• Gary (3/5): Very disappointing and not as expected. - The the living room and kitchen were fine with plenty of crockery and utensils. The apartment was clean and the beds were ok. The main entrance door to the apartment was impossible to lock. The host barricaded the faulty door for the remainder of our stay. As you can see from other reviews this situation has happened before at this apartment. The only way out of the apartment from the time the door was barricaded was through a bedroom door. This door was extremely difficult to close as it did not have an outside handle. These health and safety concerns impacted our peace of mind, along with the difficulties leaving the property. The two outside areas are not suitable for sunbathing in the winter months as the sun does not shine directly on those areas. The toilets have thin pipes so you have to place your used toilet tissue in a container by the toilet then dispose of them yourself. Wi-fi is not available in all areas as stated on the Booking.com website. The Wi-fi internet speed was the worst we have experienced in the 10 years we have been visiting Corralejo and surrounding areas. The standard internet speed for holiday apartment/house rentals is 25mbps. The speed in this apartment was 90% slower. The owners who live above the apartment were noisy each day at around 7.15am. I work from 6.30am to 8.30am each day then this became difficult for me to concentrate on my work. On Christmas day at around 9.00pm I texted the host to ask if she could please ask the kids to stop screaming and shouting. I did not get any response from the owner and the screaming and shouting continued for another hour. Not the most peaceful way to spend Christmas day evening. We feel that the accommodation was not as advertised or expected!

• David (7/5): Nice apartment - but see above - Quiet location The use of car is essential. No sunbathing terrace. No views due to being a basement apartment. Owners who lived upstairs were noisy, especially in the early morning - walls are thin and movements could easily be heard - it is better to wake up in the morning rather than be woken up! The only way in was through a bedroom door as the main door was broken - not ideal if two couples had been sharing! Still not repaired at the end of a two weeks stay! Likewise a leaking tap not repaired within two weeks.
• Rossella (10/5): Fantastic place to stay - The apartment is clean, fantastic, very comfortable. There is everything you need. A few minutes to the central area.
• Alessandro (10/5): One of the best apartment of Fuerteventura, we will be back! - Everything was perfect and above expectations! The apartment is very modern and clean, the kitchen is amazing. Myrthe is available for everything that may be needed. We always rent a car in Fuerteventura to travel around the island and it is also advised if you want to stay at Cascasas Apartamentos since it is a little bit outside Corralejo, but luckily the cars are cheap to rent and very useful to maximise the Fuerteventure experience! Nothing, really.
