Yogev (10/5): Brilliant stay! - Everything was just perfect, room is very large and comfortable, well equipped kitchen and great beds. Location was a blast, minutes walk to the center of Asakusa and Senso-Ji, as well as Kapabashi street, with a lot of small and nice restaurants nearby. Very helpful and smiley staff, and also a lot of kids toys for rent, which was a refreshing time for our kids. Highly recommended.

It was in a great location, easy to get to restaurants and transit. We had booked for four people. The two sofa beds were not made up and when I asked to have them made up I was told I would have to do it myself.

Having a kitchen and a washing machine made it easy for us. It is close to the metro and in the heart of Asakusa . Relatively small for 4 people , but very good value for money.

dannielle (10/5): Perfect for families who need a bit of extra space or travelling with teens. Location is 10/10 - This is a fantastic apartment hotel in a great location. Walking distance to so many places, literally could spend days exploring the neighbourhood and we enjoyed the balcony for a few quiet wines after a big day. These apartments are bigger by Tokyo standards which was good for our family as we were not on top of each other. Loved the dining area with comfy lounge. The bunk set up is perfect with USB outlets by the beds so the teens were happy and gave them privacy. It was a lot higher up in our price brackets compared to other accommodation we had been using but worth it for a couple nights of extra room. The staff at the front desk are wonderful too. No negatives, maybe a set of wine glasses in the kitchen but apart from that, everything was excellent

Alexis (9/5): Spacious, clean and good for family of 5 - Spacious clean room and all necessary amenities were provided. It had a good view of the Skytree and having a veranda was nice. The area was quiet so had no issues sleeping. Is in a good location: Senso-ji is 8 min walk Lawson, Family Mart, 7-11 6 min Life Supermarket 6 min Rox 3 min Although if taking the train to Narita, Asakusa station is a 15 min walk and stair-heavy. Wish it had a common area but understand that space is limited in Tokyo.
Thien-Huong (9/5): - The family suite was well laid out considering its size, with a walled bedroom, living room, and relatively private nook area for sleeping. This allowed our large group to spread out and get some alone time after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchenette was super handy for making an easy and cheap breakfast in the morning, especially since there are two nearby supermarkets. The location is good, as hinted, plenty of shopping around including a 24 hour Don Quijote. There is also a little coffee and tea stand by the front desk which was handy on the way out for the day. The front desk didn't supply any extra laundry detergent, there was only one to start. However I chose to buy more on the way back rather than ask the front desk so perhaps they would have provided. I would have also preferred a larger trash can to accommodate our group but not a huge deal once we accumulated extra trash bags from shopping.

Timeri (10/5): Excellent et recommandé - La cuisine est complète et spacieuse pour cuisiner et manger à l'appartement. Personnellement à part le petit déjeuner, le soir nous avons commandé UberEat. Café et thé en libre service à la réception. Nous étions 5 adultes et 2 enfants et c'était très spacieux. La machine à laver/sèche linge est très appréciée. L'emplacement est à quelques minutes de marche de la street animée. En gros à part le réceptionniste qui n'était pas serviable, Monday appartement est au Top et recommendable. Le hall d'entrée est un peu étroit. L'hôtesse le jour de notre arrivée était très serviable et parlait anglais. A partir du lendemain c'était un homme jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour, il n'était pas serviable et quand tu lui poses une question il avait l'air muet ou il ne comprenait pas l'anglais ce qui est moins apprécié quand tu es touriste. Le soir nous avions commandé 3 UberEat à livrer devant notre porte étant donné qu'il n'y avait pas besoin de code ou carte pour utiliser l'ascenseur. Le 1er livreur a livré à notre porte, la 2ème livraison a été annulé à la dernière minute pour je ne sais quelque raison et pour la 3ème le réceptionniste est venu nous chercher mécontent à notre appartement pour descendre réceptionner parce qu'apparemment ils n'ont pas le droit de livrer aux portes. Ni à la réception, ni dans l'appartement, à aucun endroit ou moment nous avons été informé de cette restriction concernant la livraison UberEat.

PPF (8/5): - The variety of teas provided at the reception and the drinking water available in the room we booked were well appreciated. The rooms are spacious enough and having a washing machine was a bonus after a few weeks travelling around Japan. The location is within walking distance to stations and attractions alike. The shower area in the room with a sauna is next to the toilet which can lead to a lack of privacy if sharing rooms with people you are not comfortable with. Could have a couple of hangers more for the clothes when sharing room with other people.

