεπιπτόντως να πω ότι είχα χειρουργηθεί πριν 2 εβδομάδες και έκανα 2 φορές μετακόμιση αφού το σπίτι δεν ήταν έτοιμο. Στις 7 ημέρες που ήθελα αλλαγή κλινοσκεπασμάτων, ρώτησα την οικοδέσποινα αν θα χρειαστεί να τα πλύνω εγώ και μου είπε θα μου φέρει αυτή, στις 2 μέρες που μεσολάβησαν μου έστειλε μήνυμα ότι θα μου τα φέρει με χρέωση. Θα μπορούσε λόγω της κατάστασης που προηγήθηκε να μην μας χρέωνε. Τα μαγειρικά σκεύη είναι παλιά και πολυχρησιμοποιημένα. Το wifi δεν είχε καλό σήμα και χρησιμοποιούσαμε 5G.

• julian (7/5): Okay stay - It is a nice place with a lot of space. It is not too far from sightseeing spots. 2 sofas in the house is nice. The kitchen is cute. The host gave helpful information via the chat. The WiFi is good. The matrasses are horrible (very hard). One guy from our group forgot the key when he left the house. Of course that is not the best thing to do. But because the host did not have a spare key or did not have a spare key close to the house, she sent two guys to the house who opened the door (which took very long) and we had to pay them a lot of money (60 euros). Hopefully she will have a spare key (close to the house) soon, because this was not very nice! Airco in the 2nd bedroom would have been nice, too.
• Louise (10/5): Home from home - We stayed here for two weeks and liked everything about this house. Spacious, homely and well equipped (the kitchen especially had everything we needed). We stayed here for medical reasons, the house was a 15 mins walk to the hospital. There were excellent transport links into the city centre and the heart of Chalandri is a 10 minute walk away with shops, bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket at the end of the road too. Host was easy to contact and very helpful. I really can't recommend this place enough. If we return to Athens we will stay here again! Nothing we disliked.

• Moises (9/5): Large self check-in older home near food with hit-or-miss street parking - Plenty of space for our family of 3. Self check-in/check-out process was smooth. Location was good with restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Street parking was difficult, but manageable. One of the beds was really squeaky which was annoying when we are trying not to wake our sleeping infant. And the floor in the same room could use some work (soft spots in certain areas as you walk around).
• Alexis (8/5): Spacious, comfortable, at a convenient location. - The location was excellent, very close to where I needed to go. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The owner was very polite and while out of town, was prompt to correct a slight mix-up with the cleaning service and coordinate to have them come late at night while we were out to dinner. It has air-conditioning, as stated, in the hallway and 1 of the 2 bedrooms. Not a serious problem for this season or for 2 people, but it might be challenging for 2 couples in the summer. There are 2 fans to compensate. Minor details could improve the experience, like a hook on the bathroom wall for the shower head.
• August (8/5): I would stay there again. - Location pretty good. Parking was a little difficult.

• Mitchell (8/5): Nice place, parking a nightmare - Space and the location. The parking is non existence. All the personal belongings in the house and one room was full of untidy clutter. Kitchen was not dirty and wasn't super clean either
• Karyn (8/5): Very good - It was spacious. The owner was prompt at responding to my messages. It's about a 15-minute walk to the hospital and IVF clinic. A supermarket was close by. I would stay here again. The air conditioning is at the front, so you need a fan when it's hot outside in the bedroom. The property has a fan. However, I like it to be cool when I'm sleeping, so some nights were a bit uncomfortable for me.
