• Georgina (3/5): Good potential but a lot of problems - Very spacious. Nice balcony. We recently stayed in this apartment, and while it was beautiful and very spacious, unfortunately, a number of issues put a dampener on our trip. Firstly, there were several maintenance problems. The basin was blocked, preventing water from draining properly. The bed in the master bedroom was faulty, with all the wooden slats loose, making every movement incredibly noisy and impossible to sleep on. We had no choice but to move the mattress to the floor in order to get some rest. The kitchen was poorly equipped, lacking basic essentials such as enough plates and glasses. There was also nothing to make coffee—neither a machine nor a cafetière—which was disappointing. A major concern was the electricity limit imposed on the apartment. While we were assured it would be sufficient, we constantly worried about exceeding it and being charged extra. As a result, we kept the heating low, and in December, this meant the apartment was uncomfortably cold. Hot water was also limited, adding to the discomfort. However, the most challenging aspect of our stay was the noise. The apartment is located near a scrap yard and a car mechanics, meaning constant loud sounds of metal being crushed, cars revving, and even motorbikes at night. This made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. While we understood the noise was beyond the owners’ control, what was most frustrating was the lack of response when we raised the fixable issues. Despite reaching out to the team, our concerns were ignored, and nothing was done to improve the situation. Overall, while the apartment itself had potential, these problems made our stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.
• Stelios (10/5): Wish I could have stayed longer! - This stunning apartment on the top floor offers a range of desirable features, including keyed access to the building, along with a dedicated parking space—an essential convenience in Cyprus. This apartment is spacious, uncluttered, and breezy, with large windows that flood the interior with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort. One of the standout features of this apartment is the balcony, which quickly became my favorite spot. In the morning, with a cup of coffee, I watched the city come to life, and in the afternoon the sunset was wonderful. Nothing to dislike

The kitchen was equipped with everything. We had about 10 min. to centrum and to the bus station on foot.We had really good time in this apartment.