It was small, but extremely practical and perfect in all ways. The bends were very comfy and the kitchenette was more than enough for simple food prep. It was well equipped as well. We also loved the view from the balcony! The apartment was also very clean, so 10 points for the staff! It is hard to pick anything really. It was all perfect. Maybe the size is a bit small, but we consider this part of the local vibe. And again it was very, very practical...

ADI (10/5): - המלון בטווח הליכה של דקות מהמרכז של אסאקוסה. הצוות היה נפלא, ועזר לנו עם בקשות מיוחדות לגבי שמירת השבת. פחדנו שמיטת הקומותיים תהיה קלסטרופובית, במיוחד כשאין חלון בחדר, אבל המיטות היו נוחות מאוד, ועם מדף קטן לחפצים. לפני ההגעה היו לנו שאלות טכניות, והתשובות היו מהירות ואדיבות. הדירה מושלמת למשפחה עם שני ילדים (או 4 מבוגרים ששניים יהנו, כמונו, לישון על מיטת הקומותיים) אנחנו היינו 5 מבוגרים, אחד ישן על הספה בסלון שאפשרית כמיטה נוחה מאוד. אמנם לא מנקים כל יום, אבל האפשרות להוציא שקיות זבל ואת המגבות הלחות, היו בדיוק מה שהיינו צריכים לגבי הניקיון. עבור המחיר הסביר מאוד של השהות, המלון היה נהדר לנו. תודה!

Personnel très sympathique et parlant anglais. Quartier calme mais vivant. 2 stations de métro à proximité immédiate. L'équipement de la cuisine est un peu juste pour 6, mais rien de grave.

xuli (10/5): 非常棒，以后还来住。 - 首先是位置很好，距离浅草寺非常近，走路几分钟就到，距离田原町JR站也是走路几分钟就到；周边购物也方便，大型超市、711、全家都是走路几分钟就到，浅草商圈各种买买买也非常方便，周边吃饭也是超级多的餐馆，中餐、拉面、烧鸟、烤肉、寿司啥啥都有，价位也是丰俭由人，总之非常好的位置。第二是公寓本身设施齐全适合家庭出游，很干净，维护很好，有电梯很适合有老年人一起的旅行住宿；第三是公寓的服务很好，24小时前台都有人，员工很nice，语言沟通英语、日语、中文都覆盖了，还帮着预约吃饭的地方，非常棒！以后来东京玩的话还住这里。洗簌间可以多设置一些置物的挂钩、平台之类的，阳台可以放置一个可收纳的晾晒架。

Mickey (9/5): Pricey, but great apartment in a great location. - Really impressed with the quality of the apartment. The entire building looks new! Reception staff is always nice. Short walk to the Ginza line (subway). Centrally located to lots of shops, restaurants, temples and more. Sooo much to see and do. I love this location! First timer to Japan. A few more basic kitchen items to cook with. A sharp knife. Maybe a toaster, but I know that japanese people don't seem to use these much.
Jessica (9/5): Spacious suite in convenient location. - Overall a convenient location in Asakusa, about a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station. Door entry is via a code that you are given upon check in. We were a group of 3 friends sharing the suite that could fit up to 7 people; it was very spacious for us, but I think 7 people would be a tight squeeze. We loved having a sitting area in the room, which seemed to be a rare find at hotels in Japan. It was amazing to have a washing machine in the unit - there are links to English language videos on how to start cycles, and laundry detergent is provided. There is enough kitchen equipment to do some simple cooking if desired, but we ate out for most meals. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay, and helped us arrange luggage forwarding to our next hotel in a different city. The laundry situation was confusing for us non-Japanese speakers, even with the video instructions. We wanted to take clothes out before the dry cycle ended (the cycles are very long) and it was suprisingly difficult. It would also be nice if there was a clothesline for drying clothes that can't be dried at hot temperatures (there is a multi-item hanger but no convenient place to hang the hanger).

Mark (6/5): - Reception staff were friendly and attentive. Location is OK. Beds were very soft and pillows quite old compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. We found the apartment clearly wasn’t vacuumed well with hairs in the bathroom and down the side of the bed.

