La posizione è ideale, essendo l'appartamento vicino alla metro e alla stazione, il che rende facile spostarsi in città. La struttura è accogliente e nuova, con un arredamento moderno , funzionale e pulito. Consiglio questo appartamento a chi cerca una sistemazione comoda e accogliente. Sono stato soddisfatto dell'appartamento. L'unico aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato è l'installazione di un condizionatore d'aria, soprattutto durante le giornate calde. Tuttavia, nonostante questo, ho apprezzato molto la mia esperienza e sarei felice di tornare in futuro.

Idealne miejsce, jako punkt wyjściowy do zwiedzania Rzymu. Obok znajduje się również dobrze zaopatrzony market. Mieszkanie przestronne, na 1. piętrze, z 2 sypialniami i 2 łazienkami. wszystko było super.

• Sylvia (7/5): Good - The apartment was very spacious with 2 double bedrooms, an open plan living room, and 2 bathrooms. The flat was nicely decorated, the beds were comfy, and the wardrobes were spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with suitable cookware and crockery. There was even a coffee machine with coffee capsules. The apartment owner was very kind and helpful, ready to respond to any queries we had, although he spoke very little English. He used Google translator when needed. He was also happy to provide us with an invoice for our stay. The flat was located within 5-10 minute walk to the underground and train station. The flat was located in quite a rough area with not many facilities around. The building itself was very old (although the flat was refurbished and modern), and the lift was tiny and ancient. Luckily, the flat was on the first floor. The kitchenette was very tiny, and the cooker was quite complicated to operate, so we had to contact the owner for instructions. On the morning of the second day, there was an electricity outage for 2-3 hours, but it turned out there was a power cut in the whole building. Last night, my parents (who are quite old and vulnerable) smelled a very bad smell of gas in their bathroom, which didn't go away. We contacted the host, who arrived despite the late evening hour. We didn't like the way he handled the issue. He tried to ignore the problem, although we were all very concerned. He refused to contact gas emergency service about it and tried to convince us he didn't smell anything. It was obvious he could smell it much less as we had to keep the bathroom window open for a while prior to his arrival. We had to communicate with him by using the Google translator. In the end, he didn't fix anything and left. My parents ended up sleeping in my bedroom and using my bathroom, as they were worried to use the faulty bathroom and the adjacent bedroom. Anyway, the bathroom was very cold after keeping the window open through the whole night. I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. The host had explained to us there used to be gas heating in the flat before it was converted and refurbished. We believe the installation conversion was not done properly, and gas could still be present inside the pipe installation.
• Dovydas (7/5): Good owner, but cold room - The room is in good location. The owner is friendly and lives 30 min from the room. We were allowed to leave our baggage before check in. We were traveling as 4 persons. We slept with only two blankets for 4 people! The room is very cold. We were traveling at the end of the year when it is 10 degrees Celsius outside.

• Halyna (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in these apartments from the 4th to the 7th of August and were extremely satisfied. The location is great, with a metro station, train station, bus terminal, and supermarket nearby. The area is quite peaceful. It’s just six metro stops to the Colosseum. The interior is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was polite and always ready to help with any questions. Upon arrival, as a complimentary gesture from the host, we found two bottles of water and one bottle of beer in the fridge. We were pleasantly surprised. An amazing experience that we highly recommend! We will definitely come back! -