While the AC is strong in the living room area, the one area of improvement is to have a stronger AC unit inside the bedroom as it tends to get warm in 35 degree weather. Receptionist provided us a fan in the room but we still needed to crack the door open to allow AC airflow. Not great when we have snorers in the room. Otherwise everything else is amazing!

We enjoyed the large size room for our family. It’s really close to sensoji and the surrounding shops. There’s 2 stations close by.
ahmad (8/5): wonderful place helpful staff - 1 there is USB A in the wall near each bed that is fast charging 2 the washing machine have dryer mode 3 you can by 500 ml water bottle for 50 yen 4 washing machine sob and other necessary is provided by the staff for free 5 there is 2 metro line with less than 10 min walking from the hotel 6 many halal restaurant near the hotel 1 the mattress is too soft for me not so comfortable 2 the internet is not so fast 3 there was only 2 A/C in the living room and a small air vent in the 2 bed room so the room was hot unless you open the door to the living room all the time 4 all the electric socket is US type and there is only few century that use this type for a place that have tourists normally they use international socket

Room was big for Japan, very comfortable to come back to after a busy day out. Staff were great with really good English. Comfy beds. Would definitely recommend. Everything was great. Just one minor thing...it says there are toasters in the room, but there wasn't. No big deal though, we found some cereal for breakfast instead.
Jill (10/5): - The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, neatly compact, functional, and well-designed for comfort. We traveled as a family, with two adults and a child, and the three beds were prepared for us when we arrived. All toiletry items are provided, which is convenient for traveling light. Grocery stores and restaurants are available within a three minute walk. The apartment provides a lovely home-base and Ubers are quick and easy transportation. Trains are more cost-saving once you figure out the system, which is easy, but can be a bit intimidating for first-timers. For the hotel… The place is a spectacular. My 9 year old daughter especially loved the free origami at the front desk!
Emi (10/5): また泊まりたいと心から思えたホテルです！ - 受付のスタッフは皆さん外国籍の方でしたが、日本語がとても上手で安心できました。チェックインの際には冷たいおしぼりを出してくださり、暑い中で本当に嬉しかったです。今回の帰国で5か所のホテルに滞在しましたが、このような対応をいただいたのは初めてで、家族一同感動しました。外出時にはタクシーを呼んでくださったり、荷物を手伝ってくださったり、清掃スタッフの方も笑顔で挨拶してくださり、おもてなしの心遣いが本当に素晴らしかったです。館内には貸し出しゲームもあり、子供たちも大喜び！エレベーターも広めで、7人＋ベビーカーでも問題なく利用できました。客室は広く、冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・乾燥機付き洗濯機まで完備。食器やお箸に至るまで清潔で、ホテル全体もとても綺麗でした。外が猛暑でもお部屋は快適で、何不自由なく過ごせたおかげで、ゆったりとした良い旅になりました。さらに周辺には飲食店も多く、スカイツリーが間近に見え、浅草寺へも近い便利な立地。大満足の滞在でした。ぜひまた泊まりたいと思います！

tereseta (10/5): Muy cómodo - Nos encantó. Cómodísimo con todo lo que puedas necesitar, el nuestro hasta tenia un armario (habitación) para zapatos y maletas. Conocimos la cadena en Kyoto, son estupendos la verdad. Quizás algo más de menaje en la cocina. Pero muy cómodo para cocina algo rápido o desayunar. No son enormes pero si muy cómodos.
Kalsang (10/5): Geräumiges Appartement ideal für Familie - Sehr geräumig für Tokio Verhältnisse. Die Lage ist ideal. Die Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner. Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr teuer aber es lohnt sich mehr Geld auszugeben für eine grosses Appartement.
Anita (10/5): - Couldn’t have been better! We loved our room and the staff was kind. Great area too…close to two train stations. Lots of food around the neighborhood. Laundry in the room! We had a view Sky Tree! They also had tablets to avoid heat stroke!
Curtis (10/5): - This place is convenient in Senso-Ji area. There's even a 24hr big store around for the travelers to shop anytime. The room's quality is really good. I like the laundry machine in the room. This place has everything you need. The sofa bed is really not bad. The staffs are super nice, and can speak decent English to help customers. Especially this hotel can help customers fill up forms to transfer luggages. Will come back again. Please be aware that you need to turn on the boiler (click a button) for the hot water to shower/bath/laundry.