Very close to public transport, 10 minutes walk from the metro station, the bus station and the train station. Very good location, shop is nearby as well.
• Ioannis (9/5): Comfy, clean, well equiped & located home to spent some days in Rome! Good for big families! - The appartment was better than in photos!! It is very good for big families (we were 5) and can host definetely 6 persons and extra babies! It was a very well located appartment, in a quite and safe neighborhood, in walking distance (4-8min) from metro, railway and bus station, with which you could get in 10-15min at the city center, 30 min to the Vatican. Right in the next building there is a big supermarket, and it is very close (10 min by feet) to Piazza Bologna which has some nice restaurants. The owner was very helpful and friendly, even thought the communication could be held orally only in Italian and written in Englilsh (hopefully technology solves minor things like these). He was there to hand over the keys and show us the facilities of the appartment, he was very patient on a misunderstanding concerning the payment procedure, and showed some understanding when we were on 10 min delay on our departure. In the appartment everything was in order and clean and were working properly. There the beds and bedsheets were clean there were extra pillows, all necessary equipment in the bathroom (hairdryer, shampoos etc) and in the kitchen was equiped with cookware and electric stove, to prepare a quick meal (an oven or microwave would be a plus). The washing machine was working properly, as well as the wifi available. The rooms were spacious, and there was plenty of daylight! There was some staff to eat for breakfast, coffee maker and coffee. We definetely suggest it for your hollidays with your kids!! The bed mattress for me and my husband (we generally suffer form back pain) was not so good and comfy, but the kids didn't complain. The waterheater was too small (for 1,5 person shower) and we had to wait too long for the water to be heated again for the rest of the family.

• Svetoslava (8/5): I would visit again - Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to a metro station and to a supermarket. Large, clean apartment, 2 bathrooms. Welcome drinks awaited for us in the fridge. Comfortable for a short stay. The host was friendly and flexible. We enjoyed a great time in Rome. There was only one boiler for the whole apartment, which was inconvenient. There is no air conditioner. Important if you visit Rome in the summer. It was not an issue for me as my visit was in October.

The apartment looks much better than in the photos, fully equipped with two bathrooms, great condition of the flat - everything cleaned and organized well! Perfect for a larger group of people. There is a supermarket and great local restaurants with affordable prices. Daniele was very helpful, great communication with host. Highly recommended apartment in Rome! Everything was perfect!

The apartment was very clean, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is close to the Tiburtina train station, so it was well connected to the airport and the city, and the neighbourhood is mostly locals and not overcrowded with tourists, which additionally contributed to a better impression.
• Anonymous (10/5): Amazing host and great stay - The apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms..location is 5 minutes away from one of the main train/ bus stations so easy to go anywhere within couple of minutes…There is many restaurants and a large supermarket next to the building. Daniel our host was amazing, he was always ready to answer any question anytime..He was so nice and kind and offered to drop off our luggages to the station. We would definitely come back. There was no AC, only fans considering it was very hot in Rome.

• Yu (10/5): Very good - The owner was very friendly, despite he can barely communicate in English. He used Google translate to communicate with us. The facilities were awesome, a TV in each room, smart TV in living room, a capsule coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, tiny and convenient kitchen etc. The owner even provided us some snacks. The location is kinda far from the city centre, but there is a Metro station nearby. There are also a supermarket, pizza store, bakery nearby. Really convenient. I travelled across 4 cities in Italy and this is the best stay among the four.
• Serbancarjan (8/5): Spacious apartment with great access - The apartment is large and spacious, Daniele was very accomodating and we had good communication despite the language barrier. The place is well equipped. A rather large supermarket is just in the next building. 5 min walk to Tiburtina train station, which is a major transport node. You can also find an area of food and drink places within walking distance. The street and building can get quite noisy. The water boiler can get overwhelmed for larger groups: we were 3 adults + 2 kids, and after 3 of us showered we had to wait for the water to heat back up (took about 2h).
• Anonymous (10/5): Our stay was fantastic and the host was incredibly accommodating. - Everything was clean and all of the amenities were provided! You can see the train station from the apartment and it is also walking distance from a supermarket. Everything was exactly as described. A pleasant surprise was that the couch pulled out into a bed. The apartment was spacious. We loved staying here and the host helped us immensely throughout our stay. They also allowed us to stay a bit past check in time to accommodate our train time. They also offered to take us to the airport for free at the end of our stay. The washer was extremely convenient. I would definitely stay here again! N/A

Suitable for families or 2 couples/friends. Confortable beds.
